Role responsibilities
Plan & deliver change across concurrent initiatives. Build integrated change strategies and plans spanning communication, enablement/training, champions, and adoption measurement for programme workstreams
Stakeholder engagement & governance. Map stakeholders, define roles/decision rights, and run fit-for---purpose governance routines (steerco updates, forums, office hours) that align with programme guardrails and expectations.
Communication strategy and execution. Craft clear narratives and “what’s in it for me” messaging diverse audiences, from executive sponsors to end users; design multi-channel comms (Town Halls, Teams, SharePoint, enablement hubs). (Supported by programme comms cadences already in use.)
Enablement & adoption. Design role-based training paths, -QuickStart guides, and -job embedded- aids for AI tools and agents; partner with Tool Champions to test features and translate updates into adoption actions.
Benefits tracking and sustainability. Define measurement strategies, establishing clear success metrics and KPIs tied to adoption, usage and business outcomes. Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
3-6 years in change management for digital/technology transformations, ideally spanning enterprise platforms and modern SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and make progress with incomplete information, using hypothesis-driven- approaches and iterative learning.
Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently with structured prioritization and clear communication.
Strong stakeholder management across all levels (exec sponsors, functional leaders, product/engineering teams, change champions).
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—able to simplify complex AI concepts, frame trade-offs, and drive decisions. (Programme artefacts emphasize transparency/visualization.)
Hands-on experience designing and executing key change management deliverables (change strategy, impact/readiness, comms/training plans, adoption tracking).
Familiarity with AI productivity and developer tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and their enterprise adoption patterns.
Nice to have qualifications
Certification or demonstrable experience with Prosci ADKAR; familiarity with KPMG change approaches.
Exposure to tool governance and champion networks within a transformation operating model.
Background in product management or delivery/project management, with proven ability to partner across technical and business teams to drive outcomes

The Challenge to Solve
Support our restaurant partners by streamlining their internal operations so they can focus on their core strength - preparing and delivering great food! We’re looking for a customer experience manager who will deliver reliable service for shops and customers, drive engagement and lead growth initiatives. This role focuses on service level outcomes, district shop health, and cross site consistency, while reducing churn drivers and improving the overall shop experience.
The Role
This role calls for performance and consistency across sites and regions. You’ll lead supervisors and people managers, drive outcomes, and strengthen execution across quality, training, people development and day to day operations. You will own KPI outcomes across assigned regions and partners, including service level, answer rate, QA, error rate, and shop churn. You’ll run an operating structure that drives accountability, including weekly data driven reviews and calibrations and improve org health through leadership development, engagement, retention, and schedule reliability. This role drives capacity planning and people strategy, including coverage, hiring, and routing efficiency and ensures consistent execution of standard processes, escalations, and service standards across all sites. Ultimately, you’ll turn performance insights into clear action plans that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
Please note that this is a full-time on-site job with working hours from 4pm to 12am.

You’ll lead supervisors and people managers through clear goals, coaching, and performance management. You will strengthen the operating model across training and quality by partnering with Training, QA, People Partner, and Data. In this position you will serve as the primary specialist in designing and implementing machine learning solutions across multiple projects. Your expertise in ML algorithms and ML, DL and Foundation Models will empower us to develop robust, scalable systems and improve them over time. Ultimately we expect you to not just fit in with our ML crew but to elevate it to new heights.
Our technical teams help clients launch innovations that fix the climate, defeat cancer, improve agricultural efficiencies, teach kids to read and more. We work with all kinds of companies, from Silicon Valley startups to major household brands, always guided by our fundamental belief that mission matters.
We count more than 100 certified specialists, technical experts and PhDs among our teammates—committed Lokals who contribute to their brilliance not only to serving our clients but to mentoring junior colleagues as well. We work entirely remotely, test new ideas with an in-house incubator called LokaLabs, observe local holidays and take every other Friday off (really).
