We are looking for an autonomous, strategic, and flexible mid-level Legal Counsel who will thrive in a high-pressure, high-stakes creative environment. This role will handle deal negotiations for a broad range of creative production projects across Asia-Pacific, clearance of international marketing campaigns, provide practical and business-focused guidance and support to internal business stakeholders as well as working collaboratively alongside our other regional legal teams. We are looking for International Trade Compliance Leader to join our rapidly growing team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for driving international trade controls and policies to protect and guide the development of commercial dual-use and defence technology across the APAC region, as an expert in applicable US and non-US export control laws and regulations. The role will be a key interface between engineering, program management, compliance, and senior leadership to ensure that product teams are in line with engineering goals and compliance frameworks. About the role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer to lead the end-to-end delivery of data-driven digital marketing campaigns for Tier 1 clients.
Working within one of Australia’s leading MarTech and Digital Experience teams, you will own the planning, production and execution of multi-channel campaigns across marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.

About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager with 4+ years within digital marketing and martech under their belt.
You will help clients connect with their customers using innovative and strategic digital campaign solutions, across both customer loyalty and acquisition campaigns, with a focus on end-to end email campaign management.
You will handle the day-to-day administration of your client accounts, including internal and client WIPs, workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates and records, while developing a thorough understanding of your client’s business needs and offering strategic recommendations on digital campaigns.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Account Director to join our Corporate team at Burson, leading a portfolio of B2B tech clients while playing a key role in driving new business and growth across the agency.

As Senior Compliance Counsel, you’ll join the team supporting Akaysha’s operations as a global corporation across every phase of the asset lifecycle. Recently, the Legal, Risk & Compliance Pillar has delivered significant outcomes across regulatory tenders, financing facilities, and large-scale asset construction.
Building on this momentum, the Senior Compliance Counsel plays a pivotal role in setting the enterprise compliance strategy, leading and developing the enterprise compliance team, and ensuring the Board, Management and employees understand and meet their regulatory obligations through effective frameworks, systems, training, oversight and reporting across Australia and all other jurisdictions where Akaysha operates.
The role works closely with the General Counsel, the Principal of Risk & Insurance, and relevant functions across the organisation to develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory obligation registers in alignment with sound governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
This role provides the flexibility to be based at Akaysha’s Melbourne (HQ), or Sydney Office with the option to work in a hybrid capacity – spend time in the office, and at home.
