The Role

We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to run GTM recruiting at MaintainX. This role sits on the Talent Acquisition team, owning hiring across Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and revenue-adjacent functions. Our GTM org is rated in the top 5% of B2B sales teams on RepVue, with 4.2/5 inbound quality and 104% attainment, and our quota carriers are landing seven-figure ARR deals against Fortune 500 buyers. The bar is high; the closes are real; the room for elite sellers to compound is significant. Your job is to keep that engine fed.

What You'll Do

• Own 10–15 active GTM requisitions at a time across Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and RevOps. Move candidates through stages with 48-hour SLAs and present a calibrated shortlist to every hiring manager within two weeks of intake.
• Source and engage senior sales talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, RepVue, direct outreach, referrals, and events. Build pipelines on always-on roles (AE, AM, CS) before reqs are even opened so we never start a cycle from zero.
• Run structured intake meetings with sales leaders and RevOps. Sharpen role scope, level, territory carve, ramp expectations, and OTE math before the first candidate is touched.
• Calibrate on quota attainment as the leading signal. Read W-2s, ramp curves, and stack rankings the way our hiring managers do. Underwrite risk on every senior offer the way a deal review reads a forecast.
• Maintain a data-driven pipeline review in partnership with revenue leadership. Track pass-through rates, stage conversion, sourcing yield, and offer accept rates on a weekly cadence.
• Configure and own your req portfolio in Ashby: job setup, interview plans, scorecard design, and stage automation. Hands-on-keyboard, not delegated.
• Own the deal-review and presentation interview objects for sales hires. Calibrate the rubric, train the panel, and make sure the selling motion we hire for is the selling motion we run.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting, with meaningful depth on senior sellers (AEs, AMs, Sales Managers, Sales Directors).
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($100M+ ARR or Series C+) where you've recruited against an aggressive plan.
• Hands-on ATS expertise, ideally Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, including job configuration, scorecard design, and pipeline reporting.
• Proven track record closing senior revenue talent in competitive markets, including head-to-head against other late-stage SaaS offers.
• Fluency in sales economics. You can read OTE structures, accelerators, ramp schedules, and quota attainment data, and you can hold your own with a CRO on a comp conversation.
• Data-driven operating style. You run your pipeline from a dashboard, not a gut feeling.
• Ability to manage 10+ concurrent searches without letting candidates go cold.

The opportunity
Developing the Unity platform means designing, building, testing, and maintaining the systems that empower developers to ship and operate live games at scale. The Diagnostics team sits inside Unity's LiveOps umbrella and is responsible for the data that tells creators how their games are actually behaving in the wild — crash reports from the Unity runtime, telemetry and observability across customer projects, product health analysis, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces that put that data back in developers' hands.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and query, and the dashboards developers rely on.
• Write and maintain high-quality Go services that handle attacker-controlled inputs at scale, with strong attention to reliability, performance, and clean data contracts.
• Raise the bar on code review and AI-assisted output review — set the norms the team uses when shipping work alongside coding agents.
• Partner across teams (Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX, Analytics) to design integrations that hold up under real production load and real customer needs.
• Mentor engineers across the team, share patterns broadly, and decompose ambiguous problems into the highest-value path forward.

What we're looking for

• Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, plus comfort moving across a backend-leaning generalist surface (ingest, pipelines, OLAP/columnar storage and query, dashboards when needed).
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment: a track record of leading cross-cutting design, raising the engineering bar, and mentoring peers and ICs around you.
• Real, hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows — you have used coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI, or similar) on real work, formed informed opinions about their trade-offs, and built harnesses, prompts, or sub-agents that hold up under variance. You review model output as rigorously as PR code, and can defend any line of it in your own words.
• Experience designing for and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse a plus), and a working understanding of data pipelines end to end.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.

You might also have

• Genuine interest or experience in observability and telemetry (OpenTelemetry especially) — this is our bread and butter.
• Front-end experience with TypeScript and contributions to dashboard-style surfaces. Backend is the primary lens for this role; front-end capability is a welcome bonus, not a daily expectation.
• Production experience with Kotlin, or C# exposure on the engine side.
• Gaming background — context for how developers consume diagnostics, what game performance and profiling actually mean to them.
• Habits around handling user data responsibly: thinking about trust boundaries, retention, hygienic logging (no PII, no tokens, no full payloads), and threat-modeling features before writing them.

