About the role: 

The GenAI Content Studio (Generative AI content development) is a new in-house creator team, with the role of developing content for the key brands of a global consumer health company across the consumer journey for touchpoints such as advertising, social, e-commerce, website. The team works with generative AI to produce content in-house, in direct contact with brands and marketing. This is leading a true content transformation for the client, operating in new ways, with new processes. 

We are looking for daring and bold professionals who will embrace the power of Generative AI and challenge the status quo in advertising and marketing. 

This role focuses on designing and delivering purposeful, user‑ready creative templates and marketing communications for global brand toolkits and multi‑regional adaptation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital and graphic design principles and experience designing adaptable templates that support consistent brand execution across markets. 

What you will be doing: 

• Design and produce a wide range of HCP-facing materials: detail aids, leave pieces, slide kits, patient brochures, banners, e-learning interfaces, and email templates and produce the templates in Canva for re-use. 
• Create modular template architectures in Canva that allow non-designers (Medical Managers, field force) to populate content without breaking the layout. 
• Build robust, well-structured files with clearly labeled layers, styles, and grids to ensure ease of use by other team members or clients. 
• Translate complex scientific and clinical content into clear, visually compelling layouts that support comprehension and message hierarchy. 
• Simplify complex medical information into clear visual hierarchies suitable for fast consumption by HCPs. 
• Work closely with medical writers to ensure data visualizations (charts, graphs, MOA illustrations, infographicas) accurately and faithfully represent the underlying science. 
• Ensure consistency of visual identity and tone across all touchpoints and content formats. 
• Apply brand guidelines rigorously while adapting designs for different formats, channels, and market needs. 
• Work in close coordination with Project Managers to respect timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage concurrent projects efficiently. 
• Ensure all creative work complies with regulatory, ethical, and brand standards. 
• Ensure visual outputs accurately reflect approved claims and do not introduce misleading or non-compliant interpretations of medical data. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

• 7+ years of experience in visual design within creative agencies or healthcare environments.
• English proficiency is mandatory – all work happens in English. 
• Remote‑based opportunity. 
• Previous experience creating doctor‑ or pharmacist‑facing content is preferred, even as part of broader design experience. 
• Exceptional visual storytelling, composition, and conceptualization skills proven by a strong creative book with experience in healthcare. 
• Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and creative automation workflows (e.g., Canva, Leonardo. Ai, Kling, LLMs). 
• Use Gen AI tools to create high-quality visual assets (including talent imagery, product visuals, and backgrounds), ensuring outputs are realistic, brand-aligned, and production-ready. 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to bridge strategy, marketing, and production. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation. 
• Experience working in regulated industries or healthcare.

Your responsibilities may include:

Provide medical support to patients with a range of conditions, primarily via email:

• Triage, assess, and support patients: Evaluate the severity of patients' medical side effects and enquiries, providing appropriate assistance and information and escalating where appropriate.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses: Respond to patients promptly, delivering accurate medical information and advice while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain patient safety: Take necessary precautions to ensure patient safety, especially when addressing medical concerns and side effects.
• Initiate communication based on tracker information: Monitor patient progress through tracking data and reach out to patients as needed to provide support to increase treatment adherence

Share patient insights with the clinical services team and wider business:

• Share patient feedback: Feel empowered to share any feedback or insights from patients regarding their experiences with the service and any suggestions for improvement.

About you (Who you are)

• A Doctor of Medicine, Registered Pharmacist or Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience in the healthcare industry
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a patient-friendly manner via email
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with team members, and adept at handling frequent interruptions and adapting to changes in workload and schedule
• Task-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to processes with precision
• You are willing to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM -1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off

• Triaging in a clinic or emergency setting
• Previous work experience in tele-health

Harbor is seeking a Contracts Lawyer to join our growing consulting delivery team in the Philippines. This is a matrix role that primarily reports to a Business Unit Client Lead, with day-to-day work assignments managed at the client level. The role is also supported by the broader Contracts Team, which provides legal oversight, coverage, and training. 

As part of Harbor’s BOS team, you will work closely with project team members and client personnel to facilitate the review of vendor contracts, support negotiations, and ensure adherence to both client and Harbor contract administration processes. You will play a key role in mitigating risk and creating value through effective application of contract   standards, risk analysis, and negotiation, particularly within the context of US commercial contracting frameworks. 

This is a hybrid role based out of Harbor’s Makati City office, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. Due to the global nature of the role, candidates must be willing to work USA Central Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT) hours on a regular basis. 

Responsibilities: 

• Apply playbook standards to review, redline, and edit contract language. 
• Identify contractual options and strategies to resolve negotiation roadblocks under US   legal frameworks. 
• Liaise with client in-house counsel for contract approvals. 
• Facilitate negotiations and act as liaison across stakeholders. 
• Communicate contractual risks and obligations, including under US law. 
• Manage pipeline of contract reviews and stakeholder updates. 
• Maintain contract records and documentation. 
• Develop templates aligned with US legal standards. 
• Support vendor governance and risk management. 

Education & Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)  from a recognized institution is required. 
• Active membership in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines  is required. 
• 4+ years of contract review experience. 
• Strong understanding of US commercial contract law. 
• Experience with MSAs, SaaS, data privacy, and licensing agreements. 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Strong contract review, negotiation, legal analysis and risk assessment skills. 
• Excellent English communication skills. 
• Experience supporting US clients preferred. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
