Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join Dropbox’s Network Engineering team. You’ll work alongside senior and mid level engineers to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, offices, wireless networks, and cloud environments.

This role provides hands-on opportunities to build expertise in network automation, performance optimization, cloud networking, and security. You’ll support ongoing projects while helping expand the team’s capabilities in automation, observability, and cloud infrastructure consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize networks using Datadog, Kentik NetFlow, and synthetic testing.
• Support datacenter and studio office network deployments, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Assist in day-to-day CorpNet operations including stand-ups and vendor calls.
• Contribute to Aruba Cloud wireless migrations and ongoing management.
• Support AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI networking initiatives including VPC design, routing, and security optimization.
• Assist with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX/ZCC projects including DR testing and Business Continuity deployments.
• Develop, test, and maintain network automation scripts using Ansible and Python.
• Contribute to automation of datacenter office deployments to reduce manual effort and streamline provisioning.
• Work with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.) to enable repeatable deployments.
• Maintain and improve NetBox, Oxidized, ACL management, and IPAM systems.
• Document network architectures, procedures, and operational guides.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by writing technical runbooks and training materials.
• Support network segmentation and traffic inspection projects to enhance security posture.
• Assist in secrets and certificate management across enterprise platforms.
• Participate in performance optimization initiatives to improve end-user experience.

On-call work may be necessary occasionally to help address bugs, outages, or other operational issues, with the goal of maintaining a stable and high-quality experience for our customers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper platforms.
• Familiarity with network automation using Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms: Datadog, Kentik, NetBox, IPAM.
• Basic familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Strong interest in zero trust security (Zscaler) and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Aruba wireless (on-prem and cloud).
• Experience with Zscaler tools (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC).
• Knowledge of Vault or other secrets management platforms.
• Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes networking.
• Strong written skills for technical documentation and runbooks.

THE ROLE

Sourcing Manager, Apparel

We are seeking a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The Sourcing Manager, Americas/Apparel will focus on sourcing opportunities in Mexico, Central America, and South America but is not limited to these regions. This role is critical to optimizing Quince’s supply chain by re-sourcing existing products with long lead times and high logistics costs, as well as identifying and launching new products from the Americas region to drive business growth. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for scouting potential suppliers, pitching them on Quince’s business model, conducting cost analyses for key products, and onboarding suppliers into our fast-paced supply chain. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client teams to embed quality and authenticity into study design and execution—enabling faster launches without compromising trust as task types and volumes evolve.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end quality design for Prolific managed service studies, including rubrics, acceptance criteria, defect taxonomies, severity models, and clear definitions of done.
• Define, implement, and maintain quality measurement systems, including sampling plans, golden sets, calibration protocols, agreement targets, adjudication workflows, and drift detection.
• Build and deploy automated quality checks and launch gates using Python and SQL, such as schema and format validation, completeness checks, anomaly detection, consistency testing, and label distribution monitoring.
• Design and run launch readiness processes, including pre-launch checks, pilot calibration, ramp criteria, full-launch thresholds, and pause/rollback mechanisms.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed in-study quality controls and authenticity checks into workflows, tooling, and escalation paths.
• Write and continuously improve guidelines and training materials to keep participants, reviewers, and internal teams aligned on evolving quality standards.
• Investigate quality and integrity issues end to end, running root-cause analysis across guidelines, UX, screening, training, and operations, and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Build dashboards and operating cadences to track defect rates, rework, throughput versus quality trade-offs, integrity events, and SLA adherence.
• Lead calibration sessions and coach QA leads and reviewers to improve decision consistency, rubric application, and overall quality judgement.
• Translate one-off quality fixes into repeatable, scalable playbooks across customers, programs, and study types.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, data or annotation quality, analytics engineering, trust and integrity, or ML/LLM evaluation operations.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with comfort applying statistical concepts such as sampling strategies, confidence levels, and agreement metrics.
• A proven track record of turning ambiguous or messy quality problems into clear metrics, automated checks, and durable process improvements.
• Strong quality systems thinking, with the ability to translate complex edge cases into clear rules, tests, rubrics, and governance mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience instrumenting workflows and implementing pragmatic automation that catches quality and integrity issues early.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Client teams) and drive change without direct authority.
• Strong customer empathy, with a clear understanding of what “useful, trustworthy data” means for research, AI training, and evaluation use cases.

