About You
We are looking to hire a skilled and ambitious front-end focused Senior Fullstack Software Developer in Montreal. You are a highly technical, hands-on developer with a passion for producing maintainable and robust code. You’re passionate about driving value through innovative solutions and enjoy working in a collaborative environment? We’d love to have you on board!
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
You will help shape and evolve the ecosystem for integrations into our platform as we scale with more use cases and areas of extensibility;
Architect and build systems that can process a high volume of transactions;
Design, implement, and support scalable fault tolerant systems to minimise customer impact in case of failures;
Participate in the effort to move to a JAVA micro-service oriented architecture;
You'll work shoulder to shoulder with some of the best people in different disciplines like product management and business analytics.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer;
Strong working knowledge of React, Javascript, CSS, MySQL, micro-front-ends;
Experience developing solutions in various programming languages;
Knowledge of web service technologies and building REST and GraphQL APIs;
Enjoy building production grade code then supporting and maintaining once it goes live;
Comfortable in code reviewing other engineers code and participating in technical designs;
Proven track record of delivering end to end business solutions;
B.S. degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field;

Vous ne vous contentez pas de documenter des exigences ; vous êtes un(e) « détective des systèmes » qui fait le lien entre des objectifs produit de haut niveau et la réalité granulaire de nos intégrations API. Vous êtes responsable du « comment » et du « pourquoi », en consacrant votre temps à retracer des incohérences de données complexes et à définir la stratégie technique pour les résoudre.
Analyse des causes racines des systèmes :
Prendre des problèmes « flous », comme un écart de prix ou un échec de réservation, et les retracer à travers les logs et les bases de données jusqu’à identifier précisément le point de défaillance.
Interface API & partenaires :
Agir comme notre diplomate technique. Vous analyserez en profondeur la documentation des API partenaires, identifierez les conflits logiques et communiquerez directement les correctifs à leurs équipes d’ingénierie.
Insights basés sur les données :
Rédiger et maintenir des requêtes SQL avancées pour surveiller les métriques quotidiennes, identifier les tendances de comportement utilisateur et détecter les erreurs système avant qu’elles n’impactent les clients.
Validation technique & tests :
Agir comme le dernier garant de l’exactitude. Vous collaborerez avec l’équipe QA pour définir des scénarios de test pour des cas complexes, effectuer des tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT) sur de nouvelles intégrations API et vérifier que la logique de tarification ainsi que les balises GTM fonctionnent comme prévu.
Traduire la complexité :
Transformer des problèmes techniques complexes en diagrammes de processus clairs pour les équipes métiers et en spécifications techniques pour les développeurs.
Exécution augmentée par l’IA :
Utiliser les LLM comme levier pour rédiger des scripts d’analyse de données, automatiser les tests et accélérer les investigations.
Évolution produit :
Participer à la définition des KPI, aux tests utilisateurs et à la gestion des implémentations GTM (Google Tag Manager). À mesure que vous maîtriserez le système, vous prendrez davantage de responsabilités sur vos propres fonctionnalités produit.
