WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Enrollment Specialist, your job is to talk to prospective members, educate them on our services, and encourage them to join Thyme Care to receive free-of-cost support throughout their cancer journey.
As the first touch point for members who are eligible for Thyme Care, Enrollment Specialists build a foundation of trust by listening deeply, and taking the time to understand each member’s needs so we can successfully enroll them into our program. You will also be responsible for carefully documenting member needs and preferences to enable our team to best care for each member.
This role reports into our Enrollment Specialist Team Lead and in it you will be expected to make outbound calls to anywhere from around 80 - 100 prospective members every day, depending on your assignment. To ensure we have sufficient coverage at all times, we maintain a schedule that includes lunch and two breaks.

This is a non-exempt, full time position. The pay rate for this role is $24.03/hour. To perform this role you must be located within the lower 48 United States due to contractual limitations with accessing PHIs. Bonus potential: Up to $2,500 per quarter (up to $10,000 annually) for exceptional performance. New hires are eligible to participate in the bonus program only after successfully graduating from their 90 day probationary period.
The shift for this role will be 9:00am–5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Senior Manager, Clinical Collaboration plays a critical role in strengthening and scaling collaboration between Thyme Care’s Care Team and our Oncology Practice Partners, as well as driving overall contract success. This role is focused on ensuring our clinical partnerships are patient focused, effective, flexible, and aligned to each practice’s unique needs, while driving high satisfaction and long-term engagement across our network.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical care, operations, and partnership strategy. The Senior Manager, Clinical Collaboration directly impacts how effectively Thyme Care integrates into oncology practices, ultimately improving care coordination, provider experience, contract success, and patient outcomes across the cancer journey.
Collaboration with oncology practices can look different depending on practice size, structure, and preferences. Some practices rely heavily on Thyme Care support, while others prefer a lighter-touch partnership. This role will help design, operationalize, and continuously improve collaboration models that meet practices where they are—while maximizing value for patients and partners.
This is a client-facing role that works closely with internal cross-functional teams and external clinical leadership at partner practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Staff Accountant at Thyme Care, you’ll play a key role in our Finance & Accounting team by supporting core accounting functions that keep our financial operations accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will report to the Accounting Manager, and your responsibilities will include:
Manage Accounts Payable & Expense Processes: Oversee Ramp Bill Pay (our accounts payable system), employee credit cards, and employee reimbursements. Ensure vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time, employee expenses are reviewed and coded appropriately, and all transactions are reconciled in accordance with company policy.
Month-End, Quarter-End & Year-End Close: Prepare and assist with balance sheet reconciliations (cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, etc.) and journal entries to support timely and accurate close cycles.
Financial Reporting Support: Collaborate on the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables used by management and external stakeholders.
Audit Support: Provide documentation and assistance during annual external audits, ensuring internal controls and account details are audit-ready.
Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for internal leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and reliable.
Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen accounting processes and procedures, including leveraging AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Partnership & Insight: Work cross-functionally with Finance and operational teams to support monthly reporting packages and other management deliverables that drive business decisions.
Budgeting Assistance: Partner with the Finance team to support the annual budgeting process, including compiling data, validating assumptions, and coordinating cross-functional inputs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a bilingual Spanish/English Care Partner, your job is to engage Thyme Care members and navigate them through their cancer journey. You will report into a Care Partner Team Lead and spend most of your day reaching out to our members by phone, text, and email.
You will engage with our members to identify changes in their health & social needs, discuss their goals and values to support advanced care planning, and connect them to resources. Part of your role will also be to assess the urgency of their need, determine the root cause and establish the appropriate next step. You will be responsible to connect the member to appropriate healthcare and community-based resources including Thyme Care nurses and providers. You will also research and connect members with external healthcare providers, transportation, financial grants, emotional support resources, and insurance-provided benefits. You will execute your member support using evidence-based assessments, prior experience, and problem solving skills. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the member’s Thyme Care journey, while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the member has holistic support in their care. You will spend the majority of your day working within a phone queue, handling both inbound and outbound calls in a structured, high-volume environment. You will frequently shift between member interactions, documentation, and coordination tasks throughout the day, requiring strong time management and the ability to stay focused in a fast-moving environment.
Note: In order to ensure we have sufficient coverage at all times, we maintain a schedule that includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

YOUR ROLE
As an Oncology Navigation Nurse Practitioner, you will be a critical clinical team member caring for our members. You will have three primary responsibilities:
First, using a telemedicine platform, you will evaluate and manage members identified by our nursing and provider team who have urgent symptoms, complications related to their treatment, or exacerbations of their medical conditions. You will assess presenting symptoms, develop comprehensive care plans, triage to the appropriate level of care, educate patients, and ensure follow-up with relevant primary treating clinicians, including oncology and primary care. You will also complete annual clinical intake visits for select members.
Second, you will develop care plans for our members, in collaboration with our onboarding RNs, to address clinical and non-clinical needs and barriers. You will prioritize members’ goals and develop concrete plans for our Oncology Nurse Navigators and Community Health Workers to reach these goals. To do this, you will review available medical records, work with external providers, give clinical insights to our care team, and adhere to best documentation practices to drive high-quality care for our members.
Third, you will be responsible for the oversight and direction of interdisciplinary case conferences for our members, in which individualized care plans are created and monitored by our team of Community Health Workers and Oncology Nurse Navigators. You will provide clinical oversight to the case management team and direct clinical care, as needed.
In addition to these primary responsibilities, you may be asked to participate in some holiday, night and weekend emergency coverage as needed. Shift options include 8:00a-4:30p, or 2:30-11p Eastern Time.
This role reports to our Nurse Practitioner Team Lead and can be remote or hybrid based in our Nashville or New York City offices. All patient interactions will be virtual via telephone, video, text, or our proprietary virtual care platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Director of Nursing, you will be the senior nursing leader responsible for the performance, development, and strategic direction of a large (>250 RNs), remote, multi-speciality (oncology, CCM, palliative care) nursing workforce. Operating within a value-based cancer care navigation model, the Director of Nursing ensures that nursing practice is standardized, scalable, and aligned with the company's quality, member experience, and contractual performance goals. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of people leadership, systems thinking, and clinical accountability in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to our SVP of Clinical Innovation & Delivery Design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To hit the ground running, we expect you to have a proven track record in leadership and mentorship with experience in healthcare leading high-performing, non-exempt clinical employees. Ideally, you will have experience working in a setting that leverages data and technology to support patient care. We also expect you to see problems as opportunities and are often the first to step up, fix, and overcome them.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Oncology Nurse Team Lead, you will oversee and manage one or more of our frontline nurse teams, ensuring their ability to deliver the highest standards of clinical care and operational efficiency as they advocate, coach, and provide members with clinical guidance throughout their care journey. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will manage clinical escalations, provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to your teams, drive the productivity and performance of your team, and foster cross-team collaboration. This role is pivotal in driving individual and team performance, identifying opportunities for quality improvement initiatives and enhancing Thyme Care’s service offerings by effectively communicating feedback to our clinical leadership from members, providers, and your teams.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a proven track record of managing hourly staff and high-performing nurse teams. You are a proactive problem solver who views challenges as opportunities for growth and is committed to continuous improvement. Experience in healthcare, particularly in oncology, as a nurse navigator or case manager is essential. Knowledge and an understanding of provider and health plan operations are also beneficial.

A BSN. You must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, a multi-state, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) compact license, and a willingness to obtain additional state licenses, as needed.

Additionally, you are certified as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM).
