JOB PURPOSE

For our fast-growing and ambitious business unit, we are looking for two talented individuals to complement our Marketing Technology team.   

This role will introduce you to all the different operational aspects of the Marketing Technology world and the most cutting edge online marketing techniques in the market. You will work within a team with a diverse skill set, which will help you to discover both search & display marketing, as well as data analytics and cloud solutions. This wide range of exposure will set you up to become a well-rounded financial/administrative operations associate.

The end goal of this position will be for you to be able to manage the financial cycle of our high-profile clients such as Ahold, JET, smart and others, as well as support the day-to-day administrative operations of the team. To get to that point, your week will be a combination of continuous training and practice. Within this role, you will learn the ropes of financial operations, from invoicing and payments to record-keeping and reporting. You will also help our new clients to onboard and help current clients get the most out of Google Marketing Platform. In doing so, you will navigate internal and external stakeholders to help clients in the best way possible.

The MarTech team

Our team started in 2020 with selling Google Marketing Platform, as the first of a number of MarTech tools that we sell. With the different MarTech tools that we sell, we enable and help our clients grow in using these platforms. At the moment we're helping out more than 50 clients all over Europe and the Middle East, with an ambition to expand our boundaries.

You'll join an international team, collaborating with DEPT® offices across the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, United States and Denmark. The core team includes people from all layers of the organization. In doing so, we’re a flat organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You'll be part of the operations team, responsible for top notch client experience
• You’ll be managing clients through their onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success
• You'll be the face of the MarTech team to many of our clients, receiving questions from clients and DEPT®  and connecting them to the right specialists
• You will be helping out with the execution of our invoicing
• You will become the reliable backbone of the team’s day-to-day administrative tasks
• You will apply your creativity to support our marketing team
• You'll be hands-on in the basics of all different MarTech solutions. Once a client wants to go in-depth you'll fly in a specialist
• You will assist clients with their administrative setup, as well as respond to their financial and other inquiries, and organize their data to create reports

The Role

You will handle phone orders, resolve common support issues, and ensure all work is documented accurately in Slice systems. The goal is to consistently deliver a fast, reliable, and high quality customer experience while supporting shop partner operations through accuracy, speed, and strong operational discipline. This role will focus on resolving standard scenarios independently, escalating issues appropriately, and meeting performance expectations for quality, productivity, and adherence.

The Team

In this role you’ll handle inbound and outbound support interactions across standard scenarios as well as incoming phone orders accurately and efficiently while meeting service level expectations. You’ll be documenting interactions accurately, including notes, tagging, and outcomes while identifying when to escalate and provide clear context that speeds up resolution.  You’ll collaborate with peers, Team Leads, and Senior team members to ensure consistent execution across the team. You will support the team during peak periods and meet performance expectations for quality assurance, productivity, and low error rate.

This is a part-time position, and working schedule is 3 days per week (one 8-hour shift and two 6-hour shifts) on second and third shifts from 4pm to 4am

You will take ownership of helping our customers succeed during the critical first 30 days, with a strong focus on implementation, adoption, and retention. You will guide shops through a smooth transition onto the platform, ensuring they quickly realize value and build confidence in using Slice solutions in their day-to-day operations. You will lead customer training and education, equipping shop owners and their teams with the knowledge and best practices needed to fully leverage the platform. The Challenge to Solve

The Customer Experience Representative at Slice is responsible for supporting restaurant partners and their customers through inbound and outbound phone interactions. 

The Role

You will handle phone orders, resolve common support issues, and ensure all work is documented accurately in Slice systems. The goal is to consistently deliver a fast, reliable, and high quality customer experience while supporting shop partner operations through accuracy, speed, and strong operational discipline. This role will focus on resolving standard scenarios independently, escalating issues appropriately, and meeting performance expectations for quality, productivity, and adherence.

The Team

In this role you’ll handle inbound and outbound support interactions across standard scenarios as well as incoming phone orders accurately and efficiently while meeting service level expectations. You’ll be documenting interactions accurately, including notes, tagging, and outcomes while identifying when to escalate and provide clear context that speeds up resolution.  You’ll collaborate with peers, Team Leads, and Senior team members to ensure consistent execution across the team. You will support the team during peak periods and meet performance expectations for quality assurance, productivity, and low error rate.

Please note this is a full-time, on site position [40 hours/week]. Each shift is 8 hours long and takes place during the evening or night (2nd and 3rd shifts). All shifts are scheduled between 4 pm and 7 am.

The Role 

This role will oversee a team of key account managers who leverage the entire Slice platform to power their shops who are critical to our business. You'll manage a small portfolio of Key Accounts as well as escalations, cancellations and customer complaints. You’ll ensure shop partners receive timely, proactive, and solutions-oriented support that exceeds their expectations and partners cross functionally across Slice to ensure the shop success checklist is applied to all Key Accounts. You’ll also play a crucial role in the growth & success of your team, and by extension their shop partners and Slice. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of leadership, a strong ability to manage long-term client relationships, and a proven track record of solving problems. 

The Team

The Account Management team is at the heart of our organization, championing Slice’s relationships with our key accounts and providing an exceptional experience to these key customers. The team consists of individuals across Macedonia, and different sites in North America. This role reports to the Head of Account Management. 

Please note that this is an on-site, full-time position, and working hours are from 4pm to 12am, Monday-Friday.

Support our restaurant partners by streamlining their internal operations so they can focus on their core strength - preparing and delivering great food! We’re looking for a customer experience manager who will  deliver reliable service for shops and customers, drive engagement and lead growth initiatives. This role focuses on service level outcomes, district shop health, and cross site consistency, while reducing churn drivers and improving the overall shop experience. 

The Role

This role calls  for performance and consistency across sites and regions. You’ll lead supervisors and people managers, drive outcomes, and strengthen execution across quality, training, people development and day to day operations. You will own KPI outcomes across assigned regions and partners, including service level, answer rate, QA, error rate, and shop churn. You’ll run an operating structure that drives accountability, including weekly data driven reviews and calibrations and improve org health through leadership development, engagement, retention, and schedule reliability. This role drives capacity planning and people  strategy, including coverage, hiring, and routing efficiency and ensures consistent execution of standard processes,  escalations, and service standards across all sites. Ultimately, you’ll turn performance insights into clear action plans that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience.

Please note that this is a full-time on-site job with working hours from 4pm to 12am.

You will strengthen the operating model across training and quality by partnering with Training, QA, People Partner, and Data.
