Impacto en el Rol

Import/Export Analyst

Are you looking to grow your career in international trade? We’re seeking an Import/Export Analyst to support global shipment operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Impact in This Role
In this role, you will coordinate and monitor international shipments, ensuring smooth execution of both import and export operations. You will manage shipment pre-alerts (primarily with UPS) and provide ongoing tracking of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure visibility, on-time delivery, and issue resolution.

You’ll partner closely with the Billing/Finance team to align shipment data with financial documentation and support accurate invoicing. You’ll also create and validate key export documents (such as Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists), ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

About the Role

The SEO & Web Acquisition Analyst owns two deeply connected surfaces: organic search as an acquisition channel, and the company website as the primary conversion environment for new users.

This is not a role where SEO and web are treated as separate workstreams handed off to different teams. Here, they are one because ranking for the right keywords only matters if the page those users land on converts them into FTDs. You own the full journey from search intent to first deposit, and you are accountable for both the traffic and what happens to it.

You will think like an SEO strategist, act like a web product owner, and measure everything against one north star: acquisition.

Core Responsibilities

SEO  Organic Acquisition

• Own the end-to-end SEO strategy: keyword research, content architecture, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
• Build and maintain a keyword universe mapped to acquisition intent  prioritizing terms that drive users likely to convert to FTD, not just traffic volume.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive resolution of issues (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data) in partnership with Engineering.
• Develop content briefs and SEO guidelines for internally or externally produced content, ensuring every piece serves an acquisition purpose.
• Monitor algorithm updates and assess impact on rankings and organic FTD flow; adapt strategy accordingly.
• Build and execute a link acquisition strategy focused on domain authority and referral traffic quality.

Web Ownership Conversion & Experience

• Own the company website as an acquisition asset: you are responsible for its performance, structure, and ability to convert visitors into registered and depositing users.
• Define and maintain the website roadmap  prioritizing changes that directly impact acquisition metrics (landing page performance, conversion rate, load speed, UX clarity).
• Partner with Design and Engineering to implement web improvements with speed; write clear briefs, QA releases, and own the outcome.
• Run structured CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experiments on key acquisition pages: homepages, landing pages, sign-up flows, and campaign-specific URLs.
• Ensure that all paid, affiliate, and organic traffic lands on pages optimized for the context in which users were acquired  no generic landing pages where tailored ones would convert better.
• Maintain the website's technical health in coordination with Engineering: uptime, page speed, mobile experience, and tracking integrity.

Analytics & Reporting

• Own SEO and web performance reporting: organic sessions, keyword rankings, organic-attributed FTDs, landing page conversion rates, and bounce rates.
• Work with the BI Lead to ensure organic and web conversion events are correctly tracked and attributed in the acquisition funnel.
• Translate data into clear action: surface insights proactively, not just in scheduled reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or web management with a clear focus on user acquisition or conversion outcomes.
• Strong command of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Proven ownership of a website or set of landing pages with measurable impact on conversion or acquisition metrics.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, rendering (including JS-heavy frameworks).
• Experience running CRO experiments  you know how to design a test, read results, and implement winners.
• Comfortable working with Design and Engineering: you can write a tight brief, give precise feedback, and push for fast execution.
• Data-driven by default: you measure the impact of everything you do.

About the Role

The KAM Affiliates is the commercial owner of the affiliate partner relationships that drive new user acquisition into the funnel. While this role sits within the Onboarding team, it operates at the intersection of commercial development, partner management, and lifecycle marketing  making it uniquely cross-functional.
Your core mission is simple but demanding: grow the volume of high-quality First-Time Depositors (FTDs) coming through affiliate channels by building stronger partnerships, removing friction from affiliate workflows, and creating the conditions that make it easy and commercially attractive for partners to send more users your way.
This is not a passive account management role. You are expected to think like a business developer, act like an operator, and communicate like a partner success manager.

Core Responsibilities
Commercial & Partner Management

• Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with a portfolio of affiliate partners: negotiate terms, manage commission structures, and identify upsell opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Proactively identify and onboard new affiliate partners that align with the company's B2C acquisition strategy.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key affiliates analyze their funnel performance, share insights, and co-develop action plans to increase FTD volumes.
• Be the primary point of contact for all affiliate inquiries, escalations, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of new and existing affiliate opportunities, tracked and reported on a regular cadence.

Process & Enablement

• Map and audit the current affiliate onboarding and operational workflow; identify friction points that slow down partner activation or reduce partner motivation to send traffic.
• Design and implement process improvements that make it faster, simpler, and more rewarding for affiliates to operate and scale with the company.
• Build and maintain affiliate-facing materials: onboarding guides, commission calculators, creative asset kits, and performance reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the CRM Lead to align on user quality standards: ensure that affiliates are sending users who are set up for activation, not just registration.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding Lead (Thomas Barrett) to ensure a seamless experience between affiliate referral and in-product onboarding.
• Partner with the BI Lead to build affiliate performance dashboards and maintain accurate FTD attribution.
• Coordinate with Finance on commission reconciliation, payout schedules, and fraud controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate management, partnership development, or commercial account management  ideally in a B2C SaaS, fintech, or digital product environment.
• Proven track record of growing affiliate-driven revenue or user acquisition metrics.
• Strong commercial acumen: comfortable negotiating deals, structuring commission models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid), and managing partner P&Ls.
• Data-driven approach to partner performance: able to pull reports, interpret conversion funnels, and translate data into clear actions for partners.
• Excellent relationship management skills build trust quickly and maintain it over time.
• Solid understanding of affiliate tracking technology (postback URLs, pixel tracking, attribution platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, or similar).

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Acquisition Analyst who knows their way around pixels, SDKs, and acquisition channels. You'll be a key player in our growth team, helping us bring in the right users and making sure they actually stick around after downloading our app.

You don't need to have seen it all, but you need to be curious, sharp, and ready to own your work end to end.

What You'll Do

• Run and optimize acquisition channels: Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels. Track what works, cut what doesn't, and scale what does.
• Own our tracking setup: Implement and maintain pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and make sure our events are firing correctly across web and mobile.
• Work with SDKs & MMPs: Help configure and QA tools like Adjust or AppsFlyer to keep our attribution clean and reliable.
• Dig into the funnel:  Spot where users are dropping off and work with the team to test and fix it.
• Improve app onboarding: Analyze how new users move through our onboarding flow and find ways to increase activation rates.
• Report on what matters: Build and maintain dashboards with the metrics that actually drive decisions: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have
