Role Title:  Campaign Manager (Banking)

Role Overview

• The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and executing targeted campaigns within Commercial Banking to drive product uptake, revenue growth, and client engagement across SME and Corporate segments. The role partners closely with Product, Sales, CRM, Analytics, and Compliance teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and enable Relationship Managers to achieve business targets:

• • Campaign Strategy & Planning

    • Translate business objectives into targeted campaign strategies.

    • Align campaigns with product priorities (e.g., loans, trade finance, treasury services, deposits).

    • Define and segment target customers (e.g., SMEs, mid-market corporates, new-to-bank clients).

    • Set campaign objectives and KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion rate, cross-sell rate, revenue, NIM impact).

    • Develop and manage campaign calendars aligned with product launches and seasonal trends

• • Audience Segmentation & Targeting
    • Partner with CRM and Data Analytics teams to identify high-potential customer segments.
    • Analyze RM portfolios to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
    • Generate eligible and pre-approved customer lists based on defined criteria.
    • Leverage behavioral triggers (e.g., balance movements, trade activity) to drive timely engagement.

• • Campaign Execution
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology.
    • Manage multi-channel campaign deployment (email, RM call lists, digital banners, events/webinars, digital acquisition channels).
    • Oversee creative development, messaging, and compliance approvals.
    • Ensure timely execution and delivery within agreed timelines.
    • Track and monitor campaign performance, recommending optimizations where required.

• • Sales & Relationship Manager Enablement
    • Provide qualified lead lists to Relationship Managers (RMs).
    • Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks and product one-pagers.
    • Track RM follow-ups and campaign conversion performance.
    • Support internal sales initiatives such as competitions or incentive programs.

Experience & Skills

• • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking, campaign management, marketing, business analysis, or project management.

  • Strong analytical and data segmentation capabilities with experience using CRM systems.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and campaign timelines.

  • Experience as a Change Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager will be advantageous.

• Language requirement: Mandarin and/or Cantonese

The Financial Operations team manages all customer funds across the region, ensuring that funds are placed appropriately, liquidity is managed correctly, transactions are reconciled and all manual operations to support customer fund flows are executed to an extremely high standard.

As we expand across more countries, we have developed a global offering (“Global Accounts”) for our merchants, allowing them to move funds seamlessly across currencies and leverage any of Xendit’s global services from within one dashboard. This role will be the main owner of all regional fund flows, overseeing float management, liquidity forecasting, day to day operations, cross border and FX operations. The focus will be on the strategy and management of this, while execution will primarily be done by the existing operations team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar course, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in a start-up/fast paced environment or within the payments, fintech, or financial services spaces
• At least 3 years working in cross-border and FX operations
• Able to get your hands dirty, getting into the weeds of the operations to ensure they are done in the most efficient and effective manner
• Comfortable dealing with large datasets and data analysis
• Constantly looking to push the bar and increase standards of operations
• You have a discerning ability to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• You are a team player and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
• You have great ownership mentality and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
• You pick up new skills quickly using a combination of self-exploration and relationship building
• You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality work
• Detail oriented, can see patterns in data/information or notice when something is amiss

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in or dealing with banks or large financial institutions
• Experience with SQL or visualization tools (e.g. Looker)
• Experience in managing a Finance / Financial Operations team of 4-6 people
• Experience managing a geographically dispersed team

Responsibilities

Design & execute the fund management & liquidity strategy for Global Accounts operations

• Understand all fund flows, their volumes, and their liquidity requirements, in order to design the right strategy to support these operations
• Design & execute on the strategy to manage liquidity in the most operationally and cost effective manner for Xendit. Adjust strategy as needed
• Monitor funds across the region through the day to ensure correct allocation across accounts and currencies

Monitor Global Accounts & FX operations to ensure seamless execution

• Execution of Global Accounts & FX operations will be done by the existing Financial Operations team. Oversee and guide the operations to ensure that there are no errors or disruptions to merchant flows
• Create or update SOPs as required to correct operations and ensure they all follow best practices
• Address and manage any operational issues or escalations independently

Operational improvements & reporting

• Focus on the processes and tooling to enable the execution of cross border fund flows and liquidity operations
• Report on Global Accounts operations and liquidity statuses to the Financial Operations Head and to broader leadership as required
• ⁠⁠Own and drive Global Accounts & FX metrics such as efficiency and accuracy

Work closely with various internal teams to drive success

• The reconciliations of all fund flows are done by a centralised team. Work closely with this team on all Global Accounts / FX recons to ensure they have the information they need and to address any questions / unreconciled items that arise
• As the product continues to evolve, partner closely with the product team to give feedback on the product and provide FinOps’ input and requests, to ensure future builds and evolutions meet our operational requirements
• Solve complex problems by working across product, regional partnerships, treasury, compliance, sales and growth teams to ensure FinOps is able to support all aspects of our Global Accounts

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytically minded Treasury Strategy Manager to take a leading role in the liquidity strategy, capital allocation, and treasury policy for our stablecoin reserves. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will play a key role in shaping liquidity strategy, capital allocation and policy development. This role offers high visibility and strategic impact at the intersection of finance, technology, and digital assets. You will have significant hands-on exposure and a high degree of autonomy in deploying and managing the company's stablecoin reserves.

What You Will Do 

• Build and maintain financial models to monitor liquidity, forecast cash needs, and run stress scenarios across products
• Optimize liquidity and reserve adequacy through flow analysis, funding planning, and ALM metrics
• Design and implement scalable treasury systems and processes to enhance visibility, control, and responsiveness
• Draft and maintain core treasury policies, including setting concentration limits, liquidity buffers, investment guidelines, and approved DeFi protocol risk frameworks
• Prepare regular liquidity and reserve management reports, providing insights for key executives and board members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations and Engineering teams to automate treasury workflows, and embed financial controls within the system

What We Are Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, liquidity management or related functions
• Proactive self-starter with a high sense of ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently 
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, spreadsheets, and capital planning
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, or treasury management systems
