Overview
We are supporting a large scale Automated Mobile Robot program delivering materials line side across warehouse and plant floor environments. The program launches in North America with a planned global rollout. This role owns execution from pilot through scale.
Responsibilities
• Own end to end delivery of an AMR automation program
• Manage timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate IT, OT, manufacturing, warehouse, safety, and vendors
• Lead onsite deployments in active production plants
• Manage pilot plant execution and rollout sequencing
• Communicate program status to executive and plant leadership
Required Experience
• 8 plus years of project or program management experience
• Manufacturing or plant floor project experience
• Experience leading multi site initiatives
• Comfort working onsite in industrial environments
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

The warehouse operator walks on uneven concrete and tile surfaces. The Warehouse Operator lifts up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis and 80 pounds on occasional basis. Two or more employees complete lifts of greater than 80 pounds.
Pushing/Pulling/Bending/Stooping: The Warehouse Operator occasionally pushes/pulls filled bags when re-stacking a pallet. The Warehouse Operator pushes/pulls while using brooms and dust mops during cleanup duties. The Warehouse Operator bends and stoops occasionally throughout the workday for varying lengths of time.
Squatting/Kneeling/Crawling/Twisting/Turning: The Warehouse Operator may squat to pick up product from the floor, or during various cleanup duties. Occasional slight twisting and turning at the waist when sampling powder, or when re-stacking pallets.
Climbing/Balancing/Reaching: Warehouse Operator steps on and off the industrial truck. The Warehouse Operator reaches below and/or above shoulder level when removing or adding bags to a pallet.
Grasping/Manipulation: Frequent use of the hands and fingers is required.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $52,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We’re looking for a Client Automation Specialist to join our Detroit Division — someone who thrives on hands-on technical work, enjoys being on the road, and takes pride in helping clients keep their operations running smoothly.
As a key member of the Ernest team, you’ll be the trusted expert supporting our clients who purchase or lease packaging and warehouse equipment. You’ll install, service, and maintain machinery, diagnose and repair issues, and provide the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back.
