Desarrollador NET Senior (Con experiencia en Java)
Escolaridad: Licenciatura, Ingeniería y/o en Informática, Sistemas Computacionales o afines.
Profesional con experiencia previa en proyectos híbridos con tecnologías NET y Java.
Enfocado en desarrollo backend, integración de sistemas, mejora continua y trabajo colaborativo bajo metodologías ágiles.
Inglés: Intermedio – Avanzado
5 – 7 años de experiencia:
Desarrollo de Servicios Web, WCF / API NET Framework).
Experiencia sólida con C#
3 años de experiencia comprobable en Java (SE / EE) para desarrollo backend y mantenimiento de aplicaciones empresariales.
Desarrollo de servicios y APIs en Java Spring / Spring Boot (deseable).
Manejo de SQL Stored Procedures.
Uso de Git como repositorio de código fuente.
Experiencia en procesos CI/CD.
Conocimiento en arquitecturas REST, SOAP y Microservices.
Normalización y diseño de bases de datos.
Experiencia en Metodologías Ágiles: Scrum Developer Routines.
Levantamiento de requerimientos, análisis funcional, diseño y BPM funcional.
Conocimientos generales en arquitectura aplicativa, arquitectura de solución, datos y negocio.
Excelente nivel de conocimientos teóricos en desarrollo de software, especialmente asociados al stack técnico de NET y Java.
Dominio de buenas prácticas de desarrollo y estándares de codificación.
Conocimientos Deseables:
Solución de problemas relacionados con CSP (Content Security Policy).
Experiencia en MVC / WebForms / arquitectura en capas.
Conocimientos de NET Core / NET 6+.
Deseable experiencia en ETL.
Frontend con Reactjs.
Backend con C# y/o Java.
Integración y despliegue en Azure con MS-SQL, Cosmos DB y Service Bus.
Experiencia en despliegues cloud y administración de ambientes en Azure.
Conocimientos en servidores de aplicaciones Java (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss)

Estamos en búsqueda de un Technical Lead Fullstack con sólida experiencia en Java y Angular, que lidere equipos de desarrollo y participe activamente en la definición técnica y arquitectura de soluciones. Requisitos:
- +5 años de experiencia como Technical Lead o líder técnico.
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo con Java y Angular.

- Spring Boot
- Hibernate
- MVC
- Servicios REST y SOAP
- Arquitectura de microservicios
- Experiencia en diseño de arquitectura de software.
- Capacidad de documentación técnica (modelos de datos, APIs, estándares).
- Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.
- Inglés intermedio (lectura y comunicación técnica).

🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in high-scale, event-driven systems built in Java.
This role focuses on designing and operating distributed systems that process high-volume of events across batch and real-time workflows. You’ll contribute architectural ideas, optimize performance at scale, and improve system resilience — without acting as a formal Tech Lead.
Our platform runs on AWS and OpenShift (OCP), leverages PostgreSQL and document-oriented NoSQL databases, and demands strong performance discipline.
If you’ve tuned the JVM under load, optimized JSONB queries in production, and built reactive systems that don’t fall apart under concurrency — we should talk.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend services in Java
- Build and evolve reactive, event-driven architectures handling millions of events
- Contribute to both batch pipelines and real-time streaming flows
- Apply reactive programming principles (Project Reactor, Spring WebFlux, or similar)
- Design and implement resilient asynchronous patterns (retries, backpressure, circuit breakers)
- Optimize JVM performance (GC tuning, thread pools, memory usage, non-blocking I/O)
- Design flexible data models using NoSQL in document-style patterns
- Optimize PostgreSQL performance, including JSONB-heavy queries, indexing strategies (GIN, partial indexes), and query plan analysis
- Analyze locking, contention, and concurrency bottlenecks
- Implement strong observability practices (metrics, tracing, distributed logging)
- Collaborate in architecture discussions and contribute scalable design improvements
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Java expertise
- Proven experience building and operating large-scale event processing systems
- Hands-on experience with reactive programming (Project Reactor, WebFlux, RxJava, etc.)
- Deep understanding of non-blocking I/O and asynchronous execution models
- Strong experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS/SNS, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems (eventual consistency, ordering guarantees, idempotency)
- Experience tuning the JVM in production environments
- Strong PostgreSQL performance tuning skills
- Hands-on experience optimizing JSONB queries (GIN indexes, containment queries, query plan analysis)
- Experience using NoSQL with flexible/document-style data models
- Strong PostgreSQL performance tuning skills, including JSONB optimization and indexing strategies
- Experience working in AWS environments and familiarity with Kubernetes-based platforms (OpenShift/OCP)
💡 Nice to Have
- Experience with Kafka Streams or stream processing frameworks
- Experience designing hybrid batch + streaming architectures
- Experience with caching strategies (Redis)
- Familiarity with load testing and benchmarking tools
- Experience in defining and monitoring performance SLAs/SLOs
