As a Senior Hardware Technician, you'll be the first person to bring electricity, intelligence, and motion to a freshly built robotic welding cell. After our build team completes mechanical assembly, the cell rolls to your bench. You'll image the PC and HMI, configure the safety PLC and managed network, set up the robot controller and Functional Safety Unit, configure every field device on EtherNet/IP and IO-Link, run a bit-level I/O check, and execute the safety functional test that proves the cell is safe to move and weld. From there, you hand off to our Logical Bring-Up team for software calibration and production validation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to live at the intersection of controls, robotics, and safety, and who takes pride in being the person who makes a cell come alive.

What You’ll Do

• Execute the full Controls Bring-Up procedure on each new cell: hardware device setup, robot controller setup, and safety QC.
• Configure managed switches and VLANs (control, safety, vision, diagnostic) per the network plan.
• Update PLC firmware, download the released PLC program, and verify a clean startup.
• Set IPs and verify EtherNet/IP comms for valve packs, IO-Link masters, remote I/O blocks, area scanners, distance sensors, and servo packs.
• Configure the welding power source (firmware update, comms interface, weld I/O exchange).
• Set up the robot controller end-to-end: IP, remote pendant, EtherNet/IP scanner/adapter mapping to PLC, safety logic load, controller-to-PLC interlock verification.
• Initialize, zero, and verify all robot, base, and positioner axes; configure servo parameters and home positions; set soft limits.
• Calibrate the Tool Center Point (TCP) and gravity for the welder torch and torch-cleaning-station tip pointer.
• Configure the Functional Safety Unit (FSU): coasting value, robot range limit, axis speed monitor, speed limit; load FSU files.
• Apply the standard functionality settings (SimpleConnect, energy saving, jog key allocation, joint velocity remap, wire-feeder interference model, cycle-switch-in-remote, pendant password and date/time, calibration pendant ladder mod and wiring, serial-number job).
• Run a bit-level I/O check against the I/O list and a full safety functional test (E-stops, light curtains, gates, interlocks); record PASS/FAIL and resolve any FAIL before sign-off.
• Pre- and post-bring-up controller backups (CMOS plus individual files) archived to the cell folder.
• Document deviations, drive ECRs to resolution with the design team, and contribute back to our Confluence procedure set so the next person has a better experience than you did.
• Mentor junior techs — we're growing the team, and being a force-multiplier matters here.

Who You Are

• 3+ years bringing up industrial automation cells — robotic, machining, or assembly — in a manufacturing or system-integrator environment.
• Hands-on configuration of a current six-axis industrial robot controller (Yaskawa YRC-class strongly preferred; Fanuc / ABB / KUKA experience considered).
• Working proficiency with a Logix-class safety PLC and Studio 5000 (or RSLogix 5000): firmware updates, program download, online edits, I/O mapping, troubleshooting.
• EtherNet/IP networking on the plant floor: device addressing, scanner/adapter configuration, managed switch and VLAN setup.
• Reading and working from electrical, controls, and safety drawings; comfortable doing point-to-point I/O checks with a multimeter.
• Working knowledge of robotic welding cells or comparable robotic process equipment.
• Discipline around documentation, configuration backups, and version control of files (CMOS, PLC, FSU, network).
• Comfortable working in PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toes) in an active manufacturing environment.

Preferred but not required:

• Functional Safety Unit (FSU) configuration on Yaskawa controllers.
• IO-Link master and device commissioning.
• Welding power source setup (Miller, Lincoln, Fronius).
• ROS / ROS driver job-file experience for industrial robots.
• Python scripting for automating repetitive setup, file renames, or backup pulls.
• Experience writing or editing Confluence procedure pages, work instructions, or training materials.
• OSHA-10 / OSHA-30, NFPA 70E arc-flash, or LOTO certifications current.

We are standing up a new Robot Learning team focused on whole-body loco-manipulation for precision tasks in heavy manufacturing. 

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join us as a founding member. You will be among the first ML engineers on a research stack that does not exist anywhere else in the field built around visual reasoning, learned action policies, and reinforcement-learning fine-tuning from real customer data.

