We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a fast-moving team building ML and AI solutions for consumer health behavior change products. You'll work on problems where your models directly influence real health outcomes for millions of users. We move fast, iterate often, and expect our scientists to thrive in ambiguity.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees who are in close proximity to our office hubs to work from our Fort Mill SC, Minneapolis MN, or Denver CO, office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
This role is also open remotely for those not in an office location.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build evaluation pipelines to measure AI and LLM output quality, including automated annotation frameworks and human-in-the-loop review workflows
- Apply NLP techniques to clinical and claims data to extract structured insights that inform product and health outcomes
- Build and improve search and retrieval systems that connect users to relevant, accurate health information using semantic search and RAG architectures
- Develop and ship generative AI applications — moving rapidly from proof of concept to production
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate ambiguous health problems into concrete, measurable data science solutions
- Stay current on state-of-the-art techniques and quickly evaluate what is worth building versus what is noise
- Lead cross-functional execution with stakeholders across product, engineering, and clinical teams
- Contribute to a team culture that is inclusive, intellectually honest, and moves with urgency
What We’re Looking For
You are comfortable owning problems end-to-end, shipping fast, and adjusting course when the data or product direction changes. You don't need perfect requirements to get started.
Core technical areas:
- Generative AI & LLMs — experience building applications with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LangChain, or similar tooling
- Evaluation & Measurement — designing and building pipelines to assess AI/LLM output quality, including automated annotation, human-in-the-loop review, and defining metrics that reflect real health outcomes
- Clinical NLP & Claims Data — extracting structured insights from unstructured clinical text and/or working with medical claims data to understand patient journeys, diagnoses, and treatment patterns
- Search & Retrieval — building systems that help users find relevant health information, including semantic search, dense retrieval, and RAG architectures
- Behavioral modeling — understanding user engagement, retention, and habit formation patterns in the context of health behavior change
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Stats, or Physics) or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of industry experience, specifically focused on shipping production-grade ML/AI solutions in complex domains like healthcare
- Strong Python skills; experience deploying models in production environments
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and NLP techniques (Transformers, LSTMs)
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data (claims, EHR, or clinical text) is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to move from research to production — not just notebooks
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

The Vice President of Corporate Finance is a senior finance executive responsible for leading the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), treasury, and enterprise risk management functions within a publicly traded environment. - Drive operational delivery with business leaders by analyzing performance versus plan, identify drivers of variance, and develop plans to solve gaps.
- Oversee scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and financial modeling related to earnings, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Support quarterly earnings processes, including internal forecast reviews, management presentations, and coordination with Investor Relations.
- Leadership and creation of internal reporting for business analysis, SEC reporting and investor analysis.
Treasury & Capital Markets
- Oversee global treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, and payment strategies.
- Manage capital structure, including debt facilities, credit ratings, covenant compliance, and relationships with lenders and rating agencies.
- Support capital markets activities such as equity and debt offerings, share repurchases, and dividend programs to support long-term shareholder value creation and strategic growth opportunities.
- Lead working capital optimization and cash flow forecasting initiatives.
- Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity risk management and related hedging programs to protect financial performance from market volatility.
Risk Management
- Design, implement, and manage the company’s global insurance programs, including property, casualty, general liability, workers’ compensation, auto, professional liability, D&O, cyber, and other specialty coverages as applicable.
- Lead annual insurance renewals, including exposure analysis, program structuring, underwriting submissions, negotiations, and coverage placement.
- Manage relationships with insurance brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to ensure optimal coverage terms and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate alternative risk financing strategies, including self-insurance, captives, and retentions, as appropriate.
- Oversee claims management strategy, including large or complex claims, reserve adequacy, and recovery optimization.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across FP&A, treasury, and risk management.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team on financial performance, capital allocation, and risk.
- Collaborate closely with Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure consistency in financial messaging and disclosures.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to recognize business improvement opportunities, build strategy, and maximize results.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability of financial processes and systems suitable for a public company.
QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
- Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
- Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure all direct reports maintain training records that comply with applicable quality system requirements.

Position Summary
SRS Acquiom is currently recruiting for a Client Services Liaison. This position requires an individual who can work independently and effectively as part of a team. This person will possess the experience and knowledge necessary to balance shareholder requests and questions via calls and emails, as well as manage ad hoc operational tasks in a fast-paced, highly professional, and client-facing environment.
The ideal candidate is able to communicate professionally and effectively with a broad range of clients, including major shareholders and VIPs, as well as individual shareholders who may not be familiar with the complexities of the post-closing process.
This position requires fielding complex analytical questions across all our business lines and being able to effectively and professionally communicate and document findings in our internal database. This position requires an internally motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a deep curiosity. The person in this role is required to have excellent oral and written communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
Location: Fully remote within the Continental United States
Pay Range: $27.40 - $28.85, depending on experience
Schedule: In order to manage phone coverage, you must be available to work the following shift 8:30am MST to 5:30pm MST
Primary Responsibilities
- Extensive understanding of system of record systems (for example, NetSuite) and a deep understanding and/or innate curiosity around how differing records can and do interact and relate to each other.
- Manage and take full ownership over the professionalism, timeliness, and effectiveness of communications and problem resolutions with shareholders through incoming and outgoing phone calls, email, and other means of communication.
- Set appropriate expectations for shareholders and remain communicative with shareholders throughout their entire experience.
- Proactively provide exceptional "white glove" service to all Shareholders through the entire deal process.
- Identify situations where escalations are necessary and coordinate responses with the Sales, Compliance, Claims, and Operations teams as needed, with a solutions-focused approach.
- Prepare and deploy mass-distributed client correspondence.
- Maintain and proactively manage an internal case management system, with the expectation that they identify issue trends and bring them to their manager's attention in a timely manner.
- Suggest new and more efficient processes and assist in the design and implementation of improvements that will lead to a higher level of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with internal response times and SLA’s.
- Coordinate and take ownership of communication with and escalation to external third parties such as Paying Agents.
- Audit completed work of liaisons to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures to meet company standards, ensuring a consistent and quality experience for all clients.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience dealing with high net worth individuals preferred; experience in the financial industry required; Call center experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (Finance, Economics, Maths)
- Proven experience and ability to create deeply meaningful and reliable professional relationships with Clients that lead to repeat business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey sometimes complex aspects of a deal to Shareholders effectively and professionally in a timely manner
- Previous experience working within an SLA environment, and is adept at prioritizing multiple tasks that require a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment
- Working to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required
- NetSuite experience would be an added benefit, but not required
