The Content Development Specialist will support the creation and execution of ALX Egypt’s marketing and social media content. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the role focuses on producing high-quality multimedia content that supports marketing campaigns, community storytelling, and program promotion. The role requires a hands-on creator who can independently produce digital assets including short-form videos, social media visuals, and occasional print-ready materials such as event collateral and flyers. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling instincts with practical production skills and is comfortable executing content from concept to final output.

ALX Ventures is seeking a Program Manager who will lead the centralized delivery of the Founder Academy (FA) and coordinate Incubator programming across Africa. You will own the end-to-end implementation of our startup readiness programming and collaborate with city teams and ecosystem partners to support the journey from idea-stage validation to venture acceleration. For both the Founder Academy and Incubator, this includes core programming and communications related to online masterclasses, workshops, office hours, LMS content and modularization. This will be supported separately by city teams who will determine their own complementary localized in-person and hybrid programming alongside the core programs.

ALX Kenya is seeking a highly creative, agile, and execution-oriented Graphic Designer to support the production of compelling visual assets.
This role is ideal for a designer who can translate campaign strategy into high-quality creative output that strengthens brand visibility, drives audience engagement, and supports learner acquisition. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing marketing assets used across digital campaigns, social media, programme launches, and events, while ensuring consistency with ALX’s brand identity across markets.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage high-volume creative production, and is able to deliver quickly without compromising quality. Basic video editing capability is strongly preferred, particularly for short-form digital content tailored to youth audiences and performance-driven channels.

The Entrepreneurship Development Manager will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening ALX’s entrepreneurship ecosystem in Kenya. This is a high-impact role designed for a strong operator, ecosystem builder, and founder-support leader who can drive both programme excellence and strategic market presence across multiple countries.
The role requires the ability to manage programme delivery, founder engagement, stakeholder partnerships, ecosystem visibility, and performance tracking, while contributing to the long-term growth of ALX’s entrepreneurial footprint in Kenya. This individual will report directly to the Country General Manager for day-to-day implementation and local market leadership, while maintaining a strategic reporting line to the Entrepreneurship Director to ensure consistency with ALX entrepreneurship objectives.

The Entrepreneurship Development Analyst will support the delivery and growth of ALX’s entrepreneurship programming in Kenya with a strong focus on Founder Academy recruitment, founder engagement, event coordination, retention, and programme operations.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys working directly with founders, coordinating events and experiences, driving engagement, and ensuring strong operational follow-through.
This individual will work closely with the Entrepreneurship Development Manager to strengthen founder pipeline conversion, maintain a high-quality cohort experience, improve retention and participation rates, and ensure entrepreneurship programmes are delivered with excellence and consistency across markets.
