Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and we've set our sights on powering every television in the world. Roku pioneered streaming to the TV. Our mission is to be the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. We connect consumers to the content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers unique capabilities to engage consumers.
From your first day at Roku, you'll make a valuable - and valued - contribution. We're a fast-growing public company where no one is a bystander. We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.
We believe that great user experiences come from people who have the vision to see the big picture while still maintaining an incredible attention to detail. The User Experience team at Roku is comprised of UX designers, researchers, and writers working collaboratively with our world-class Product and Engineering teams to meet customer needs for a Roku experience that delivers simplicity and delight.
Roku is looking for an experienced UX Product Designer with strong mobile interaction design skills to lead the design of key Mobile streaming experiences. This work will mainly focus on mobile streaming experiences and associated workflows such as subscription and account management. We know your time is valuable, so we love being transparent about our hiring processes. For this Product Design role, we’ll start with a call from your dedicated Roku recruiter. Then you’ll have a follow-up call with the Hiring Manager (UX Design Manager). After that, we’ll ask you to do a 35-minute portfolio presentation to a cross-functional, 4-person panel of designers, researchers, and product managers. In this presentation, we’ll want you to walk us through a couple of projects you’ve done that you’re especially proud of. You’ll tell us what your role was, what your process was, how it turned out, and what you learned from it – showing artifacts from your process along the way. Then you’ll have one-on- one meetings with the panel for follow-up questions and other conversations. Throughout the process, your Roku recruiter will be there for you every step of the way!
Roku fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment where teams work in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays are flexible for remote work except for employees whose roles are required to be in the office five days a week or employees who are in offices with a five day in office policy.
Roku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families. Our comprehensive benefits include global access to mental health and financial wellness support and resources. Local benefits include statutory and voluntary benefits which may include healthcare (medical, dental, and vision), life, accident, disability, commuter, and retirement options (401(k)/pension). Employees are supported in taking time off, in accordance with local leave policies and other personal needs to support their evolving work and life needs. It's important to note that not every benefit is available in all locations or for every role. For details specific to your location, please consult with your recruiter.
Roku welcomes applicants of all backgrounds and provides reasonable accommodations and adjustments in accordance with applicable law. If you require reasonable accommodation at any point in the hiring process, please direct your inquiries to EmployeeRelations@Roku.com.
Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.
We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together.
So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.
Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.
Manager, Field Sales, Manchester
Square is building a world-class, high-accountability field sales organization — and we’re looking for a leader who is both a coach and a builder. You know the craft of selling deeply: how to open doors, generate pipeline, position value competitively, and close with precision. You lead from the front, developing your team through active engagement — not from the sidelines.
You will be the driving force behind a disciplined, insight-led sales motion that blends in-person selling with proactive outbound strategy. Your leadership will elevate both the quality and velocity of revenue while shaping a culture rooted in excellence, ownership, and growth.
If you are a hands-on leader with deep product expertise, strong competitive instincts, and a track record of raising the bar for sellers — this is your next move.
You will:
Lead with expertise in the field
Operate in the details
Build a high-performance, high-accountability culture
Scale expertise, process, and go-to-market effectiveness
We're working to build a more inclusive economy where our customers have equal access to opportunity, and we strive to live by these same values in building our workplace. We encourage applicants to share any needed accommodations with their recruiter, who will treat these requests as confidentially as possible. As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as the key day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and taking responsibility for the delivery of several medium to large projects. You should have a clear understanding of the programme as a whole (not just the projects you are working on) across your accounts, increasing your involvement in the strategic planning and financial management of your accounts and focusing on developing your leadership style to actively manage up and down, based on project needs.

