Your role in a nutshell

The Client Development Manager is the lynchpin of the team, taking the lead across an agency portfolio to create and convert outcome-focused opportunities for our clients. You will work collaboratively with each of the Advanced Programmatic teams to drive client-centricity in everything we do, and develop strong relationships with agency and client stakeholders. This role will focus on

• Play an active role in supporting agency new business pitches and digital transformation projects.
• Support Director to grow total agency use of WPP Media Solutions including  proprietary media, commerce, and tech solutions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all aspects of programmatic media, including (but not limited to) supply, ad tech 1st and 3rd party data, optimisation techniques, auction mechanics, tagging and tracking, dynamic creative, native, measurement, brand safety, viewability, audiences, and analytics.
• Ensure that opportunities are evaluated for feasibility prior to booking, leading the management of expectations with clients.
• Deliver pitch-quality deliverables at all times, consistently careful and methodical with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all work delivered.
• Develop and execute ongoing client development plans to improve your client base qualitatively and quantitatively.

About the Role

As an SMB Account Executive at ROLLER, you will play a critical role in growing our market share by acquiring and expanding relationships with small and mid-sized businesses in the leisure and attractions industry. You’ll partner with a BDR to generate pipeline, qualify leads, and drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

What You'll Do

  • Work inbound leads while also collaborating with your BDR partner to generate a net-new outbound pipeline.

  Consultative Sales & Deal Execution

  • Build trusted relationships with SMB customers, positioning ROLLER as a strategic partner.
