About the Team

We have a clear vision for how AI-powered tools will transform HR for small businesses, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to make it real: sharpen priorities, own outcomes, and partner deeply with engineering and design to ship products that matter.

Document Studio is one of our most ambitious product bets: an experience that helps small business owners navigate the hard HR decisions, a new hire, a compensation change, a difficult termination, and generates the right documentation, personalized to their situation, compliant with their state, reflecting how they want their culture and values to come through, backed by rules they can trust.

The foundation is in early stages: a Handbook product is in beta, and the internal platform is an MVP. Our ambition is considerably bigger than what's been built. The customer experience is still evolving: what it looks and feels like to be guided through a termination, a comp change, or a new hire without needing to be an HR expert. The scale is real: employment law varies across all 50 states, and the content pipeline has to handle that without becoming a bottleneck. And the internal engine, the rules and content infrastructure that makes trusted output possible, is still being defined. This is one of Gusto's most ambitious bets, and the person who takes this role will shape it.

You'll own that end-to-end: Handbook, document templates, an employer-facing document manager, the employee experience on the other side of those documents, and the underlying platform that powers all of it. These documents serve two audiences: they help employers navigate decisions and set expectations, and they're how employees learn what's expected of them and experience HR at their company.

Your engineering and design partners are experienced builders who want to co-define what gets built. You'll work closely with Legal and Compliance and our HR experts to turn their expert knowledge into guided document-creation experience, and with the broader team to connect Document Studio to the rest of what Gusto is building for small businesses. • Own product strategy and roadmap for the Document Studio platform—Defining the vision, making hard prioritization calls, and ensuring we’re building the right things for customers.

Here’s what we're looking for: 

• 5+ years of product management experience. You have a track record of owning significant product areas and shipping outcomes in fast-moving environments. • AI product experience. You've shipped AI products where getting it wrong has real stakes — and you understand when AI adds value. You understand how to scope AI capabilities, manage uncertainty, and design for human-in-the-loop. 
• Strong product craft. You’ve shipped products that users love and that moved the needle. You’re rigorous about problem definition, scope, and success—and you know when to simplify or cut.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Writer partner to ideate and create work that delivers on client goals, both strategically and creatively.

ABOUT THE JOB

The ACLU seeks applicants for the full-time position of Staff Writer in the Communications and Marketing Department of the ACLU’s National office in New York, NY, Washington, D.C., or San Francisco, CA. WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Channels, the Staff Writer will take the lead in scripting long-form video content and all related adaptations for social media, including but not limited to video essays, scripted adaptations of ACLU reports, and partnership appearances; long-form editorial assets, including but not limited to op-eds or brand proposals; and related ad copy as needed.

• Conceive, pitch, and write original, well-researched, audience-driven, long-form video during proactive and reactive moments, contributing to content that amplifies, educates, and drives attention to the proactive and reactive work of our organization 
• Proofread and prepare video scripts to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and accessibility

About This Role  

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a highly collaborative Medical Writer to draft, edit and submit high quality, medically accurate documents including protocols and clinical study reports. This is a key position within the Clinical Development Group with ample opportunity to make real impact. 

This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles.  

Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Tell powerful customer stories

Artforum: Associate Editor

Artforum, the magazine of record for the contemporary art industry, is hiring an Associate Editor who will serve as the primary editor for columns, features, and reviews across Artforum’s monthly print magazine and website. In addition to commissioning and editing short- and long-form content from staff and freelance contributors, the Associate Editor will contribute to both the print magazine and web platforms (including columns, features, interviews, and reviews) on a regular basis.

Requirements:

The Associate Editor is expected to be an exemplary editor and writer, with demonstrable knowledge of art history and contemporary art. Finely-honed editorial instincts, a flair for diplomacy, clear communication skills, an appreciation for different writerly voices/modes, punctuality with deadlines, and an ability to multi-task are imperative.

• Lead drafting and submission of grants across NIH, NSF, DoD, ARPA-H, and related agencies

Minimum Qualifications:

• PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
• Strong experience writing and/or supporting successful NIH, NSF, DoD, or equivalent federal grant submissions
• Excellent scientific and technical writing skills
• Ability to understand and communicate complex interdisciplinary work across AI, neurotechnology, signal processing, and medical devices
• Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple deadlines and submissions
• Strong judgment, ownership, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in neurotechnology, BCI, computational neuroscience, medical devices, or translational biotech
• Familiarity with SBIR/STTR, R01/R21, NSF translational grants, or defense-related funding mechanisms

About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Technical Writer to support our Financial and Securities Litigation team on a fixed term contract basis.  This role is focused on effective writing: the ability to transform complex economic findings and financial data into authoritative and clear expert reports intended for legal audiences.  Our ideal candidate will have fluency in both the language of financial markets, and the rigor of legal standards, ensuring that our final work product is both technically accurate and strategically impactful.

Our ideal candidate would be either a securities and/or financial lawyer, a technical legal writer, a paralegal with experience of report writing, or a financial journalist.  

This could either be based in our New York office, or work remotely from any location in the US.  Applicants for this role should include a thoughtful cover letter explaining their interest in our role, along with a sample of their report writing skills.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic Air Solutions team, responsible for driving growth across the greater Northeastern United States. As a Staff Technical Writer, you'll own the quality and consistency of Viam's developer-facing documentation. Your work spans all four documentation types: reference docs, explanations, tutorials, and how-to guides. You'll transform rough drafts, working code, and technical walkthroughs into polished, publishable content that helps developers understand and adopt Viam. You’ll also develop docs from scratch through close collaboration with product engineering teams.

What you'll do:

Through rapid experimentation, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will translate market and customer insights into ICP definitions, website positioning, and GTM messaging collateral.