About the Role:

MaintainX is building a dedicated Billing team from the ground up to automate the full order-to-cash pipeline and replace years of organic growth with a reliable, auditable billing platform. You'll be one of the first developers on this team, owning the systems that power every revenue-generating interaction — from a sales rep closing a deal to an enterprise customer going live without a single manual step. You'll work closely with Finance, RevOps, and Product to define the data contracts and reliability standards the business depends on. This is a high-ownership role: the billing infrastructure you design underpins every dollar of ARR MaintainX generates.

• Architect and build a new billing service from the ground up, establishing the foundation for a scalable, provider-agnostic platform designed to grow with the business
• Build the order-to-cash automation pipeline end-to-end: from deal close to contract to provisioning to invoicing to payment collection, eliminating manual steps for every new enterprise contract
• Architect a unified entitlement service that streamlines feature enablement directly based on subscription information

The opportunity
Developing the Unity platform means designing, building, testing, and maintaining the systems that empower developers to ship and operate live games at scale. The Diagnostics team sits inside Unity's LiveOps umbrella and is responsible for the data that tells creators how their games are actually behaving in the wild — crash reports from the Unity runtime, telemetry and observability across customer projects, product health analysis, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces that put that data back in developers' hands.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and query, and the dashboards developers rely on.
• Write and maintain high-quality Go services that handle attacker-controlled inputs at scale, with strong attention to reliability, performance, and clean data contracts.
• Raise the bar on code review and AI-assisted output review — set the norms the team uses when shipping work alongside coding agents.
• Partner across teams (Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX, Analytics) to design integrations that hold up under real production load and real customer needs.

What we're looking for

• Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, plus comfort moving across a backend-leaning generalist surface (ingest, pipelines, OLAP/columnar storage and query, dashboards when needed).
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment: a track record of leading cross-cutting design, raising the engineering bar, and mentoring peers and ICs around you.
• Real, hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows — you have used coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI, or similar) on real work, formed informed opinions about their trade-offs, and built harnesses, prompts, or sub-agents that hold up under variance. You review model output as rigorously as PR code, and can defend any line of it in your own words.
• Experience designing for and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse a plus), and a working understanding of data pipelines end to end.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.

You might also have

• Genuine interest or experience in observability and telemetry (OpenTelemetry especially) — this is our bread and butter.
• Front-end experience with TypeScript and contributions to dashboard-style surfaces. Backend is the primary lens for this role; front-end capability is a welcome bonus, not a daily expectation.
• Production experience with Kotlin, or C# exposure on the engine side.
• Gaming background — context for how developers consume diagnostics, what game performance and profiling actually mean to them.

The role

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Talent for Revenue to lead the recruiting function behind our entire go-to-market motion — from lead generation through post-sales. This is a manager-of-managers role. You'll lead a team of Talent Partners, set the Revenue hiring strategy with our EVP Sales and his leaders, and own the function's outcomes. You will not carry a personal req load. Your job is to make every recruiter on your team great, every search predictable, and every hiring manager partnership tight.

You'll report directly to the VP Talent and partner closely with the EVP Sales and his leadership team across Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Partnerships — covering the US, Canada, the UK, EMEA, and LATAM.

What you'll do

• Lead the Revenue talent team. Manage a team of Talent Partners (manager-track and IC) covering Sales, SDR/XDR, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Partnerships. Hire, coach, and level up the team. Run a development cadence that turns strong ICs into senior recruiters.
• Own the full Revenue hiring plan. Translate the EVP Sales's plan into a sourcing strategy, capacity model, and weekly pipeline — across AEs, ADs, ISRs, SDRs, XDRs, CS, AM, SE, Pro Services, and Partnerships. Allocate reqs across the team. Reforecast every time the plan changes — and on a Revenue team, the plan changes.
• Run the operating cadence with Revenue leadership. Stand up weekly pipeline reviews with the CRO and his direct reports. Deliver clean dashboards on funnel health, time-to-fill, ramp readiness, and offer acceptance. Surface bottlenecks early and own the fix.
• Build the international hiring engine. Partner with the CRO and People Ops on EMEA and LATAM expansion — entity setup, comp localization, and recruiter coverage by region. Make sure a hire in London, São Paulo, or Madrid runs as cleanly as one in Raleigh.
• Drive interview quality and bar discipline. Own the structure of Revenue interview loops — discovery sims, deal-cycle case studies, role-plays, and exec panels. Calibrate interviewers, enforce scorecard discipline, run the debrief standard. When the bar slips, you call it.
• Reduce reliance on contingency agencies. Build the internal team capacity, sourcing tooling, and pipeline depth that compresses time-to-hire on tier 2/3 Revenue roles. Reserve agency partnerships for retained search where it's actually the right tool.
• Own your numbers. This team runs on data. You'll own team-level and function-level metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, sourcing response rates, screen-to-onsite conversion, ramp readiness, and recruiter productivity. You'll be measured on outcomes, not activity.

