Required:

Votre rôle ?

Vous êtes un Ingénieur SDET / DevOps expérimenté, passionné par l'automatisation et l'amélioration continue des processus de test avec comme compétences :  

• Java (intermédiaire) : Expérience concrète en développement backend Java nécessaire pour intégrer, étendre et maintenir les tests automatisés existants et développer de nouveaux modules fonctionnels. 

• DevOps / CI/CD (avancé) : Maîtrise des outils GitLab CI, Docker et pipelines complexes. 

• Test automation (avancé) : Conception et évolution de frameworks de tests automatisés. 

• Linux (intermédiaire à avancé) : Maîtrise des environnements et scripting (Bash, Shell). 

• Qualité logicielle (avancé) : Application des meilleures pratiques (code reviews, gestion des anomalies, métriques qualité)

Dans le domaine “store efficiency”, nous opérons le cerveau décisionnel qui transforme les prévisions de ventes en flux de travail optimisé pour nos 1 800+ magasins dans 70 pays (1To de data). Notre système de « Labor Demand Planning » est un levier critique pour la performance économique et l'excellence opérationnelle de nos magasins, garantissant une organisation optimale des équipes face aux flux clients.

Tu rejoins une équipe senior avec des process d’ingénierie bien rodés. Le produit est robuste et a déjà fait ses preuves, mais nous lançons aujourd'hui une refonte de ses fondations pour anticiper nos futurs enjeux de scale. Ton défi : piloter cette transition technique, avec un focus sur les moteurs de calcul et de recherche.

💡 Ton rôle de leader technique

• Modernisation & Re-platforming : Piloter la ré-architecture profonde du système (DDD, découplage, Clean Architecture) tout en garantissant la continuité de service mondiale.
• Expertise Backend & Search : Faire d'Elasticsearch un pilier central de l'aide à la décision. Tu optimises les indexations et les requêtes complexes pour offrir une réactivité instantanée sur des volumes de données massifs.
• Leadership Technique : Soutien à la montée en compétence d'une équipe de 5 ingénieur·es, en favorisant le partage de bonnes pratiques et l'autonomie technique.
• Collaboration Transverse : Tu assures la cohérence avec les briques périphériques (Front-end React, pipelines Spark ETL, Data Analysts) tout en restant focalisé·e sur la robustesse du socle Java.
