About the Role

Verkada is seeking a Global Solutions Engineer with expert experience in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, Linux systems, Security Surveillance and Access Control. This individual will partner directly with their territory account executives to expand the Verkada footprint upmarket into Fortune 500 companies in LATAM.  Responsibilities include directly interfacing with customers/partners throughout the sales process, overcoming technical objections, assisting customers in designing deployments with Verkada Products and providing technical assistance to territory account reps. What You'll Do

• Be the subject matter authority on the full Verkada suite of products and offerings and articulate the value added benefits to customers throughout the sales process.

• Write White Papers and Knowledge Base articles about Verkada Products, features, and integrations.
• This role requires regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations as needed. Rumble Cloud is seeking a Kubernetes Engineer to support our team in rolling out and operating our next-generation Kubernetes platform. As a Systems Engineer, you’re expected to:

As a key Engineer within the Computing Squad, you will be in contact with critical pieces of foundational infrastructure where the majority of Nubank's workloads run, including Kubernetes, AWS, Network, and Service Communications. You will contribute to our Computing product strategy, find opportunities to improve our infrastructure, and set a high technical standard for the team.

Main responsibilities: 

• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve our infrastructure in areas like performance, costs, and governance.
• Represent the team in different technical forums, being able to document, negotiate, and convince different stakeholders across various levels and chapters.
• Anticipate technical and product issues, making appropriate design decisions to avoid them.
• Deep dive into problems to identify root causes and deliver innovative solutions that address team-level challenges with a focus on medium and long-term impact.
• Understand the technical aspects, capabilities, and limitations of our systems, contributing to discussions and improvements.
• Contribute to our Computing product strategy, working closely with peers and Product Managers.

What are we looking for?

• Experience and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and IT operations, with a focus on automating and streamlining processes to achieve efficient and reliable software delivery for our customers. You will work closely with development and operations teams of our customers to build, deploy, and maintain critical systems, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the customers' infrastructure.

Responsibilities: 

Collaboration and Communication: 

• Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of projects. 
• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery pipelines. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.

Automation and Tooling: 

• Design, implement, and manage automation processes for software build, deployment, and configuration. 
• Evaluate, select, and implement tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the development and deployment processes.

Infrastructure Management:
