We are seeking a Strategic People Partner who combines curiosity, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR delivery. This Partner will help us shape our people's experience, talent initiatives, and ultimately own an org/s as a trusted People Partner.

You’ll partner across teams to strengthen how we grow, support, and develop Wavers. Your work will touch key areas such as: performance coaching, development, talent management, organizational design and employee experience, while also supporting talent programs.

In this role, you'll;

• Support Organizational Design & Effectiveness

  • Partner with business leads to assess and evolve team structures that enable collaboration and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate organization health reviews, using people analytics to identify strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Support managers on change management, team design, and culture alignment as their orgs scale.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance employee experience, performance, and engagement.

  Learning & Development Collaborations

  • Partner with the L&D team and business leads to identify development needs and learning priorities across functions.
  • Support individual development planning and ensure learning insights are embedded into performance and career frameworks.
  • Track participation, to inform continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

  Talent Management & Growth

  • Partner with leaders to map career paths and growth frameworks across their teams.
  • Support performance review cycles, calibrations, and feedback conversations that drive meaningful development.
  • Build visibility into succession planning, and emerging talent across Wave.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team, to ensure a consistent strong pipeline of talent during hiring processes.

  Grow our Talent & Development Programs

  • Manage Wave’s internship and Support rotation programs: canvassing roles, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and successful integration.
  • Partner with leads to identify high-performing participants for continued development and full-time conversion opportunities.

  Strengthen Employer Branding 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to capture authentic stories that reflect Wave’s culture and employee experiences.
  • Contribute to content for social channels, events, and recruiting campaigns showcasing Wave as a great place to grow.

Requirements

The role…

At Soho House, the Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, serving food and providing excellent service accompanied by memorable experiences to all guests and members who visit a Soho House & Co. property. As a Bartender you are an extension of the brand, management team and global food and drink program. As a result, you will be responsible for professional behavior, charismatic and positive energy to create a fun environment that drives conversation and sales.

A successful Bartender will greet customers, learn and remember their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties. To succeed as a Soho House Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable with a thirst for all things craft cocktails!

Main Duties

• Follow steps of service and company guidelines for preparing cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks used at the bar
• Maintain a clean and organized section as well as collaborate with other bartenders to; wash glassware and utensils after each use, Clean up after customers and clean work area
• Educate guests and members about beverage options learned through House Tonic trainings
• Discuss and describe daily specials, seasonally influenced menu items and food pairing options to promote additional sales through creating optimal experience for dining
• Collect payment on all sold items and operate a cash register
• Check identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products as well as determine when a customer has had too much alcohol
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays that promote specific beverage options and can increase overall sales and member / guest experience
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies and delegate replenishment of items to Barbacks
• Mix ingredients according to drink recipes to maintain a globally unified beverage program and consistent experience

The Role…

At Soho House, the Food and Beverage Admin Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the food and beverage department. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including menu edits and implementation, walkout recovery, expense reports, SOP implementation and execution, vendor coordination and ensuring the business is optimized to its highest standards. The F&B Admin Manager works closely with the kitchen and service teams to streamline processes and ensure that daily operations run seamlessly. 

Main Duties…

• Serve as the Admin Manager for four days per week, with one day dedicated to cross-training and operational involvement to enhance business acumen and maintain a holistic understanding of the department.
• Oversee the rollout and execution of new menus, ensuring alignment with Soho House standards and guest expectations.
• Manage processes for addressing member walkouts, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Handle expense report requests and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to meet financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain and update the compendiums, ensuring all information is current and accessible to the team.
• Conduct bi-weekly audits of the Micros system to ensure menu accuracy and pricing compliance.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency in operations and service.
• Provide support to the House Trainer and General Manager (GM) in delivering training programs to staff, ensuring high standards of performance and development.
• Assist with site compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements, health, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate monthly department meetings by sending calendar invites, securing appropriate meeting spaces, and managing administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, sign-in sheets, and communication with the site payroll team to ensure accurate staff coding and attendance tracking.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

As a Line Cook III, you thrive in fast-paced environments and positively influence the team by demonstrating skilled abilities of one or more stations and remaining calm during a busy service. 

A successful Line Cook III is a critical member of the team due to the focused and appreciated culinary abilities in one or more stations. Although not skilled in all stations, a Line Cook III is hyper-specialized and has a proven ability to execute all menu items properly from prep to plate and deliver top-quality dishes from two or more stations.

 Main Duties

• Responsible for learning all menu items and ability to produce consistent and quality dishes in fast-paced and demanding environments on one or more stations.
• Daily support in prep as well as kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory when needed.
• Daily responsibilities also include preparing food items while adhering to allergy requests and specific dish alterations.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. In addition, be able to comply with safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.

Scope of the Job

At Soho House a Maitre’D is passionate about customer service and hospitality as well as responsible for supervising members of the Host/Reception team. As the Maitre’D, you provide members, guests and staff a fun, approachable and rememberable experience. Maitre’D also helps with welcoming, informing and training new employees on managing the reservation books, restaurant information and steps of service. Also, responsible for managing the reservation book, communicating special requests and notes to the appropriate staff member and updating the member’s data base daily.

A successful Maitre’D remains cool under pressure, quickly problem solves, identifies solutions and opportunities for positive experiences. Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5+ years of equivalent work experience (3+ years Managing/Supervisory capacity)

• Must have OpenTable, Salesforce and Opera experience is not a must but would be nice
• Must have experience answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities.

The role…

At Soho House, a Busser is responsible for curating a we organized, clean and structured member and guest experience. A Busser, supports runners, servers and management by cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, and bringing guest needs to the attention of waitstaff. They also restock necessary items, such as napkins and straws, and may assist with washing dishes.

A successful Busser will be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills.

Main Duties

• Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized and candles are on the tables
• Ensure appropriate table setting and china is used for various services throughout the day; breakfast, lunch, dinner or feast service; mis en place (ketchup, salt pepper, HP and sugar bowl).
• Stock all stations upon arrival (small plates, sharing plates, water and wines glasses, and all the silverware) and maintain throughout service along with working with your team to keep the bread warmer full and neat
• Maintain section and ensure bread and water is delivery upon guests’ arrival while also assisting other sections when applicable
• Clear tables plates, silver / glassware between each course and subsequently wipe down and re-set table for new guests
• Polish silverware and pot wash are stored according to local standards
• Complete side work before and after service (see side work sheets for details)
• Making sure the cabinet and shelf in the bar area are full before service (glassware - silverware - plate ware).
• Remove all the dirty linen from station and trash is empty and clean

At Soho House, a Public Space Attendant keeps all lobbies and public facilities (such as lobby restrooms, telephone area, the front desk and offices) in a neat and clean condition. The Public Space Attendant at Soho House promote a positive image of the property to members and guests and must be reliable, approachable, acute eye for detail and should also able to address guest requests and problems if they arise.

A successful Public Space Attendant (PSA) trustworthy, organized, dependable and passionate about creating and tidy spaces with a great can-do attitude!

Main Duties

• Responsible for routine walk-throughs and ensuring the overall tidiness, cleanliness and maintenance of the Club, Rooms, Cowshed (Spa) and F&B Spaces (when applicable)
• Maintain a clean and tidy property as well as stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Assist housekeeping team with rooms, focusing on deep cleaning procedures
• Adhere to local and government compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment for members, guests and staff by placing proper signage as needed
• Perform and document daily inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects that may include minor repairs and organizing the stock room when shipments arrive
• Proactive in notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Proper disposal of refuse as well as maintain storage areas and restock areas and back landing as needed 
• Collaborative team member, also reliable to work autonomously and proactively as needed
• Adhere to health and safety policy (I.e. IIPP, worker’s comp procedures, and allergy procedures) is always followed as well as implement, monitor and enforce compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable

The role…

At Soho House a Runner is responsible for a range of tasks including preparing tables, serving orders, explaining meals, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and servers. A Runner also assists the servers in providing quality hand plated service to all guests who come to Soho House. As a Food Runner, your goal will be to provide our members and guests with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience.

A successful Runner thrives in a fast-paced environment, can problem solve in high-pressure situations and remain calm, approachable and professional.

Main Duties

• Responsible for following Steps of Service set by Soho House & Co that includes but is not limited to; Refill water glasses and coffee cups, clear finished dishes, crumb the table, replenish all table supplies, expedite food orders
• Accommodate special requests from guests or alternative solution that better suites business needs or advise management to further assess and provide options
• Thrive in high-volume and elevated service environment. Ensure the delivery of a seamless service by thinking quickly on your feed, managing / anticipating guest and member needs and ensure servers, Executive Chef and General Manager are supported.
• Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before appropriately serving to members/guests
• Adhere to health and safety policy (allergy procedures) is followed as well as all Company processes, procedures, and standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable
• Work as one team with one goal; to serve members and guests their food and/or drink items in a timely manner and support the team by running items from expo and service bar that are outside of your section to
• Clean and stock server alley and expo area
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions who asked by members and/or guests

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
• Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
• Tips certified and POS knowledge

The Role…

At Soho House a Part Time Server is responsible for understanding, discussing and educating members and guests all menu items, allergies associated (if applicable) while also presenting an approachable and elevated experience by following Soho House Service Standards. The Server plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of service and guest satisfaction. Also, collaborates with other team members and completes pre-service and post-service duties, accurately entering orders into POS and being attentive during service to support additional member or guest request.

A successful Server maintains a positive and influential attitude, is detail oriented, process driven and flexible while working under pressure to ensure seamless communication is maintained through the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.

Main Duties

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all coworkers and management as well as complete checklists on all trained processes learned in Club School
• Positively influence members and guests experience by elevating the dining experience with food and drink pairing options and discussing specials to drive sales through consistent and approachable communication and the highest level of service in accordance with Soho House Standards
• Maintain communication and advise Management and Executive Chef on any allergies or potential red flags encountered throughout the night to mitigate any forecasted risk
• Complete all check out reports at the end of each shift and have it double checked and signed by management
• Adhere to health and safety policies as well as all Company policies, procedures, standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable
• Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before appropriately serving to members/guests
• Assist runners and bussers when possible with expo and service bar tickets to support all table orders
• Clean and stock server alley and bar area, polish silverware, plates and/or glassware as needed
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions who asked by members and/or guests
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
