What you’ll be doing

As Country Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving both restaurant and SMB retail acquisition across Cyprus and Malta. You’ll set strategy, coach and develop your team, and use data to guide decision-making and identify opportunities. Working closely with onboarding and support leads, you’ll ensure new partners are successfully integrated and set up for long-term success.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Build and lead the SMB acquisition teams in both markets, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing structured feedback
• Develop and execute plans to target gaps and opportunities in both markets, including identifying SMBs that are a great fit for Wolt
• Build relationships with potential key SMB partners and manage the sales pipeline systematically
• Negotiate partnership terms while analyzing potential performance to set profitable business agreements
• Make sound business decisions by combining market intuition with data insights
• Foster a positive team culture that enables growth and collaboration
• Lead by example by living Wolt’s values and behaviors

Our humble expectations 

• 6–8 years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in marketplaces, tech, or hospitality.
• 2–4 years leading sales teams: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and guiding performance toward clear goals.
• Own regional acquisition plans and KPIs, setting meaningful targets and holding your team accountable.
• Built repeatable sales processes and champion CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and reliable forecasting.
• Negotiate with senior SMB partners and structured win-win deals that balance partner value and solid unit economics.
• Make data-driven decisions, blending local know-how with performance dashboards and weekly insights.
• Collaborate closely with onboarding, support, and marketing teams to remove friction and deliver smooth, on-time launches.
• Foster a strong, supportive team culture, offering clear direction, giving feedback early and often, and creating a low-ego, high-ownership environment.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Greek.

We’re looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Courier Operations Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the Courier Function of Bolt Food Cyprus. This is a highly strategic and execution-heavy role where you will manage the performance of our courier network, scale operations to new cities, and build a lean, high-performing team that delivers operational excellence on the ground. You will be the owner of courier operations end-to-end — from process design to team development, execution, and performance management. You’ll start by managing a highly technical Courier Operations Specialist and gradually expand the team by identifying skill gaps and hiring accordingly. We’re seeking someone who can seamlessly switch between deep analytical problem-solving and on-the-ground leadership. You must be comfortable speaking with couriers, analysing their performance data, and building robust supply models to improve efficiency and earnings.

Expected travel to key operational zones in Cyprus will be required — you should be excited to spend time with couriers in the field, not just behind a laptop.

• Launch, manage, and scale courier operations across the local market in Cyprus.
• Create, improve, and optimise courier operations processes.
• Monitor and enhance key delivery metrics to improve efficiency and ensure an excellent experience for users, couriers, and partners (restaurants & groceries).
• Identify operational blockers such as supply forecasting and solve them by leading from the front — be ready to roll up your sleeves and work hands-on.
• Develop operational and financial models focused on optimising each component of the delivery process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance courier operation-related goals.

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, commercial, last-mile delivery, logistics, consultancy, or analytics.
• You are an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems (advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required; Looker/PowerBI/Tableau are a plus).
• You are an owner who proactively seeks to improve processes and handle business challenges.
• You have strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and overall communication skills.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
