Job Purpose/Overview
The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for the charter/development, design, and execution of capital projects. The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects that are strategically aligned to the business strategy with technical know-how in food manufacturing. This role will be an active member of the local Operations teams as well as local and regional Engineering networks – and support Associate technical development across the organization.

This role acts with a high level of autonomy within local technical community. The workload includes multi-site responsibility along with managing local and regional stakeholders. It is expected for this role to interact with the local leadership team as well as regional/global engineering teams. The Engineering Project Manager is expected to regularly report updates through team meetings and written communication on project status (scope/schedule/budget). This role will be an active leader & participant in early engineering scope/design reviews to deliver business strategy. It is expected this role operates by role modeling the Five Principles and Associate concept - driving collaborative conversations across a wide variety of stakeholders, building a strong technical network, and driving decision making for investments.

About the Role
Flexdrive is at the forefront of the autonomous vehicle (AV) revolution. As the Manager, AV Technical Operations, you will be the program leader responsible for establishing and scaling our internal AV technical service operations..
In this highly visible role, you will lead the design, launch, and ongoing performance of our internal AV service and maintenance operation. You will partner with our recruitment team to build the founding team of Technicians, help lead the development of a technical training and certification program, and create the definitive playbook for our AV repair operations. Ultimately, you are accountable for the end-to-end performance of our service and repair program, ensuring maximum fleet readiness and building a highly capable technical workforce.

The expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $108,240 - $135,300. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Position Overview:
The Territory Manager is responsible for supporting the Area Sales Manager in delivering on capital commitments with the sale of Tablo in new and existing locations. The Territory Manager will implement targeted business plans including prospecting greenfield accounts, console expansion in current accounts, relationship development with Nephrologists and generating key stakeholder interest. This role requires strong selling capabilities including knowledge in the capital sales process, the ability to build a team of advocates and enough tenacity to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis.