What you bring

• 8+ years in Revenue / GTM recruiting, with at least 3 years leading a team of recruiters at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Demonstrated track record of building Revenue pipelines across the full GTM stack — SDR/BDR, AE (SMB through Enterprise), CS/AM, SE, and Sales leadership.
• Experience hiring internationally — UK and EMEA at minimum; LATAM is a strong plus. You understand the operational realities of entity setup, comp localization, and time-zone-distributed recruiting.
• Operator's instincts. You can pull your own pipeline reports, design a capacity model, and forecast hires by quarter without a separate ops partner.
• Experience scaling structured interview processes for Revenue — calibrated scorecards, role-play discipline, debrief standards, interviewer training.
• Comfort with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred, Greenhouse / Lever acceptable) and the Revenue sourcing stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, RepVue, Juicebox, direct outreach).
• A point of view on how to partner with a CRO and his leaders without being subservient to them. You can push back when the bar slips, and you can hold a calibration line when the pipeline is thin.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Camera Models, you will develop and deploy machine learning models that power camera-based perception for autonomous trucks. The Camera Models team builds and maintains core vision systems that enable the autonomy stack to understand the environment, detect and localize objects, and estimate scene structure from camera data.

Working closely with teams across perception, data, and infrastructure, you will own the development and improvement of robust, scalable camera-based models that support safe and reliable autonomous driving in real-world freight environments.

This role focuses on owning model development for scoped problem areas, improving system performance through iteration, and delivering production-ready machine learning solutions within the autonomy stack.

• Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models for camera-based perception (e.g., object detection, segmentation, depth estimation, scene understanding)

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer specializing in BEV (Bird’s-Eye View) and Multi-Modal Perception, you will lead the development of next-generation models that unify information across cameras, LiDAR and radar to deliver a rich spatial understanding of the driving environment. 

You will drive architectural innovation, large-scale model training, and data-driven improvements that directly advance the perception capabilities at the heart of Torc’s autonomous driving stack. 

This is a technical leadership role focused on model innovation and maturity, not downstream feature integration. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead BEV model development: Define and execute the technical roadmap for BEV-based perception models across multiple tasks (e.g., detection, segmentation, road topology, and scene understanding). 
• Design advanced multi-modal architectures that fuse heterogeneous sensor data (camera, LiDAR, radar, HD maps) into unified spatial representations.
• Develop foundational perception models leveraging BEV transformers, voxel-based encoders, or implicit scene representations.
• Own large-scale training workflows — from data sampling strategies and augmentation pipelines to distributed training and hyperparameter optimization.
• Advance model robustness and generalization, addressing long-tail conditions such as low visibility, occlusions, and rare scene configurations.

• 10+ years of experience in deep learning for perception, 3D vision, and/or autonomous systems

• Proven expertise in BEV modeling, 3D scene understanding, and multi-view fusion.
• Strong background in multi-modal sensor fusion, particularly integrating camera and LiDAR data.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines, distributed training, and experiment management systems.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to drive the technical delivery of MaintainX’s compliance and multi-region deployments, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant environments, starting with our FedRAMP-focused AWS GovCloud environment. This role is highly hands-on and combines application development, infrastructure work, and cross-team collaboration to ensure our regulated and regional deployments stay aligned with our commercial SaaS architecture while meeting strict compliance, security, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement shift-left practices and tooling that support reliable release cycles in high-compliance and multi-region environments.
• Own and evolve core technical components that support compliance and regional deployments, including provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Design, develop, and review application features across the stack, with proficiency in TypeScript and React Native, ensuring they deploy cleanly and consistently across regions.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Atmos to manage AWS GovCloud and other regional environments.

About You:

• Strong full-stack development experience, including TypeScript, React Native, backend development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code frameworks such as Terraform and Atmos; GovCloud experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives that span multiple systems or teams.
• Comfortable working in regulated or operationally sensitive environments with a high bar for reliability and correctness.

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Software Development to join our EVV (Electronic Visit Verification), VV (Visit Verification) as well as IVR (Telephony) team; he group ensures we can reliably prove care was delivered, enabling our customers to receive payment. What You Bring to the Team
