Assisstant Producer
Nixxes Software is an industry-leading Dutch company specializing in video game design, development and porting.
Working alongside global partners since 1999, our work is fuelled by a love for gaming and commitment to innovation. Our Utrecht based team prides itself on delivering the best possible experience for every gamer, regardless of platform. In July 2021 Nixxes joined PlayStation Studios to focus on delivering the highest-quality gameplay experiences for PlayStation fans.
For our studio in Utrecht, Netherlands, we are looking for a passionate assistant producer with a good understanding of production best practices and game development. The individual will support production and manage the day to day work with development teams.
Essential duties:
· Support production in maintaining team goals
· Help oversee the team timeline across the project
· Help manage the team leads with day to day tasks
· Track weekly and monthly goals
Competencies, skills & knowledge:
· Knowledge of effective production and project management communication tools
· Communicates with directness/candour and is adept at conflict resolution
· High standards of respect and values strong teamwork
· Adapts swimmingly to changing circumstances
· Positive thinker with an ambitious drive towards quality and success
Competencies, skills & knowledge:
· Bachelor degree or higher in game production or (product) management
Plusses:
· 1(+) years production experience in the game development industry
· Experience reporting to and working with external partners
· (Native) Dutch speaker

The Producer is responsible for managing day-to-day creative productions from brief through to delivery, supporting the execution of high-quality content across social, digital, print, and film channels. Working closely with creatives, social teams, project management, and external partners, the Producer ensures productions are delivered efficiently, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
This role plays a key part in turning ideas into reality- coordinating logistics, managing suppliers, overseeing production workflows, and supporting senior production leads. The Producer will contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment and help maintain best practices across production processes.