What You’ll Do

• Build the team's robot-learning stack from the ground up. This is a founding role; you are designing the training infrastructure, data pipelines, simulation environments, model architectures, and deployment workflows — not inheriting them. Multi-modal perception, scene understanding, and learned action generation work in tight coordination on the stack you help create.
• Stand up ML infrastructure — training pipelines, experiment tracking, data versioning, reproducible sim-to-real workflows.
• Train policies across manipulation, locomotion, and the whole-body control coupling between them. On legged platforms performing precision tasks, manipulation and locomotion are not separable — every arm motion shifts the centre of mass; the whole-body controller compensates in real time to maintain accuracy at the tool. Behavioural cloning, diffusion- and flow-matching action generation, reinforcement-learning fine-tuning. Cobots, industrial arms, and mobile platforms.
• Deploy in stages — through a phased rollout strategy that builds production trust over time. Every real-world execution accumulates training data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate daily with mechanical engineers, perception engineers, robotics engineers, and manufacturing domain experts. Within-department rotation across home teams is expected.

Who You Are

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on robot learning experience. You have trained policies and deployed them on real robot hardware — not just in simulation.
• Sim-to-real transfer experience — built simulation environments, implemented domain randomisation, transferred policies to physical robots, debugged where it broke.
• Implementation experience with diffusion-based or flow-matching action policies for robots, and with action chunking.
• Reinforcement learning for robotics applied on real hardware — sample-efficient on-robot methods, residual RL on top of pretrained policies, on-policy fine-tuning of foundation policies.
• Strong programming skills in Python; PyTorch and ML training infrastructure at production level.
• Practical experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, or equivalent.
• Comfort with physical robots — debugging, iterating, deploying.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Strongly Preferred:

• Edge inference on edge-class hardware (TensorRT, ONNX, FP16 / INT8 quantisation). Real-time on-robot deployment is a core requirement.
• Visual self-supervised representation learning experience on robot or 3D-vision tasks.
• Legged-robot or whole-body control experience — locomotion, manipulation on a floating base, or the integration between them on quadrupeds or humanoids.
• Physics-informed ML — hybrid models where learned components are constrained by known physics.
• Experience building ML pipelines or infrastructure in a team setting.

We are standing up a new Robot Learning team focused on whole-body loco-manipulation for precision tasks in heavy manufacturing. 

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Tech Lead) for this new team. You write code, set the technical direction, make the architectural decisions the team builds on, mentor junior and intermediate engineers, and help shape how the team works.

What You’ll Do

• Set the ML technical direction for the team, architectural choices on perception, reasoning, and action generation; training methodology; data strategy; the path from research bet to deployed capability. As one of the first senior hires, you are designing the approach, not extending it.
• Own the architectural workstreams that define the team's research and engineering bets — multiple core build streams across action-policy learning, world-model-based supervision, and policy-orchestration interfaces.
• Design hybrid physics-ML architectures for the integrated loco-manipulation stack. Manipulation, locomotion, and the whole-body control coupling between them are not separable on legged platforms; sub-millimetre continuous-trajectory precision at the tool requires the whole-body controller to compensate for base motion in real time. Today on fixed bases; tomorrow on mobile platforms. The integration is the hard problem; you own its design.
• Own the cross-functional partnerships with hardware teams, domain experts, customer-facing assurance standards, and upstream / downstream teams. Drive a phased deployment strategy that builds production trust over time.
• Mentor and shape the team, guide junior and intermediate ICs across software, ML, robotics, and perception backgrounds; establish code-quality standards, review practices, and engineering norms; help identify and attract next hires. You write code throughout — this is a tech-lead role, not a step away from the work.

Who You Are

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on robot learning experience. You have shipped sim-to-real policies on real robots, across different tasks or platforms.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship. You have made architectural decisions on robot learning systems that others built on, and you have meaningfully shaped the development of more-junior engineers as a tech lead. This can be in academia (leading a lab subgroup, advising students) or industry.
• Deep sim-to-real expertise — domain randomisation, system identification, teacher-student distillation, sim-to-online fine-tuning. You can design a transfer strategy for a novel problem.
• Full-stack robot learning — fluent across simulation construction, policy training, data collection, real-world deployment, and failure diagnosis.
• Physics-informed ML or hybrid control experience — PINNs, neural ODEs, MPC with learned dynamics, process-model-conditioned generation, or similar.
• A defensible view on visual-reasoning-centric substrates for grounded spatial / physical reasoning.
• Push-back willingness — you can defend a non-obvious architectural commitment under pressure, and change your mind on evidence.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++; production-quality code with reproducibility, testing, and maintainability discipline.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated independent technical authority — you have set technical direction in a tech-lead capacity, leading a research subgroup, owning an architecture across multiple ICs' work, or making the architectural call on a high-profile project.

