As an IT Specialist, you are the "connective tissue" of our organization’s technical operations. You aren't just a troubleshooter; you are a business enabler who ensures our local and remote teams have the tools, connectivity, and support they need to succeed. You will act as the primary owner of the Columbus office IT infrastructure and the technical onboarding experience, managing everything from the full device lifecycle and physical inventory to the maintenance of a robust knowledge base, high-performance conference rooms, and the strategic execution of on-site IT initiatives.
This role requires a proactive mindset: you don’t just wait for something to break; you identify friction points and solve them before they impact the team. Note: This is a 100% on-site role in our Columbus office to support physical infrastructure, inventory, and facility needs. Hours for this position will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET.

Veo is seeking Repair Technicians to maintain and repair our electric bike and scooter fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands-on problem-solving and want to help make communities safer and more sustainable.
Electric vehicle experience is not required. However, experience (professional or hobby-based) repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles is highly valued.
Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters, ranging from minor adjustments to full motor replacements
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
Accurately log and track maintenance records using established processes
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
Maintain an organized warehouse and set a positive example for teammates
Perform field tasks as needed, including battery swaps and fleet redistribution
Support additional operational duties as assigned
1+ year of experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or automotive work
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 80 lbs
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated work style
Comfortable using smartphone applications and digital tools
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles

Lead Clinical Robot Associate - Columbus, OH (on-site)