The Sourcing Manager, Americas will focus on sourcing footwear & leather goods in Western Hemisphere (Mexico, Dominican Republic, USA, among others), with an emphasis on nearshoring strategies for lead time reduction. This role is critical to optimizing Quince’s supply chain by re-sourcing existing products with long lead times and high logistics costs, as well as identifying and launching new products from the Americas region to drive business growth. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for scouting potential suppliers, pitching them on Quince’s business model, conducting cost analyses for key products, and onboarding suppliers into our fast-paced supply chain. Additionally, they will ensure supplier continuity, conduct periodic business reviews, and drive operational efficiencies.

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for:

• Scouting and vetting potential suppliers in Western Hemisphere
• Pitching Quince’s business model to key manufacturing partners.
• Conducting cost analyses for core products to ensure competitive pricing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a category supply chain strategy, including multi-sourcing for the Footwear and Accessories segment (womens/mens/kids), across different product and material types.
• Identify, vet, and onboard supplier partners, coaching them to operate within Quince’s rapid replenishment, M2C (Made-to-Consumer) model.
• Train suppliers on Quince OS, including operational efficiency (rapid lead times, consumer focus), financial modeling (high ROIC), and technical capabilities (Vendor Portal).
• Product Expansion: Collaborate with Merchants and Product Development teams to introduce new styles and colors approved through our NPC process.
• Drive Operational Excellence:

Job Summary 

Kairos Power is seeking a highly motivated Senior Electron Beam Welding Engineer that will be responsible for in-house electron beam welding (EBW) capability development and technology maturation. In this role, you will work on the Welding Development team to assist in the advancement and implementation of welding and manufacturing capabilities. The candidate will partner with design, testing, materials, modeling & simulation, and reliability engineers to develop weld joint design, weld techniques, weld specifications, and inspection methods needed for welded KP-FHR and test platform assemblies.

Responsibilities

Procedure Development & Qualification

• Design, develop, and maintain EBW procedures and supporting documentation (WPS/PQR) to meet material, joint, and quality requirements in compliance with applicable codes, standards (e.g., AWS, ASME, API), and regulatory expectations.
• Develop and execute weld qualification plans, including test coupons and validation trials, in coordination with quality and materials teams
• Anticipate future welding needs by aligning EBW procedures and qualification strategies with evolving product designs, manufacturing processes, and regulatory demands.

Quality Assurance & Process Optimization

• Oversee and review EBW inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and applicable quality standards.
• Analyze weld test data to identify trends, determine root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions to enhance welding performance and reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize EBW processes, increase efficiency, reduce cost, and maintain high-quality output.

Collaboration & Training

• Partner with design engineers, production teams, and key stakeholders to integrate EBW processes into the manufacturing workflow effectively.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to welding technicians and operators on EBW techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Technical Documentation & Reporting

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process instructions, work procedures, and detailed reports.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping of EBW procedures, inspection results, and quality control data to support traceability and continuous improvement.

Equipment Ownership & Maintenance

• Ensure performance, reliability, and availability of EBW systems, including high-vacuum chambers, beam control units, and power supplies.
• Monitor and calibrate critical parameters (e.g., beam alignment, focus, power output, vacuum integrity) to maintain process consistency and compliance with specifications.
• Lead maintenance and upgrade initiatives, including preventive planning, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and system improvements to enhance automation and long-term equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of welding engineering experience, with substantial hands-on experience in EBW required
• Experience with weld inspection methods, including both destructive testing and non-destructive examination (NDE) techniques
• Hands-on experience working with austenitic stainless steels, carbon steels, piping systems, and pressure vessels
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or mentoring junior engineers and technicians is preferred.
• Experience with manual and CNC machining operations is preferred
