The MediaAlpha Exchange Demand Platform is how advertisers across auto, home, life, personal finance, and Medicare find, bid on, and win their ideal customers in real-time auctions for clicks, calls, and leads. You'll set the long-term direction for how advertisers build and run campaigns, set bidding and pacing strategy, integrate via API, and measure what's actually driving conversion and LTV. The core challenge: continue to expand and improve our demand-side platform that helps advertisers reduce customer-acquisition inefficiencies and grow LTV, while still providing high ROI. You'll balance advertiser sophistication (granular controls, custom bidding logic, deep reporting) with approachability for teams who don't want to become ad-tech specialists to run complex campaigns that continue to yield high ROI for our customers.

The Role
The Principal Thermal Protection System Engineer (TPS) will lead the design, analysis, and implementation of the (TPS) for our Carryall reentry vehicle. This role sits at the intersection of high-temperature materials science, aerothermal analysis, and mechanical design. You will own the primary barrier that allows our vehicles to survive the extreme environments of reentry, turning the "impossible" physics of returning from orbit into a repeatable, reusable operation.
You will work closely with engineering leadership and the mechanical engineering team, to architect a TPS that is robust enough to handle hypersonic heat fluxes and flexible enough to stow and deploy on orbit. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who is ready to take ownership of a flight-critical subsystem from design through to flight qualification.

We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. Media.Monks is seeking a Senior Technical Producer for a 3-month contract to support a digitally focused production team, driving new work and delivering high-quality, innovative outputs. The role centers on immersive web experiences, end-to-end demo builds, web applications, and forward-thinking digital productions.
As a Senior Technical Producer at Media.Monks, you’ll partner with a leading global brand to plan and deliver complex digital experiences, pushing what’s possible through thoughtful use of technology and strong execution. You are a people person and a self-starter, bringing together multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering and production to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality work. You act as both pace-setter and problem-solver, owning the successful delivery of projects from concept through launch. You’ll lead new opportunities by shaping projects into scalable, well-defined solutions. You are responsible for running projects end to end all while ensuring work is on track, profitable and delivered to a high standard. You stay current on emerging technologies and identify practical ways to apply them across web-based experiences and product-focused demos.
At Media.Monks, you’ll produce work that lives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and user experience, often requiring you to define and lead new approaches to digital production.
