We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems. In this role, you will play a key role in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of operational processes while leveraging cutting-edge tooling and AI-assisted solutions.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Own the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems in a containerized, microservices-based environment
• Monitor system health using Grafana dashboards, alerts, and observability tools; proactively identify and resolve issues
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (via Rancher), including deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Lead and participate in incident management using OpsGenie, including on-call rotations, escalations, and post-incident reviews
• Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, messaging, database, and container layers
• Build and maintain automation scripts and tools using Bash, Go, and/or Python to improve operational efficiency
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring smooth deployment and release processes

What you need to be successful:

Must Haves: 

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Production Support, or Systems Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with OpsGenie for incident management and on-call coordination
• Strong experience with GitLab/Git, including CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for tracking and documentation

The Software Engineer (Java) operates at a senior engineer level, driving technical direction across core product domains. The role combines deep hands-on Java engineering with architectural ownership — from high-level system design and technology selection to leading delivery of critical, cross-cutting platform capabilities.

About Our Process

The opportunity
We're looking for a talented Production Reliability Engineer to join our PRE Build and Deploy team based in Montreal, Canada. The ideal candidate understands the different requirements that are brought upon by continuous deployment and high-availability. In this position you work directly with development teams and partner organizations, owning and evolving the CI/CD platform that enables Unity's engineering organization to ship with confidence. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, deployment, reliability, and developer enablement. This is a hands-on technical role working closely with development teams (your internal customers) to build and improve the systems that power MaintainX.

You will play a key role in two major initiatives:

Developer Experience (DevEx)
We are evolving how developers interact with infrastructure. Our goal is to empower product engineers to independently own and deploy their services while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability. You will help build the tooling and infrastructure that makes this possible.

Platform Optimization & Efficiency
As we operate Kubernetes clusters across multiple regions worldwide, optimizing performance, reliability, and infrastructure costs is critical. You will contribute to improving efficiency and reducing platform costs at scale.

What You'll Do: 

• Build, maintain, and evolve our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for reliable deployments and releases

Machine Learning Engineer – Biometrics (Computer Vision)

We’re looking for a Staff/Senior Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in computer vision and biometrics to lead the design and scaling of face recognition systems in production. You’ll build and train models, and own ML systems end-to-end on AWS. The final job level for this role will be determined following the interview process.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of computer vision systems for biometrics (face attributes, detection, quality, and recognition)
• Rigorous fairness analysis and benchmarking of biometric models across various datasets and operating conditions.
• Architect, train, and optimize models using PyTorch, Tensorflow, and/or JAX
• Own and evolve end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment. Design automated pipelines (Airflow) for data ingestion and cleaning. You will be responsible for curating balanced training sets and generating synthetic data to address both quality and diversity gaps.
• Production Engineering: Own the path to production. Optimize models for low-latency inference (quantization, distillation, TensorRT/ONNX) and manage deployment on AWS.

This role blends deep DevOps engineering—CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud architecture—with SRE discipline: SLOs, incident management, capacity planning, observability and a relentless focus on system uptime. You will be the bridge between development and operations, ensuring our clinical research products are always available, performant, and secure for the healthcare organizations that depend on them.

What You'll Own

Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS - infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform, ensuring all environments are version-controlled and reproducible.

• 7+ years of Enterprise Security Sales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISCO/CIO’s)
• Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout their career
• Proven Track record of landing and expanding 7 figure deals 
• Success selling to G2K companies, and developed at least one new logo from scratch
• Experience selling through a channel led motion
• Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
• Background using MEDDIC

Base Salary Range: 200,000 - 210,000 CAD

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.

Ce que nous recherchons

• Posséder plus de 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle en développement iOS.
• Démontrer une forte maîtrise de Swift.
• Expérience en développement de SDK iOS.
• Avoir de l’expérience avec des SDK publicitaires, des plateformes de monétisation ou d’autres systèmes mobiles sensibles à la performance.
• Connaître l’alignement de SDK multiplateformes et les contrats partagés entre iOS et Android.

What we're looking for

Responsibilities

SaaS Application Development

• Detection:
• Develop backend algorithms to process articles, chunk content, and integrate with LLMs for predictive text generation.
• Build APIs and services to manage and scale the application’s content workflow.
• Protection:
• Create secure PDF upload workflows with encryption to ensure compatibility with Adobe Acrobat.
• Integrate authentication mechanisms like Okta for enterprise customer admin management.

AI/ML and Algorithm Development

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize models such as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and generative AI-based solutions (e.g., GPT models).

Requirements

Core Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails, with significant backend experience.
