Overview: EvolutionIQ is developing a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) based product designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy for Workers' Compensation Adjusters. About the role:
You will determine the medical appropriateness of inpatient, outpatient, and pharmacy services by reviewing clinical information and applying evidence-based guidelines.
Hours: 8am - 5pm in your local time zone
Call rotation - 1 weekend every 16 weeks
You will report into the Associate Medical Director, Utilization Management.
Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in the United States. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $211,200 - $ 277,200 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

About the Role:
As a Senior Director / Vice President of Access, Policy, and Commercial Operations, you will be the backbone of the commercial organization. You will design the financial architecture of the product, shape the external policy and regulatory environments to support PDTs, and ensure long term viability of the PDT category.

In the role of an Advanced Care Provider- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for the At Home, concierge house calls team you will conduct concierge medical at home visits to Sollis Health patients and treat them accordingly, with the supervision/oversight of an attending Physician. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually come into an emergency room or clinic. You will provide a variety of treatments and care during a house call reducing the need for the patient to go to the emergency department and receive care directly in their home. Primary Job Responsibilities
• Examine research to identify gaps in learning and deduce the implications for our clients and the brand.
• Generate fresh, inventive insights and formulate pitchy creative briefs to direct thinking and actions.
• Initiate strategic recommendations for future actions that target identified pockets of opportunities (i.e. what information about our brand is missing from the physician perspective, and what steps should be taken to fill the gap?).

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably within the field of sociology, anthropology, advertising, marketing or other related field.
• 5+ years' work experience in a Strategy department/company specializing in strategic insight generation. Past experience in pharmaceutical or advertising industry a plus.
• The ability to provide past case studies, pitched business, creative briefs and writing samples that demonstrate creative and insightful thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the capability to construct and support arguments
• Experience managing challenging strategic issues (i.e. relaunching a dying brand).
• Well versed in sophisticated research methods (i.e. segmentation, copy testing, & message testing).

About This Role:
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Effectiveness to build and lead the operational infrastructure for our new Long-Term Care (LTC) sales force targeting demand originating from facility-based settings. This role requires establishing entirely new analytical capabilities around facility-level data, transitioning from traditional physician-focused operations to facility-based commercial models. About the role:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about women’s health for Tia’s Williamsburg or SoHo Clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: gynecological services, primary care, procedures and holistic whole person care is welcome! We are looking for a family or adult nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience and passion for both primary and gynecological care.
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant are integral to the formation and iteration of our care model - with opportunities to provide direct patient care but also participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development and innovation.

Your Role:
