As the Director of Facility Operations, you will own the performance, uptime, and efficiency of our mining site portfolio. About the role

Woolpert is hiring a Roadway Engineer to join our dynamic Transportation Team at one of Ohio office. This position reports to the Roadway Engineer and is responsible for projects spanning multiple states, multiple clients and presenting unique challenges. • Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment

The Team

Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. Among these are our multi-cloud-provider Kubernetes infrastructure, networking, load balancing (including our public-facing edge and internal service mesh), and observability and alerting systems.

The Fleet Management team provides the core runtime environment that empowers our developers to build and ship products to delight our customers. The Team

This role can sit in our NYC HQ on a hybrid basis, or it can be fully remote while working from a location based in either Eastern or Central time zones. We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer for our SRE, Atlas team to support, maintain and grow the Atlas platform. MongoDB’s Storage Layer Services (SLS) team is re-architecting the MongoDB cloud storage layer and sits at the heart of our next-generation cloud storage architecture. The Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (“ARC”) Initiatives team at MongoDB owns the strategy, governance, and delivery of our most critical cross-functional risk and compliance initiatives. We design and execute programs that support compliance audits, risk assessments, employee awareness and enablement, and the implementation of common control frameworks, along with consistent operating cadences that align key stakeholders, accelerate decision making, and drive the execution of initiatives that reinforce MongoDB’s assurance, risk management, and compliance objectives. We serve as the central coordination point for ARC-wide initiatives, connecting Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams around clear priorities, milestones, and outcomes. The Policy Program Manager is a mid-to-senior level individual contributor role responsible for leading the development and operationalization of policies and procedures aligned to established control frameworks. You will drive end-to-end ownership of policy lifecycle management, from drafting and review through implementation and ongoing maintenance, while coordinating inputs across teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adoption. Additionally, you will lead documentation standardization efforts, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and perform gap analyses to continuously strengthen and mature our ARC policy framework.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of company-wide compliance programs, including the annual security policy and procedure review cycle
• Design and implement scalable frameworks for policy lifecycle management (creation, review, approval, publication, and retirement)
• Establish standards, templates, and governance processes to ensure consistency and clarity across all compliance documentation
• Maintain a centralized, audit-ready repository for policies, procedures, and supporting artifacts
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Engineering, Product)
• Drive alignment, gather inputs, and ensure timely completion of policy updates and compliance deliverables
• Ensure policies and procedures align with regulatory, security, and internal control requirements

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of program management experience, ideally within an Information Security or high-growth technology environment
• Experience creating and managing policy and procedure programs or governance frameworks
• Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST CSF)
• Strong proficiency in managing full-lifecycle projects, including scoping, planning, risk mitigation, and change control
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence, including the ability to build custom dashboards and manage complex documentation repositories
• Maintain and support a GRC/policy management platform to ensure consistent policy administration and system usability

About the Role

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating rates, and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products and materials. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we source, curate, and deliver branded merchandise at scale for global clients, bringing campaigns to life through high quality, on brand products and building a best in class vendor network as we grow.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in promotional merchandise or branded products to take ownership of vendor sourcing, pricing, and fulfilment. This is a high impact role with real ownership, where you will directly influence product quality, supplier strategy, and commercial outcomes. In this role, you will operate in a fast moving, high volume environment, managing multiple sourcing requests at once while balancing speed, cost, and quality.  Working closely with Swag, Production, and Sales, you will own the end to end sourcing process, while building a product catalog and lookbooks that turn ideas into standout client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor & Inventory Management
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise. Build out our vendor network as the business scales.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Set pricing that balances market competitiveness with strong margin performance for Reachdesk.
• Build a vendor vetting process that aligns with business values.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and oversee quality control.
• Curate and create commercially compelling product catalogs and lookbooks that enable sales teams to sell across a variety of client use cases.
• Ensure all items available to purchase across our vendors are accurately priced, stocked, and meet the quality standards of our clients.
• Apply sustainable and scalable methodologies to pricing swag decoration to maximize Reachdesk’s margins while minimizing the time to quote these services.

• Place orders with partner vendors & track production schedules.
• Oversee large or complex orders requiring multiple vendors or custom product development.

• Proven supplier, decorator or vendor management experience, including negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements

• Experience using promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar

At Nu, tax efficiency and compliance are not just obligations—they are pillars that support our ability to scale and innovate. As a Tax Specialist, your primary goal will be to ensure the Total Tax Integrity of our operations. You will have a direct impact on the P&L by ensuring that every tax is calculated with pinpoint accuracy, mitigating risks, and ensuring that Nu stays ahead of US tax requirements. Your role is fundamental to sustaining financial transparency for investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

You'll be responsible for

Your day-to-day will be defined by the dynamism of a complex financial operation. Your main challenges and activities will include:

• Full Compliance Cycle: Leading the calculation, accounting, and technical review of federal and state direct taxes (corporate income tax, including federal estimated payments and state apportionment) and also support on the management of indirect taxes (sales & use tax, excise tax, and other transaction-based levies across multiple jurisdictions) compliance managed by local external advisors.
• Tax Filing and Payment Management: Owning the end-to-end calendar of tax filing deadlines and payment obligations across all federal, state, and local jurisdictions — including the timely review of estimated tax payments (Form 1120-W), coordination/submission of extension requests, and final returns. Maintaining a centralized compliance calendar to proactively manage due dates, avoid penalties, and ensure accurate payment amounts are reconciled against the general ledger, along with the support of local external advisors..
• High-Precision Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing footnote disclosures for Effective Tax Rate (ETR) reconciliation under ASC 740, as well as managing the movement and projection of deferred tax assets and liabilities, including valuation allowance assessments.
• Mastery of Ancillary Obligations: Guaranteeing the flawless delivery of complex filings such as the federal consolidated return (Form 1120), state and local income tax returns, information returns (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865), and FBAR/FATCA filings, ensuring that all reported data faithfully reflects the underlying accounting reality.
• Stakeholder and Audit Management: Acting as the focal point for federal and state tax examinations and audits (internal and external), defending the company's tax positions before the IRS and state revenue authorities, and maintaining the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) control environment.

• Experience in Effective Tax Rate Reconciliation: You have directly managed the bridge between book and taxable income under ASC 740, knowing how to explain rate variances, assess uncertain tax positions (ASC 740-10 / FIN 48), and project deferred tax assets and liabilities for SEC-reporting or audited companies.
• Experience with Financial Institution Tax Compliance: Specific experience preparing and reviewing tax filings in a regulated financial services environment, including familiarity with bank-specific tax considerations (e.g., bad debt reserves, OID, original issue discount instruments) and information reporting obligations (Forms 1099, 1042, and FATCA/CRS).
• Background in Internal Controls (SOX): Practical experience designing, executing, and reviewing tax-related internal controls under a SOX framework, ensuring the end-to-end tax process is auditable, well-documented, and free of material weaknesses or significant deficiencies.
• Tax Project Management Capability: Experience coordinating transfer pricing studies, preparing or reviewing IRC §482 contemporaneous documentation, and interfacing with external law firms and Big Four advisors for strategic and time-sensitive deliveries.
• Education and Tools: A solid degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field — CPA licensure strongly preferred. Hands-on proficiency with tax compliance and provision software (e.g., Corptax, OneSource, or Bloomberg Tax) and the ability to leverage ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data tools to extract, reconcile, and analyze large volumes of tax-sensitive data.
