About the Opportunity
Our commercial team is growing and looking for a Clinical Account Manager based in Chicago
to help support our growth. You will play a critical role in supporting Cleerly’s growth and
success of current clients/partners by making sure they understand our product offerings and
helping patients get Cleerly scans. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, this role will be
working with clinical partners to find expansion opportunities as well as to provide ongoing
clinical education to grow existing Cleerly accounts.
You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, maintaining relationships with
existing high-value partners, and representing Cleerly as a leader in the industry to positively
impact the lives of millions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has a clinical background, is
client focused, result-oriented, and mission-driven. You will work with clinics to ensure that they
are extremely successful with Cleerly’s cardiovascular diagnostic technology by proactively
supporting, educating, and providing high customer satisfaction. This is a customer- facing role
with a primary focus on spending time with customers including Cardiologists. This is a
field-based role, but you must be based in or near Chicago, as it will be a key market in
your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with clinical partners to make sure they understand
Cleerly and how Cleerly helps Providers in their treatment decisions for patients.
Account development - Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs is
preferred.
Clinical / technical proficiency - Quick learner able to grasp new clinical/technical
information and then disseminate to customers.
Develop relationships with key account stakeholders, to include admin, admin support,
key cardiologists, key referring physician practices, and key strategic personnel to drive
awareness of Cleerly’s offerings and promote adoption.

YOUR ROLE
As a Thyme Care Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be a critical member of the clinical team caring for our members with serious illness. You will have three primary responsibilities:
First, you will see members for specialty palliative care outpatient appointments via video visits as part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of our Community Health Workers, Oncology Nurses, Social Worker, and Palliative Medicine Physician. As one of the first Nurse Practitioners to join the palliative care team, you will be an important part of bringing our model to scale.
Second, you will be responsible for the oversight and direction of interdisciplinary case conferences for our members with advanced serious illness, in which individualized care plans for our members are created and monitored by our team of Community Health Workers and Oncology Nurses. You will provide clinical oversight to the case management team and direct clinical care, as needed.
Third, you will provide education about palliative care to our team of Community Health Workers and Oncology Nurses. In particular, you will focus your teaching efforts on the outpatient management of cancer-related symptoms, serious illness communication skills, and advance care planning. In addition, you will be integral to the development and implementation of our advance care planning program.
This role reports into our Senior Medical Director and can be remote or hybrid based in our New York City or Nashville offices. All patient interactions will be virtual via telephone, video, text, or our proprietary virtual care platform.

The Opportunity:
Join us in tackling healthcare for rural America. We’re seeking a Staff Medical Economics / Actuarial Analyst who is passionate about driving meaningful societal impact and using data to improve health equity for underserved communities.
You’ll join our Medical Economics team and take end-to-end ownership of total cost of care performance across Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid populations. In close partnership with Finance, Risk Adjustment, Clinical, and Market leaders, you will proactively identify cost drivers, forecast trends, and translate claims-based insights into strategic decisions that directly impact financial sustainability and patient outcomes.
This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role for an experienced analyst who thrives in ambiguity, moves beyond reporting to actionable insight, and influences business strategy through rigorous analysis.

Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $160,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, location, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Homeward Health. This role is eligible for an annual bonus, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

The Denial Recovery Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving denied professional billing claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. This role focuses on identifying root causes of denials, initiating corrective actions, and collaborating with coding, billing, and payer representatives to maximize revenue recovery and reduce future denials.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong, payer knowledge, and a deep understanding of physician billing guidelines, reimbursement methodologies and analytical skills.
