About the Role

As an IT Specialist, you are the "connective tissue" of our organization’s technical operations. You aren't just a troubleshooter; you are a business enabler who ensures our local and remote teams have the tools, connectivity, and support they need to succeed. You will act as the primary owner of the Columbus office IT infrastructure and the technical onboarding experience, managing everything from the full device lifecycle and physical inventory to the maintenance of a robust knowledge base, high-performance conference rooms, and the strategic execution of on-site IT initiatives.

This role requires a proactive mindset: you don’t just wait for something to break; you identify friction points and solve them before they impact the team. Note: This is a 100% on-site role in our Columbus office to support physical infrastructure, inventory, and facility needs. Hours for this position will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET.

Responsibilities

Support & Strategic Communication

• • Proactive Triage: Serve as the primary point of contact across Slack, Jira, and Email. Ensure all support requests are accurately prioritized and organized within our ticketing system, maintaining a transparent flow of communication to keep the team and stakeholders informed.
  • User Advocacy: Bridge the gap between technical complexity and user needs. Translate IT concepts (VPN, MFA, MDM) into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical staff.
  • Knowledge Management: Own the creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge base documentation to facilitate self-service and team continuity.

Identity & Device Lifecycle

• • Lifecycle Operations: Lead employee onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account setup, hardware provisioning, and secondary support for tool configuration.
  • MDM Ownership: Manage the full device lifecycle via Microsoft Intune (Autopilot) and Jamf Pro. Own the "Redeployment Readiness" process, including physical cleaning, labeling, and OS setup for both Windows and Mac.
  • Identity & Access Management: Investigate and resolve user lifecycle issues within Microsoft Entra (Azure AD). Audit dynamic group rules and internal logic to diagnose why a user may be missing a specific license or application, focusing on maintaining the integrity of the existing environment.
  • Endpoint Security: Participate in regular IT audit procedures, including conducting encryption and antivirus audits to ensure 100% fleet compliance.

Physical Infrastructure & Inventory

• Asset Management: Maintain inventory accuracy within our asset management solution AssetSonar. Manage the end-to-end shipping/receiving process and ensure all IT storage and workspace areas in the Columbus office remain organized, secure, and redeployment-ready.
• Facility & AV Tech: Manage on-site conference room technology (Zoom Rooms/Logitech Rally), digital displays, and office sound masking systems.
• Networking: Maintain the physical network closet, including cable patching, run testing, and troubleshooting of connectivity issues and VPN/ZTNA clients (Cisco AnyConnect, OpenVPN, Cloudflare WARP).
• Building Liaison: Act as an on-site point of contact for facilities issues that may arise (physical access controls, electric, ect.) 

Operational Project Ownership

• Initiative Execution: Drive IT projects, including conference room hardware deployments, internal office moves/desk restacks, hardware refreshes, and procedure rollouts, from initial planning through final reporting.
• Strategic Execution: Manage project timelines and physical setup schedules (e.g., prepping 10 desks for a departmental move) while maintaining high-quality daily support & triage.
• Data-Backed Outcomes: Track project milestones, manage task prioritization against support volume, and communicate outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar help desk or technical support role, demonstrating a solid understanding of end-user support.
• OS Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience troubleshooting both Windows 11 and macOS.
• Windows Endpoint Management: Proficiency in managing the Windows device lifecycle via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Identity: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) or other enterprise IDPs (Okta, Google) and MFA troubleshooting.
• Physical Logistics: Proven ability to manage physical inventory, shipping/receiving, and network cabling/patching.
• Documentation: A "Documentation First" mindset with the ability to write clear, step-by-step SOPs in Confluence.

What You’ll Do

Experienced:

• Implement, validate, and iterate on machine learning algorithms for weld perception tasks, including point cloud registration, seam detection, and joint geometry estimation, progressively expanding coverage across joint types and part geometries.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training and evaluating perception models, spanning annotated 3D scan data ingestion, synthetic data generation, and structured dataset management for iterative model improvement.
• Run rigorous model evaluation experiments, including failure mode analysis, FP/FN rate characterization, and benchmarking against quantitative registration accuracy thresholds, and communicate findings clearly to guide next steps.
• Integrate trained models into production ROS-based robotics services, ensuring low-latency inference and compatibility with deployed cell configurations.

• Lead research, development, and production deployment of advanced perception algorithms spanning point cloud registration, seam detection, and real-time in-process tracking across structured light, RGB, and stereo sensors.
• Design and lead experiments evaluating state-of-the-art deep learning models, including transformer-based and geometric feature learning architectures
• Design and lead real-time perception systems such as during-weld seam tracking, applying sensor fusion with probabilistic state estimation (e.g., Kalman filtering) to achieve robust weld performance.
• Define and own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from dataset design and annotation strategy through training, benchmarking, and fleet deployment, with clear go/no-go evaluation frameworks.
• Architect distributed training and hyperparameter optimization workflows; drive strategy for data acquisition, annotation tooling, and synthetic vs. real scan data usage.
• Mentor engineers across levels, providing technical leadership on perception systems and ML methodology.

We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics and Resupply Specialist to assist the company in management of logistics, customs clearance, and fleet resupply for both domestic and international shipping. They’ll be a key member of our supply chain team working closely with our procurement and operations teams. 

What You’ll Do

• Logistics Management: Manage the logistics movement for all Path’s international and domestic shipping needs across suppliers, customers, tradeshows, and more. 
• Negotiate rates and contracts for all shipping needs, including FTL, LTL, parcels, and more.
• Create and implement strategies on managing logistics providers and custom brokerages.
• Resolve all shipping issues, including driver no shows, custom clearances, and more.
• Ensure all cross-functional team questions on logistics, including urgent shipments, are supported timely.
• Resupply: Coordinate logistics and internal needs for all types of resupply, including 1) spares and consumable replenishment to deployed fleet, and 2) inventory returns of used cells and parts from field to Path or suppliers. Activities include the alignment of demand with cross functional teams or customers, ordering or drop-shipping consumable items, ensuring all internal ERP system records are updated, RMA coordination with suppliers, etc. 
• Develop a process for tracking and delivering consumables to customer sites. 
• Documentation: Prepare all documentation related to logistics, including HS code analysis / selection to minimize tariffs, carnets for equipment, international shipping customs paperwork, service provider scorecards, open delivery reports, truck loading plans, bill of lading, and more. May involve working with customs brokers and customers on preferred formatting.
• Packaging: Manage all internal and external packaging to fit our logistics and cross-functional needs, such as crates, skids, boxes, etc.
• Work closely with Operations deployment teams to coordinate timing and delivery schedules for shipments to customer sites. May require working on weekends to communicate current timelines.

Job Summary:

Veo is seeking repair technicians to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems, are comfortable working with their hands, and are passionate in helping make our communities safe and sustainable. No electric vehicle experience required but experience (professional or hobby) repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles are a great fit.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo’s electric bikes/scooters from tightening a bolt to replacing a motor 
• Conduct quality checks and routine inspection to ensure all vehicles meet our safety standards
• Follow processes to log and track maintenance record
• Track inventory levels for spare parts on an ongoing basis
• Maintain excellent warehouse organization and set example for teammates
• Perform field tasks as needed such as: swapping batteries and redistribution
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 1+ years of experience in maintenance/ auto repair
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull electric bikes/scooters weighing up to 80 lbs
• Problem-solving mindset and self-motivated
• Comfortable with navigating and using smartphone apps
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player!

Nice to have:

• Previous maintenance experience in bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automotives
• Basic knowledge in electronics

Lead Clinical Robot Associate - Columbus, OH (on-site)

As part of Diligent Robotics’ founding operations team, you will uphold the highest standards for safe clinical use of robots in real-world hospital environments. Through excellent communication and documentation, you will work alongside the hospital staff and our engineering team while assisting a cutting-edge fleet of robots. As part of the founding team, you will help design and implement processes as the organization scales. Clinical Robot Associates will solve unexpected situations that might arise during a shift, and work effectively as a team to ensure exceptional results to our hospital partners.

This is a full-time, Supervisor role at Diligent Robotics and working 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday. This position is located in Columbus, OH and you must be local and willing to work on site to be considered.

This is not an engineering position and a background in robotics or engineering is not required. If you have ever been an outstanding customer service representative helping busy customers with their needs, you may be a great fit for the role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and safely assisting mobile service robots in a hospital environment 
• Collecting data and troubleshooting in a variety of real-world situations, while simultaneously providing detailed and accurate feedback to our engineers
• Prioritizing the customer experience, ensuring their expectations are always met or exceeded
• Communicating with hospital staff and, occasionally, the public regarding robot operation

Your supervisory responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and publish monthly schedules
• Onboarding and training new Clinical Robot Associates
• Approve time cards
• Escalating corrective action issues
• Find coverage with callouts

A good candidate would be, at minimum:

• A high school graduate or possess a GED
• Supervisory experience: Experience leading a small team including scheduling, training, and support.
• Customer-service oriented: you are friendly, skilled in the art of de-escalation, and an able juggler of customer demands and company needs
• An excellent written and verbal communicator: you convey information to internal stakeholders in phone calls and direct messenger
• Organized: you can juggle and make progress on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-sufficient: you get things done, learn what you don’t know, and can make quick decisions independently, as circumstances require
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to work varying shift times including nights and weekends and understanding that your schedule may shift as customer needs change over time
• Willing to work during significant holidays: you understand that our customers (i.e. hospitals) don’t shut down during the holidays and neither can our robots
• Willing to be vendor credentialed: our customers have strict standards and employment will be dependent on obtaining vendor credentials, the process of which will include various immunizations, a background check, a drug screen, among other steps
