We're hiring an Applied AI & Analytics Associate to sit inside the Office of the CEO. This is not a support role. This is not a reporting role. This is a problem-solving role — one where you'll work directly alongside the VP, Chief of Staff to the CEO and senior leaders across the company to crack open the problems that matter most and turn them into decisions that drive the business forward.

What You'll Actually Do
You will be an analytics and AI professional embedded in the Office of the CEO, contributing to high-impact analytical work across the company and contributing to how SharkNinja uses data and AI to make better decisions.
This is not a single-team support role. You'll move across functions — working with product, operations, finance, supply chain, marketing — on whatever problems matter most to the business right now.

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our platform team as a technical anchor, ensuring our systems remain scalable and flexible as we maintain sustainable growth and innovation in the countries where we currently operate, while also launching into new international markets. You will play a vital role in evolving the architecture of one of our most complex and strategic products.
You will operate within a high-impact triad alongside Product and Management, focusing on long-term technical strategy and system health. As a hands-on technical leader, you will challenge the status quo, propose innovation and solve deep architectural problems, mentor and become a technical reference for our engineering team. Your work will directly enable millions of customers to access financial products via credit card worldwide.

Toronto base salary range (CAD): $192.000 - $288.000
Palo Alto base salary range (USD): $230.400 - $288.000

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic problem-solver who excels at building scalable data systems and has hands-on experience with Databricks, Looker, AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Terraform. You will work alongside sales, customer success and engineering to design, implement, and maintain the operational data infrastructure that powers our analytics and platform offerings.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000.