Provide counsel to the client throughout the project with confidence to challenge the client when required; manage challenging conversations with the client, as required
Provide support to your account lead in addressing programme and team challenges
Formulate solutions to client challenges such as last-minute requests
Have a clear understanding of the programme as a whole (not just the projects you are working on), including the client objectives, strategy and environment so that you are able to confidently lead internal meetings and client calls
Ensure momentum is maintained across the programme and contact with client continues whenever the account lead is absent
Business development
Identify areas for organic growth within existing accounts (evolving existing programmes and/or additional tactics) and confidently sell new ideas in to clients, with support from your account lead
Play a management role in the new business process (assisting in the production of credentials and pitch presentations, coordinating and managing team members and external suppliers), having a significant share of voice/visibility with the internal cross-functional team
Team management
Begin to develop your leadership style, instilling professional values and good working habits in your teams
Look for opportunities to inspire, motivate, and empower your team on a daily basis, leading by example and setting the standard for junior accounts team members
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members and manage their performance
Support interviewing for new AAs – SAAs
Line manage at least one accounts team member AAs – SAAs, providing day-to-day support and longer-term career development guidance
Financial management
Develop more complicated budgets for integrated client programmes and track resource use against available budget throughout the month
Coach others to develop accurate budgets for clients, reflecting back on previous projects and gathering cost quotes
Support your account lead with the financial management of your accounts, proactively getting involved in invoicing, forecasting and resourcing and attend month-end finance meetings
Complete your timesheets and expense claims accurately and on time and take an active role in reviewing timesheets across the majority of your projects
Agency environment
Participate in internal initiatives which contribute to the culture or development of the Medical Communications team, or Real Chemistry more broadly (e.g., compliance/socials/inspiration)
Keep abreast of award-winning work and insights from other industries, sharing as appropriate
This position is a perfect fit for you if:

As we work toward our "5-5-1500" vision, Apadmi is looking for a motivated sales professional and aspiring leader to help us grow our mid-market presence. We are the "go-to" partner for mobile experience, and we pride ourselves on a reputation for quality that is second to none. If you are results-driven and ready to engage with C-suite and senior leaders, this is your platform to excel.
As a Growth Manager, you will be a key driver for our UK and International mid-market growth. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities and securing long-term partnerships. You won’t just be selling apps; you’ll be guiding brands through complex digital transformations - supporting those just beginning their mobile journey as well as those looking to revitalize their existing digital strategy. You will lead strategic deals supported by a world-class team of experts, including our CEO, CTO, and specialist Heads of Practice.
You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for the mid-market segment, working toward a Year 1 target of £2.5m. You will be supported by a robust inbound pipeline from Marketing and our Strategic Partnerships function, while also taking a proactive approach to identifying and nurturing your own leads. You will manage approximately 20 high-quality proposals per year, aiming for a 50% success rate by collaborating with our specialist Bid Management and technical teams.
Strategic Deal Management: Guide the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and qualification to final contract signing.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a professional network of senior stakeholders and executives across the UK and Ireland.
Pipeline Development: Identify new market opportunities while effectively managing and converting inbound leads provided by our Marketing team.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with our Strategic Partnerships Director to explore co-sell opportunities with partners such as Braze, Airship, and Google Cloud.
Industry Presence: Represent Apadmi at major events (RTS, Shoptalk, World Aviation) to build brand awareness and connect with potential partners.
Internal Collaboration: Work alongside our Bid Management and technical leads to create bespoke, high-impact proposals that address specific client needs.
We are looking for a motivated professional ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you are currently an internal salesperson (BDE) looking to move into a client-facing role, or an Account Manager transitioning into New Business, we value your drive and strategic thinking.
Digital Literacy: A strong understanding of the digital landscape, particularly how mobile integrates into wider platform and partner strategies.
Strategic Approach: The ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with organization, empathy, and a focus on outcomes.
Executive Communication: The ability to present clearly and build trust with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
Goal Orientation: A desire to meet targets and contribute to a team growing at +30% YoY.
Market Awareness: An understanding of the digital product market, including clients, competitors, and industry trends. (A pre-existing network is a plus, but the ability to build one is essential).
