Job Summary:
As a key member of the cross-functional Development Team responsible for providing regulatory writing expertise and leadership to formulate the writing strategy for key regulatory documents for submission. The Sr. Director, Head of Regulatory & Medical Writing will be responsible for providing guidance to the medical and or regulatory writing group (contractors and internal writers) assigned to deliverables and ensuring appropriate work allocation and document preparation.; will also provide review and substantive editing of documents to ensure delivery of high-quality documents. This individual will work effectively with many other functional groups, including with Clinical Scientist(s), Medical Monitors, Regulatory and other functions as applicable, and collaborate with clinical medical writing as applicable to ensure scientific excellence in the execution of clinical trials. The Head of Regulatory Writing will build a medical writing group internally when appropriate.
Reporting to the SVP, Head of Regulatory Affairs, this role will be responsible for the regulatory writing & medical writing deliverables of assigned project(s), in accordance with the agreed timelines and quality standards.

About the Role
Most marketing teams are bolting AI onto a content process built for 2018. We're building one for 2026.
The first is to produce excellent content and drive organic growth. You're an SEO expert across keyword research, on-page, technical, content clusters, and measurement, and you're hungry to figure out GEO, because nobody's a GEO expert yet and the playbook is being written in real time. Own the strategy and the execution that make Delight.ai discoverable wherever buyers and LLMs research: Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Reddit, the podcast feeds CX leaders actually listen to. SEO and GEO aren't checklists you run after the writing is done. They shape what gets written and how. The output is long-form posts, narratives, technical explainers, podcast prep, the occasional Reddit thread that earns its own citation. The bar is high. Your work has to hold up in front of CX leaders running real programs at airlines, retailers, and B2B SaaS companies, and in front of our own product and engineering teams. Sloppy generalities won't survive either audience, and they won't earn citations either.
The second is to build the engine that lets a small team produce work like that at volume. Pipelines, agents, prompt libraries, retrieval layers, schemas, design systems. The connective tissue that turns one writer into a content function. Delight.ai is an AI concierge platform, and our marketing should look like it was made by people who actually believe in the technology they sell. We have the tokens. Use them.
You will join a small, high-agency team at the intersection of product, marketing, and web. We publish for a world where buyers and LLMs decide who gets considered before a sales conversation ever happens — and we're building Delight.ai for that same world. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

Pay Transparency
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $145,000.00 – $170,000.00. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.

We have a clear vision for how AI-powered tools will transform HR for small businesses, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to make it real: sharpen priorities, own outcomes, and partner deeply with engineering and design to ship products that matter.
Document Studio is one of our most ambitious product bets: an experience that helps small business owners navigate the hard HR decisions, a new hire, a compensation change, a difficult termination, and generates the right documentation, personalized to their situation, compliant with their state, reflecting how they want their culture and values to come through, backed by rules they can trust.
The foundation is in early stages: a Handbook product is in beta, and the internal platform is an MVP. Our ambition is considerably bigger than what's been built. The customer experience is still evolving: what it looks and feels like to be guided through a termination, a comp change, or a new hire without needing to be an HR expert. The scale is real: employment law varies across all 50 states, and the content pipeline has to handle that without becoming a bottleneck. And the internal engine, the rules and content infrastructure that makes trusted output possible, is still being defined. This is one of Gusto's most ambitious bets, and the person who takes this role will shape it.
You'll own that end-to-end: Handbook, document templates, an employer-facing document manager, the employee experience on the other side of those documents, and the underlying platform that powers all of it. These documents serve two audiences: they help employers navigate decisions and set expectations, and they're how employees learn what's expected of them and experience HR at their company.
Your engineering and design partners are experienced builders who want to co-define what gets built. You'll work closely with Legal and Compliance and our HR experts to turn their expert knowledge into guided document-creation experience, and with the broader team to connect Document Studio to the rest of what Gusto is building for small businesses. We need a PM with strong product craft, real AI product experience, and the ability to push creative boundaries while executing quickly.

About the Role
Orchard is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and build out our internal tooling that is used across multiple teams, including Real Estate Agents, Transaction Coordinators and Operations. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for making this tooling faster and easier to use, and to figure out how we help our Agents close more deals by getting them better information at the moments that matter. Strategic Opportunity Identification
Proactively search platforms for new solicitations and provide strategic input on bid/no-bid decisions based on competitive intelligence and relationship assessment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Solution Engineers, Product Managers, Implementation specialists, and Sales teams to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into value-focused narratives tailored to different audiences (superintendents, IT directors, procurement officers).
System Ownership
Maintain accurate records of all proposal activities, analyze win/loss data, and manage RFP platforms. Develop and maintain a repeatable proposal management system that effectively handles increased volume without creating SME bottlenecks.
Internal Training
Educate internal teams on K-12 purchasing cycles and how districts evaluate technology solutions.
YOUR FIRST YEAR
30 Days: Complete training on Securly's EdTech solutions; assess current proposal workflows and begin managing end-to-end development for initial K-12 proposals.
60 Days: Establish a tracking system for monitoring success rates; begin proactively searching for new solicitations via platforms like RFP SchoolWatch and GovSpend; build relationships with internal technical SMEs.
90 Days: Deliver a foundational content library of high-impact RFP responses developed in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams; demonstrate mastery of K-12 procurement regulations.
6 Months: Implement an automated proposal system; establish collaborative workflows with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment and reduce SME burden.
12 Months: Own the proposal process; serve as the internal subject matter expert on K-12 procurement; scale the system to support significant market expansion while maintaining high win rates.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Scientific Writer with strong nonclinical regulatory experience to support the authoring and integration of nonclinical content for U.S. and global regulatory submissions. This role focuses on developing and integrating nonclinical content beyond INDs and NDAs, including briefing documents, Investigator Brochures, responses to health authority questions, and other submission-related materials across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
As a strategic scientific integrator, this individual will translate complex RAS biology and translational pharmacology into clear, compelling regulatory narratives that reflect RevMed’s deep mechanistic understanding of RAS signaling and frontier targets. The role partners closely with nonclinical subject matter experts (SMEs) in pharmacology, toxicology, and DMPK, as well as Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, and Medical Writers, to ensure nonclinical strategy and content are scientifically rigorous, aligned, and submission-ready.
The Scientific Writer will leverage structured source documents, document management systems, and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of nonclinical regulatory writing. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs and cross-functional inputs simultaneously in a fast-paced, scientifically rigorous environment.
Key Responsibilities
Author, integrate, and edit nonclinical sections of regulatory documents across multiple submission types, including INDs, NDAs, briefing documents, amendments, and response to health authority requests.
Safeguard and articulate the scientific rationale underlying RevMed’s RAS(ON) and companion inhibitor programs across regulatory communications.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

About The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy to help shape the voice of OneSkin—turning complex longevity science into compelling ideas, narratives, and campaigns.
As ACD, Copy, you will lead the creative development of OneSkin’s voice across campaigns, digital and print touchpoints, product launches, and brand experiences. You’ll bring our science to life through storytelling that is clear, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant, ensuring our message shows up powerfully across every consumer touchpoint, from integrated brand campaigns to product pages, social, and performance marketing.
This role requires a writer who can move seamlessly between big brand thinking and high-performing omni-channel storytelling—concepting platform ideas that build cultural relevance while crafting the kind of clear, persuasive copy that drives engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.
You’ll help build a modern longevity brand that is both scientifically credible and culturally magnetic.

Compensation Range: $150,000–$170,000
Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
