The Opportunity  

Join our global Client Services team as an Associate Consultant within the EDM Change function, supporting the delivery of onboarding and change activity for our EDMaaS clients. Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll help ensure client changes are delivered consistently, governed appropriately, and transitioned smoothly into business-as-usual (BAU) operations. 

You’ll build a strong foundation in change governance, documentation, and operational processes—contributing to impact assessments, maintaining client runbooks, and coordinating updates across teams. As your capability grows, you’ll begin to triage and deliver low- to mid-complexity change requests independently, escalating risks and issues for review and learning how to communicate progress and impacts clearly to clients and stakeholders. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious about financial data and enjoys structured delivery in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain exposure across clients, datasets, and service types while developing the skills and confidence to progress into broader ownership of change delivery, deeper subject-matter expertise, and future leadership opportunities within the EDM Change team. 

 What you will do:  

Process, Governance & Standards 

• Follow defined change governance procedures with guidance. 

• Complete CAB Impact Assessments with support from senior colleagues. 

• Maintain client‑specific and generic support documentation. 

• Apply onboarding, change, and operational procedures in line with the Transition Framework. 

• Build a solid knowledge base across clients and service types to support future SME growth. 

Onboarding & Change Delivery 

• Complete onboarding‑related tasks under the direction of senior consultants. 

• Support the handover from Change to Operations for onboardings and significant client changes. 

• Triage and deliver low‑ to mid‑complexity change requests independently. 

• Maintain accurate client updates on assigned RSDs. 

• Investigate escalated issues and propose solutions for review. 

Issue Resolution & Technical Contribution 

• Assist with RCAs, service performance updates and preparation for Client Experience meetings. 

• Support change‑related analysis, documentation updates, and operational insights. 

• Build foundational technical skills through training and certifications. 

• Develop knowledge of Rimes tools, workflows, and data processes.

So, what’s the role all about?

The Senior Cloud Network Engineer is responsible for the NiCE's public and private cloud network architecture and security.

This position evaluates current and emerging technologies, collaborating with DevOps and other business units within the company to set and ensure implementation of best practices.  The Senior Cloud Network Engineer will work with AWS, Azure, GCP and other cloud providers including NiCE's private cloud environments.

This position requires strong experience with Cloud technologies; AWS, Azure and others along with proven knowledge in cloud specific networking, including VPC/VNET design, VPC/VNET peering, VPN Gateways, Cloud VPN, NAT Gateways, VGW, Cloud Load Balancers, Security Groups, Traffic Manager, Direct Peering, Direct connect/Cloud Interconnect/ ExpressRoute and other cloud related endpoints.

This position requires expert knowledge in all aspects of Networking, including but not limited to advance routing with BGP and OSPF, Firewalls and VPNs, Load Balancers, Ethernet switching, VoIP and MPLS technologies and many others.  This position develops details design specifications and ensures the implementation follows and meets these standards.  This position provides training to other team members, including mentoring other engineers.  The Senior Cloud Network Engineer serves as the final escalation point for Cloud related issues.

Senior Platform Engineer

Job Overview:

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Five9, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting and implementation services to Five9’s enterprise customers. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud contact center solutions, a passion for customer success, and a drive to implement solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will be responsible for leading the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Five9’s products, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to go-live.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Professional Services team, this customer-facing role includes currently existing deliverables for PCE, with the additional expectation of being an advanced resource and involvement in the mentorship program for the VCC and other Five9 partner systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Takes the lead in requirements gathering, configuration, product training, solution testing, and production rollout. Act as a Project Engineer (PE) or as a Solution Architect (SA) when working on accounts. Whichever role type will be needed and applied to a project’s implementation will be assessed and decided upon by PS management.
• Build customer trust by setting expectations and ensuring their business needs align with the Five9 solution.
• Exchanges standard/basic information with colleagues and immediate supervisor, project leaders, and other professionals in the team and group.
• Technical resource for multiple internal and customer-facing projects simultaneously while needing little or no oversight and/or direction. This includes standard and advanced projects but is not limited to:
  • Integrations with Five9 partners (Salesforce, NetSuite, Velocity, etc.)

Key Requirements:

• Preferably with minimum of 12 years of professional experience working in a Contact Center as Service or Software as a Service related industry.

• Able to explain and elaborate on Five9 technical matters regardless of customer's level of proficiency and complexity.
• Experience implementing Genesys, InContact/NICE or Contact Center Software Projects
• Experience in Advanced Integration projects (Salesforce, Velocify, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365 etc.)
• All intermediate-level expertise will be used as a pre-requisite on top of any of the following criteria indicated below:
