ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  

The Vice President of Corporate Finance is a senior finance executive responsible for leading the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), treasury, and enterprise risk management functions within a publicly traded environment. This role reports to the CFO and partners closely with the executive leadership team to support financial strategy, capital markets readiness, liquidity management, and disciplined risk oversight.

The VP of Corporate Finance plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality forecasting, robust internal reporting, investor-grade financial analysis, effective capital allocation, and strong governance in support of earnings performance, long-term growth, and shareholder value creation.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE  

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Guide the organization’s enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with public company reporting cycles to deliver financial plans aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and investor-grade financial analysis, KPIs, and management reporting to support earnings guidance and strategic decision-making. Turn complex data into clear insights that help leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive operational delivery with business leaders by analyzing performance versus plan, identify drivers of variance, and develop plans to solve gaps.
• Oversee scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and financial modeling related to earnings, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
• Support quarterly earnings processes, including internal forecast reviews, management presentations, and coordination with Investor Relations.
• Leadership and creation of internal reporting for business analysis, SEC reporting and investor analysis.

Treasury & Capital Markets

• Oversee global treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, and payment strategies.
• Manage capital structure, including debt facilities, credit ratings, covenant compliance, and relationships with lenders and rating agencies.
• Support capital markets activities such as equity and debt offerings, share repurchases, and dividend programs to support long-term shareholder value creation and strategic growth opportunities.
• Lead working capital optimization and cash flow forecasting initiatives.
• Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity risk management and related hedging programs to protect financial performance from market volatility.

Risk Management 

• Design, implement, and manage the company’s global insurance programs, including property, casualty, general liability, workers’ compensation, auto, professional liability, D&O, cyber, and other specialty coverages as applicable.
• Lead annual insurance renewals, including exposure analysis, program structuring, underwriting submissions, negotiations, and coverage placement.
• Manage relationships with insurance brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to ensure optimal coverage terms and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate alternative risk financing strategies, including self-insurance, captives, and retentions, as appropriate.
• Oversee claims management strategy, including large or complex claims, reserve adequacy, and recovery optimization.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across FP&A, treasury, and risk management.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team on financial performance, capital allocation, and risk.
• Collaborate closely with Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure consistency in financial messaging and disclosures.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to recognize business improvement opportunities, build strategy, and maximize results.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability of financial processes and systems suitable for a public company.

QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
• Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
• Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure all direct reports maintain training records that comply with applicable quality system requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles within a publicly traded company.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, treasury, capital structure, and financial risk management in a public company environment.
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting cadence, earnings processes, and investor-facing financial rigor.
• Proven experience partnering with executive leadership.

Position Summary:

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Coordinate with the Academic Development Team & Sales organization regarding our Fellowship program which includes scheduling meetings, introductions, and other details.
• Project Management: Coordinate with Medical Education team regarding our Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Education Programs and other Medical Education programs that support the Inspire therapy. 
• Coordinate and participate in Residents and Fellows video series for continued learning.
• Data Management: Update data in Microsoft Dynamics working externally with Academic Centers to do so. 

Educational Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field

Required Experience: 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The HR Business Partner will support our US Field team.  In this role you will work closely with the Human Resources team and other business leaders in developing and implementing HR initiatives, programs and processes. In addition, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for employee relations, proactive partnership with leaders, performance and talent management, and ongoing HR employee related items.

Position Summary:

Experienced Sr. Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA / PM) for our Corporate & Operations Applications team, providing the process and technical business analysis skills, while also leading small to mid-size projects, for the Finance functions.  In this position, you will have a high level of interaction with the functional business users and the Information Services (IS) team.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Liaise with business teams and senior management to capture and define business requirements, use cases, information models, workflows, test cases and business cases for Microsoft Business Central and other solutions in the Finance space.
• Review functional design documents, user stories, and other functional artifacts to ensure alignment with the business needs.

• Provide functional and process knowledge and oversight for concurrently running projects and evaluate best practices as well as process alignment.

• Manage small to medium size Finance projects from initiation to closure, including solution selection, initiation, planning, execution, deployment, hypercare, risk management and stakeholder communication, among other SDLC activities.
• Highly accountable to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Serve as a point of contact and escalation for teams, ensuring team actions remain in constructive collaboration.
• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, best practices and recommend improvements or enhancements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for the team.
• Onboard, train, and support Business Analysts and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts).
• Facilitate team retrospectives targeting growth and continuous improvement in process and culture.
• Work to develop and standardize solutions to address problems, improve productivity, profitability and business processes through technology.
• Work on ERP enhancements and incidents in other business functions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst in ERP with Finance or comparative role
• Experience on 5+ ERP implementations with direct deliverables in the Finance space
• Experience authoring quality validation deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 9 years working as a business analyst in Finance
• At least 5 years experience working in a regulated medical device company
• Experience in and strong understanding of Finance processes including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger & Management Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis
• Experience in and strong understanding of supply chain, sourcing and procurement, inventory management, shipping, customer service / sales order management.
• Willingness to learn Finance technologies and new ERP, including Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation and communication skills with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
