ROLE DESCRIPTION

Role Summary

The Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations across multiple enterprise platforms. The role focuses on enabling seamless data and process flows between internal systems and external partners while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop system‑to‑system integrations using APIs, middleware, and messaging platforms
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP services and integration workflows
• Implement data transformation, validation, and orchestration logic
• Collaborate with application, data, and infrastructure teams
• Ensure integrations comply with security, regulatory, and data governance standards
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks
• Support deployment and environment configurations across development and production
• Produce technical documentation and integration specifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Java or similar enterprise integration technologies
• Hands‑on experience with API design and development (REST, SOAP)
• Experience with integration platforms or middleware (e.g., ESB, API Gateway)
• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, JMS)
• Experience with XML, JSON, XSD, data mapping and transformations
• Understanding of enterprise security standards (authentication, encryption)
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience with projects in banking or financial service industry.

About the Role: 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing robust full stack solutions using modern web technologies, with a strong emphasis on scalable, maintainable code. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our platforms by driving best practices in code quality, testing, automation, and performance optimization. To be successful, we think you need: 

• Proven Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with a strong track record of delivering clean, high-quality code.  
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in full stack development with experience in front-end frameworks like React, back-end development using C#, .NET 6/above, and Cloud technologies like Azure, CosmosDB, Kafka etc.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and lead impactful engineering conversations.  
• Technical Leadership: Ability to guide technical discussions, drive decisions, and mentor peers when needed.