Strongly Preferred:

• Edge inference depth (TensorRT, ONNX, edge-class deployment).
• Loco-manipulation experience — locomotion, whole-body control, and manipulation on legged platforms (quadrupeds, humanoids). The coupling between the three is the hard problem; direct hands-on experience or a defensible architectural view both count.
• Precision manipulation or surgical robotics — sub-mm accuracy tasks.
• Flow-matching action-head design at depth — direct experience with the architectural pattern.
• Visual self-supervised representation learning experience on robot or 3D-vision tasks.
• Multi-skill workflow or hierarchical policy design — skill sequencing, failure detection, control mode transitions.
• Experience building ML capability from early stage — first or second ML engineer on a team, or built a research group's infrastructure from scratch.

A Software Engineer 2 is responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications. They work closely with the software development team to analyze user needs and create efficient and functional software solutions. They are proficient in programming languages and have a strong understanding of software development methodologies.

Essential Functions

• Develop Embedded Linux and microcontroller software applications using C/C++, and occasionally other programming languages.

Summary of Job:

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) – Rare Disease is a critical commercial role responsible for expanding the diagnosed patient population and driving appropriate treatment initiation through education-driven, data-informed field engagement. This role is designed to complement existing Regional Business Manager (RBM) coverage by placing primary emphasis on new and earlier patient identification, diagnostic pathway enablement, and referral network activation.

In rare disease markets, where growth is driven by patient identification rather than market share shifts, the Regional Account Manager focuses on uncovering diagnostic gaps, enabling earlier disease recognition, and ensuring appropriate handoff of qualified patient opportunities to RBMs for treatment initiation and account execution. The RAM serves as a field integrator across the local ecosystem and works in close collaboration with Regional Business Managers and relevant cross-functional partners

Essential Functions:

Patient Identification & Diagnostic Enablement

• Identify rare disease patients through engagement with healthcare providers, including but not limited to IM/FP, General Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other non-traditional specialties
• Identify and address diagnostic gaps within targeted accounts that may delay or prevent accurate diagnosis
• Map, influence, and support local diagnostic and referral pathways to reduce time from disease suspicion to confirmed diagnosis
• Support appropriate use of diagnostic tools and specialist referrals, including utilization of approved HCP identification tools
• Serve as a field integrator to help ensure potential patients are identified throughout the diagnostic journey

Territory Strategy & Data-Driven Execution

• Develop and execute a business plan focused on patient identification and diagnostic activation
• Utilize claims data, internal analytics, Power BI mapping, and other approved data sources to identify high-probability patient opportunities
• Continuously refine targeting and territory strategy based on real-world outcomes, field insights, and performance metrics
• Analyze local and regional trends to inform short- and long-term business planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Regional Business Managers and appropriate cross-functional partners to ensure coordinated, compliant patient identification efforts
• Execute compliant transitions of qualified patient opportunities to RBMs for treatment initiation and account execution

Compliance & Professional Conduct

• Communicate all disease, diagnostic, and product-related information in a truthful, non-misleading manner consistent with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations
• Utilize only on-label, approved materials and seek guidance from management, Compliance, or Legal when uncertainty exists

Job Requirements:

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in science or business required. 

Experience 

• Minimum of 5 years of rare disease experience or experience selling in complex disease states preferred

The anticipated salary for this position will be $185,500 to $202,000. The actual salary offered for this role at commencement of employment may vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, education (including applicable licenses and certifications, job-based knowledge, location, and other business and organizational needs.

Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment in the retail industry. The successful candidate must possess well-rounded accounting background and experience, along with strong analytical and general ledger knowledge. The primary responsibilities will be to perform all detailed general ledger accounting functions and analysis for all channels.
This is a Columbus, OH Office-based position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

The Senior Accountant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing the day-to-day activities related to the monthly, quarterly and annual closes:  
• Initiating journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Preparing accruals associated with key accounts 
• Preparing monthly income statements and balance sheets
• Reconciling and analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Partnering with FP&A to perform close activities and review/understand key drivers of the results
• Liaising on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable matters
• Helping to implement and enforce accounting policies and best practices
• Helping prepare and consolidate various ad hoc analyses, reports, and data requests

You must have … 

• BS in Accounting required; MBA a plus, CPA or individual sitting for the CPA Exam preferred
• 3-5 years of accounting experience with progressive growth
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong time-management skills, and ability to adhere to tight deadlines during the month-end close process
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented background
• Microsoft D365 experience a plus 
• Retail experience a plus
