This position is a leadership role focused on overseeing and enhancing Inspire’s global quality and complaint handling systems.  This position involves leading teams responsible for configuration assurance, quality systems compliance, QMS training and audit, quality operations, complaint handling and eQMS development, implementation, and validation ensuring compliance with global regulations and driving continuous improvement.

The position will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including quality operations, design assurance, complaint handling, operations, information services, product development and regulatory to achieve organizational goals and foster a high-performing workplace

• Lead and maintain an effective quality system which includes a strategic QMS structure, quality planning activities, execution and monitoring of all QMS processes and metrics.
• Develop and implement the annual quality plan, quality objectives and quality metrics that drive business objectives, continuous improvement and compliance to global regulations.
• Lead the development and implementation of new electronic QMS process workflows to drive compliance with current regulations as well as new geographic regulations where products are, or planned to be, distributed.
• Manage teams interacting with external agencies (FDA, Notified Bodies, and Competent Authorities) for inspections and compliance audits.
• Provide quality expertise for non-product software validations and lead quality team members supporting non-product software validations (eQMS, ERP/MRP, and other electronic quality record tools).
• Oversee complaint handling process and management team
• Lead QMS continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency of the QMS and drive organization compliance.
• Perform, support, mentor and coach others on effective root cause investigations and CAPA actions to maintain effective and compliant quality systems and products.
• Ensure QMS competency-based learning is in place for all QMS processes for both Inspire employees and contractors.
• Recruit, coach, mentor and develop top talent for the quality team.
• Lead effective change management across the organization.
• Apply and coach the application of quality principles, theories, concepts and tools to complex systems and processes.

Required: 

• Minimum of 15 years working in medical device quality systems
• Minimum of 10 years managerial experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a medical device compliance, audit, and/or complaint handling role
• Experience working directly with FDA, Notified Bodies or other geographic regulators during regulatory inspections/audits (front room)
• In depth knowledge of and implementing global medical device regulations (21 CFR 11, 820, 801, 803, 806, 821, 822, 830, JPAL, EU MDR, MDSAP, ISO 13485, etc.)
• Demonstrated Quality Systems leadership by implementing and validating an electronic QMS software tool to transition existing paper processes into electronic workflows.

The Field Clinical Representative provides technical and clinical expertise, educational and field support to ensure the safe adoption of the Inspire therapy and products.  The FCR is responsible for working with customers, physicians, clinic staff and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success.

• Lead annual insurance renewals, including exposure analysis, program structuring, underwriting submissions, negotiations, and coverage placement.
• Manage relationships with insurance brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to ensure optimal coverage terms and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate alternative risk financing strategies, including self-insurance, captives, and retentions, as appropriate.
• Oversee claims management strategy, including large or complex claims, reserve adequacy, and recovery optimization.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across FP&A, treasury, and risk management.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team on financial performance, capital allocation, and risk.

Job Description:

Provide regulatory support for neurostimulation therapy for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in adult and pediatric patients. Focus on US and international regulatory submissions and evaluate market access requirements for new geographies in Asia and Latin America, e.g., India, Brazil, and others as required. Conduct regulatory assessments of design and manufacturing changes, e.g. engineering change orders and supplier change requests. Assist with manufacturing and design changes and new product development submissions, as well as conducting gap assessments between Inspire’s US and EU regulatory documentation and the regulatory requirements in new geographies.  Interact directly with regulatory agencies at the reviewer level. Review labeling and promotional material for regulatory compliance. Generate and approve design history file documents, device master record documents, engineering change order records, and other quality system documents and records as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, or relevant scientific field.
2. Five (5) years of progressive experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related discipline in the medical device industry.
3. Two (2) years of experience specifically in Regulatory Affairs, which may have been gained as part of or in addition to the required progressive experience.
4. Experience must include:
   1. US Class III devices.
   2. Authoring a variety of regulatory submissions for US and EU related to implantable devices.
   3. Basic submission processing experience with submission portal use and fee processing systems

POSITION SUMMARY

The Traveling Field Clinical Representative provides expert clinical and technical support for Inspire therapy across multiple geographic regions. This position requires extensive travel, including multiweek or multi-month assignments, to support procedural excellence, clinical education, and care pathway adoption at customer sites regionally.

This role partners with field clinical and sales teams, as well as cross‑functional partners, to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes while supporting the regional and national expansion of Inspire therapy. #LI-Remote

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & ASSIGNMENT STRUCTURE

• This is a designated travel role requiring 75–100% travel, often including overnight stays, consecutive travel weeks, and short notice scheduling based on clinical need.
• Travel assignments may include:
• Short-term rotations: 1–4 weeks
• Medium-term rotations: 1–3 months
• Long-term rotations: 3–12 months
• Assignment location, duration, and schedule will be communicated in advance whenever possible; adjustments may occur based on business priorities.

Education, Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain up to date knowledge of clinical publications, advancements in therapy, and scientific evidence.

Operational Excellence & Documentation

• Complete all required SleepSync training and ensure accurate data entry for referred and treated patients.
• Document all clinical activities including procedures, activations, device registrations, and education sessions.
• Support regional and national education initiatives with technical expertise while on travel rotation.

Customer Engagement & Ecosystem Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders at each assignment location.
• Assist with patient referral completion and ecosystem referral flow to support patient access.

Position Summary:

Experienced Sr. Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA / PM) for our Corporate & Operations Applications team, providing the process and technical business analysis skills, while also leading small to mid-size projects, for the Finance functions.  In this position, you will have a high level of interaction with the functional business users and the Information Services (IS) team.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Liaise with business teams and senior management to capture and define business requirements, use cases, information models, workflows, test cases and business cases for Microsoft Business Central and other solutions in the Finance space.
