Your Role

Hudl’s Front-End Platform team accelerates web development for our 500+ member product team, and improves the web experience for the 100M+ fans, 315K+ teams, and 40+ sports that use our products. We’re looking for an experienced Engineer with deep front-end expertise to expand the platform.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll:

• Develop. You’ll help expand Hudl’s front-end platform and make it the standard across Hudl. Whether it’s discovery work, documentation, design reviews or implementation, you’ll do what it takes to ensure a robust, performant, and easy-to-use platform that’s also maintainable, scalable, accessible and secure.
• Maintain tooling. You’ll use your experience with tools such as Vite and Next.js to ensure tooling is up-to-date and providing a smooth development experience for front-end developers.
• Serve as a consultant. With your general expertise in front-end development, and knowledge of Hudl’s front-end platform in particular, you’ll support teams performing front-end work by answering questions, reviewing pull requests, participating in design reviews, and providing feedback on project plans.

Must-Haves

• Front-end expertise. You have extensive experience developing front-ends with TypeScript and React. You have either led, or played a key role in the development of large scale web applications. You’re familiar with design systems and their role in ensuring a consistent, intuitive and accessible experience for users.
• Effective communication skills. You’re able to make your point effectively, both verbally and in writing. Whether you’re building alignment in a meeting, presenting at an Engineering All-Hands, or diagramming CDN routing for a software design review, you know how to effectively share your ideas with your audience.
• Understanding of front-end tooling. You understand the tools available in a front-end developer’s tool belt and know when to use which tool. You've used modern tools like Vite, Playwright, Storybook, Chromatic, and Turborepo and have helped others adopt them. • A visionary. You’re excited by the idea of advancing the starting line for other product team members by delivering and supporting a solid platform for them to build on. You see AI playing a critical role in accelerating this vision.

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer I to join our new team dedicated to building a world-class mobile experience for the parents of athletes using Hudl. You’ll help us launch and scale a brand-new platform that keeps parents connected to their athlete’s journey, ensuring every highlight, schedule update, and memory is delivered flawlessly. In this role, you’ll lead testing efforts within your squad, focusing on both prevention and efficiency to ensure our users have a seamless experience.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer I, you’ll:

• Champion the parent experience. You’ll be the voice of quality for our new mobile platform, ensuring that the parents of athletes have a seamless, reliable experience when engaging with their child’s sports world.
• Drive mobile-first strategy. You’ll attend all squad ceremonies to voice quality concerns, helping the team understand the unique impact of mobile features and the APIs that they rely on, ensuring that manual and automated testing are core to every ticket.
• Test and iterate rapidly. You’ll use a mix of automation, exploratory, and manual testing to validate healthy merges and successful releases, ensuring that sub-defects are caught and closed before they ever reach a parent’s device.
• Collaborate with your squad. You’ll be a vocal advocate for quality in all scrum ceremonies, helping your team understand the impact of defects and ensuring we solve the right problems for our users.

For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.

The Atlas Enablement team is looking for a senior software engineer to help us build the next generation of the internal Atlas development platform, enabling hundreds of MongoDB Atlas engineers to scale alongside our customers.

The Atlas Enablement team empowers autonomous product teams to build robust, reliable, and secure distributed systems for the Atlas product line. By investing in the systems, tooling, and education that drive our developer platform, we elevate the engineering experience for all Atlas engineers and promote a loosely coupled architecture and operational excellence. Our goal is to equip developers with the platform and expertise required to implement highly available, secure systems that meet our customers' growing needs today and for the next decade.

This role is fully remote, with travel to our New York City office up to twice annually for team on-sites.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will help us deliver features such as:

• A highly available configuration management system that allows our distributed control plane fleet within Atlas to react to incremental or global configuration changes
• Multi-region resilience for our asynchronous application workflows platform, which drives all async processing for the Atlas control plane
• Expanded language support for a baseline set of common libraries, ensuring integrations with internal systems enforce our standards for security, compliance, and availability
• A continuous deployment platform with built-in safety guardrails to ensure misconfigurations, bugs, and performance degradation are caught as early as possible

Baseline Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing large-scale, distributed backend systems
• Experience managing the end-to-end development lifecycle, including building, deploying, and operating software at scale
• Experience mitigating and resolving outages or other high-impact events in production cloud environments
• The ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks after alignment with the team and stakeholders
• A proven track record of identifying problems, implementing solutions, and delivering complex projects in distributed systems
• Strong verbal and written technical communication skills, with a desire to collaborate with colleagues and multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise building common libraries and tooling to support internal application development
• Deep understanding of CI/CD systems, including linting, testing, and various deployment strategies
• A strong command of multiple programming languages and monorepo technologies

Enterprise Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as the technical owner and strategic problem-solver for our Enterprise customers. This role is responsible for the entire technical lifecycle of our most complex accounts, from initial implementation through long-term evolution and plays a key role in shaping how Workshop’s product supports enterprise-scale needs.

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, owning complex technical setups, designing scalable solutions, and influencing product direction based on real customer needs.
