About the Role
As the Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate handling of day-to-day accounting tasks at Charlie Health. You will work to prepare journal entries, assist with the month end close process, audit processes and procedures, and maintain accurate financial statements. You will work closely with the Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll departments. Because of the fast-growing nature of the Company, there is room for growth, and you will be provided with autonomy to enable you to make your mark within the Accounting function and the Company as a whole.

Responsibilities
- Will work closely with the Accounting team to close the books at month, quarter, and year end. This includes preparing and recording month end journal entries
- Prepare account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
- Work with the Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendors and accounts payable
- Collaborate with external auditors and other departments to provide information on imperatives and initiatives
- Participate in various special projects and financial analyses
- Assist with financial reports, key performance indicators, and maintaining chart of accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-2+ years of relevant work experience
- CPA eligibility and intention to work towards licensure preferred
- Have a firm understanding of financial statements and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Well-polished verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, and self-starter with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to organize and execute on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the team and patients.
- Must be present at the Brentwood, TN office at least four days per week

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $59,000 and $70,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, $65,000 and $77,000 Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#LI-HYBRID

- Advise financial services and banking clients—both publicly traded and privately held—on a wide range of strategic initiatives including IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs and spin-offs, audit readiness, and adoption of new accounting standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on technical accounting and control-related matters, offering research-backed guidance and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project plans, delivery strategies, milestones, and outcomes to client stakeholders.
- Monitor team progress to ensure alignment with work programs and professional standards.
- Educate internal and external audiences on accounting best practices, especially as they relate to emerging financial technologies and digital assets.
- Design and implement innovative business solutions to enhance the firm’s methodology and client delivery.

Your Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA, CIA, or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation
- 8+ years of experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory)
- Deep expertise in the Financial Services industry, with exposure to digital assets or fintech environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP and SOX standards
- Proven understanding of accounting and audit practices, procedures, and reporting standards.
- Flexibility to travel at least 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in Accounting, MBA, CPA, CIA.
- Knowledge of common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting systems (i.e., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA and/or CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
- 8+ years of recent professional services experience (public accounting or advisory firm) is strongly preferred; directly relevant technical accounting/financial reporting experience with a publicly held/Fortune 500 organization may be considered in its place.
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP and SOX standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting/audit practices, procedures and reporting standards.
- Flexibility to travel

- Master's in Accounting.
- Knowledge of common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting systems (i.e., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting cycle for assigned technical accounting areas including but not limited to leases, rent shares, sublease income, fixed assets, computer inventory, goodwill, stock compensation, international accounting, etc.

Your Impact
As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and complete revenue and cost accounting in accordance with applicable accounting standards. What You’ll Do
- Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash process and how upstream activities impact revenue recognition and financial reporting

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
- 2–5+ years of accounting experience, with revenue accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or services-based business environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 experience preferred)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Staff Accountant at Thyme Care, you’ll play a key role in our Finance & Accounting team by supporting core accounting functions that keep our financial operations accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will report to the Accounting Manager, and your responsibilities will include:
Manage Accounts Payable & Expense Processes: Oversee Ramp Bill Pay (our accounts payable system), employee credit cards, and employee reimbursements. Ensure vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time, employee expenses are reviewed and coded appropriately, and all transactions are reconciled in accordance with company policy.
Month-End, Quarter-End & Year-End Close: Prepare and assist with balance sheet reconciliations (cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, etc.) and journal entries to support timely and accurate close cycles.
Financial Reporting Support: Collaborate on the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables used by management and external stakeholders.
Audit Support: Provide documentation and assistance during annual external audits, ensuring internal controls and account details are audit-ready.
Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for internal leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and reliable.
Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen accounting processes and procedures, including leveraging AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Partnership & Insight: Work cross-functionally with Finance and operational teams to support monthly reporting packages and other management deliverables that drive business decisions.
Budgeting Assistance: Partner with the Finance team to support the annual budgeting process, including compiling data, validating assumptions, and coordinating cross-functional inputs.

Job Description
Position: Senior, Accounting and Reporting
Location: Nashville, TN
Overview: This position will play a critical role in the Company’s financial reporting, external financial reporting, and financial compliance reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for compiling and presenting the monthly and quarterly financial package to management. This position will also provide assistance to the Senior Manager with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reporting and compliance requirements. This entails entity level financial statements on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, debt covenant compliance calculations, covenant ratio calculations, etc.
There will also be involvement required to support the audits during interim and year end fieldwork. Responsibilities will include drafting stand alone annual financial statements, preparing supporting working papers and being a direct contact for the Company's independent auditors.
This position is expected to have a strong working knowledge of US GAAP as well as a strong knowledge of accounting control and process. The Senior Accountant will be expected to work with the Senior Manager and Manager in the adoption of new accounting standards, including the preparation of key deliverables and supporting documentation. This position will be responsible for recording intercompany transactions for operating projects on a monthly and quarterly basis. As part of dynamic and growing team, this position will be expected to assist in other areas of the financial reporting and close process as necessary.

Minno is seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to own and scale our accounting function as the business grows. Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close process, general ledger, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP Ensure accurate accounting across multiple revenue streams, including subscriptions, publishing, and content licensing.
- Oversee content accounting, including capitalization, amortization, and impairment of produced and licensed content Establish, document, and maintain accounting policies as the business and content slate grow.
- Oversee financial compliance and coordination of tax, regulatory, and required filings Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and consultants Support audit readiness, financial diligence, and investor-related reviews.
- Design and implement scalable accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation.
- Optimize financial systems and integrations across accounting, billing, and content data sources.
- Manage and develop a Senior Staff Accountant, with opportunity to build the team over time.
- Partner cross-functionally with content, publishing, product, operations, and legal teams.
- Partner with the CFO to forecast cash flow and manage working capital, ensuring liquidity is aligned with production plans, growth initiatives, and revenue timing.
- Demonstrate curiosity and comfort leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to automate workflows, enhance reporting, improve accuracy, and increase team efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior ownership of accounting operations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP Experience with media, entertainment, subscription, SaaS, or IP-driven businesses.
- Hands-on experience with content accounting (capitalization, amortization, licensing).
- Experience overseeing tax compliance and regulatory obligations in a growing company
- Proven ability to scale accounting systems, processes, and controls.
- Comfort operating in a startup or high-growth environment
- Active CPA license
