As an Operations Specialist – Driver Growth, Planning & City Growth, you will play a key role in launching and scaling secondary cities across Kenya. You will drive structured driver acquisition, lead city expansion initiatives, and ensure a healthy balance between supply and demand. This hands-on role requires strong analytical thinking and execution discipline. You will manage the driver acquisition funnel, translate data into clear action plans to drive growth, and work closely with local teams and cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketplace, Driver Engagement, and Rider teams, to ensure these cities become high-performing marketplaces.

We're looking for a strategic and impact-driven Regional Domain Manager - Driver Ops to lead Bolt's Driver Operations across multiple markets within the region. This is an execution-focused role, directly accountable for driving the roll-out and impact of central Driver Operations initiatives at Regional Level.

You will ensure that every central program - spanning Driver Acquisition, Driver Engagement, Rewards & Loyalty, Quality, Driver Experience and Funnel management, and Driver Community Engagement - is executed with excellence in your region. You will also channel structured market insights and feedback to central teams, ensuring global programs are designed and iterated with real market context.
As the accountable owner for regional Driver Domain KPIs, you will ensure markets meet their OKRs, remove blockers, and create clear alignment between local and central teams. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives on making things happen and who can hold both local and central teams accountable for results.

The Community Manager will be responsible for leading ALX’s community activation strategy in Kenya, with a strong focus on ambassador activation, learner and alumni engagement, community-led recruitment, and impact storytelling.
The role will own the development of systems, experiences, and operating rhythms that enable the community to become a scalable driver of growth. This includes activating ambassadors, increasing monthly active engagement, supporting community contribution to enrollments, documenting compelling stories of impact, and creating a strong community experience that deepens learner connection to ALX.
The Community Manager will also play a key leadership role in cross-functional execution, partnering with Learning, Marketing, Recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure community efforts contribute meaningfully to business goals around enrollments, learner experience, and market growth.
This role is a full-time position
