Health Law Counsel | Regulatory & Transactional Practice

About the Practice
The Health Law Practice Group represents a diverse range of healthcare providers, including individual physicians, physician group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, specialty hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. The practice also represents individual providers in professional discipline matters before state licensing boards. This role does not involve personal injury litigation or medical malpractice defense.

Job Title: Medical Advanced Practice Provider (PRN)
Reports To: Lead Advanced Practice Provider
Location: Northpoint Nebraska (Adult inpatient in Omaha, NE)
Schedule: As needed 4-8 hour shifts between 8am-5pm Monday-Sunday
Compensation: $60-85/hour

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Medical Advanced Practice Provider will provide consultation, and medical and administrative direction to subordinate medical and support staff in various treatment settings (inpatient and outpatient). This person will provide direct patient care including diagnostic assessment, preventative and educational services, and medication evaluation and management to the patient population, in accordance with best care practices, industry standards, organizational guidelines, and state and federal laws. The Medical Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide the best possible care. This position requires extensive internal and external communication with all levels of staff, leadership, physicians, vendors, and other professional colleagues.
