As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will:

• Work closely with our product & design team to translate and execute product vision into scalable products.
• Be a stakeholder in engineering and product strategy. This isn’t just another place to knock down story points and tickets, you’ll have meaningful and direct ownership in your work.
• Have the autonomy to ship code to production regularly and frequently.
• Develop tested, scalable core product features that are seamlessly integrated with our API driven frontend.
• Play a key role in building and delivering major roadmap initiatives for the team.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and explore innovative product capabilities that enhance user experience and scalability

To be successful at this position, you’ll need to have:

• A passion for building and maintaining quality user experiences on the web at scale.
• A belief in iterative development and the importance of delivering continuous value to customers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with browser functionality and Typescript. We use Typescript and Javascript on both the backend and frontend in certain areas of our app.
• Experience with reactive frameworks such as Vue or React and a comprehensive understanding of browser APIs, reactivity, and browser performance.
• Experience with JS/TS/Node-based backends that serve web requests and manage data with traditional relational databases. 
• Experience with serverless functions such as AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, or Cloudflare Workers is a major plus.

Job Description

Workshop is looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to help us grow revenue. We are on pace to substantially grow this year, but need motivated and determined sales professionals to reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 4+ years selling experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

• Develop and nurture a pipeline of enterprise opportunities working to add value and strategically work the accounts to get in front of key contacts within your book of business. 
• Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
• Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of Workshop to prospects based on the prospects needs and priorities. 
• Manage a complex sales cycle consisting of multiple demos, stakeholder meetings, vendor reviews, and negotiation meetings to successfully secure the business. 
• Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
• Maintaining accurate CRM records for contact and deal management
• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience

To be successful at this position, you’ll need to:

• Have experience working in a new business sales role - account management experience will not be considered for this role.

Successful BDRs are competitive, motivated by results, and are passionate about sales and the product we’re selling. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of sales experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business. We are on pace to substantially grow this year, but need motivated and determined sales professionals to reach our goals. 

**This is a hybrid role that would be reporting to our Omaha, Nebraska office.**

As a business development representative, you will:

• Prospect, educate and qualify leads
• Reach or exceed performance metrics on calls, meetings, and sales

Enterprise Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as the technical owner and strategic problem-solver for our Enterprise customers. This role is responsible for the entire technical lifecycle of our most complex accounts, from initial implementation through long-term evolution and plays a key role in shaping how Workshop’s product supports enterprise-scale needs.

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, owning complex technical setups, designing scalable solutions, and influencing product direction based on real customer needs. You will be a trusted technical partner to our largest customers and a critical voice internally for how Workshop grows as an enterprise-ready platform.

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle for Enterprise customer accounts, from implementation through long-term evolution
• Lead complex technical implementations in close partnership with Onboarding Project Managers
• Serve as the primary, long-term technical point of contact for Enterprise customers post-onboarding
• Partner with Strategic Customer Success Managers to support renewals, expansions, and evolving enterprise use cases
• Act as the technical authority on Enterprise accounts, proactively identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities
• Collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering to design and deliver solutions for complex, non-standard customer requirements
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and influence product decisions toward scalable, enterprise-ready solutions
• Create and maintain technical standards, documentation, and best practices to support consistency and scale

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer, or similar) owning complex implementations and long-term technical relationships
• Strong technical foundation in enterprise environments, including:
• Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Email infrastructure, DNS, and email security tooling
• Identity and access management solutions (Okta, Active Directory, SSO, etc.)
• Experience supporting or integrating with enterprise systems such as HRIS, Payroll, or other internal systems
• Familiarity with enterprise change management processes, IT governance, and security review workflows
• Proven ability to partner closely with Product and Engineering to design customer-driven, scalable solutions
• Strong systems-thinking skills with comfort navigating technical tradeoffs and ambiguity
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with comfort influencing without authority and balancing customer needs with product scalability
• Leverage AI tools to analyze complex customer environments, accelerate solution design, and surface proactive insights that improve scalability and long-term enterprise success
