We are looking for a seasoned, high-impact Senior Backend Developer to join our team as a core technical driver. This isn't just a role for someone who can write code; it’s for a true architect and builder who thrives on the "0-to-1" journey. You will be instrumental in designing the backbone of a new product, turning ambitious visions into scalable, production-ready reality.
As a senior member of the team, you will navigate ambiguity with ease, owning the backend lifecycle from data modeling to cloud deployment. You’ll be a key technical voice, collaborating directly with product stakeholders to ensure our infrastructure is as robust as our ambitions.
Build the Foundation: Architect and write high-quality, maintainable backend code primarily in Python, ensuring our systems are built for scale from day one.
Design & Deliver APIs: Own the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, focusing on elegant data modeling and secure authentication.
Architect for the Future: Leverage serverless and event-driven architectures to build responsive, modern systems.
Own the Infrastructure: Work hands-on with Terraform/CloudFormation to treat infrastructure as code, ensuring seamless deployments across cloud platforms.
Champion DevOps Culture: Manage containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines to ensure a smooth, automated path to production.
Solve Complex Problems: Act as a proactive troubleshooter, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing system performance across SQL and NoSQL databases.
Seasoned Expertise: 5+ years of professional backend focus, with a deep mastery of the Python ecosystem (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
Architectural Fluency: A strong understanding of how to build for the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using event-driven and serverless patterns.
Database Mastery: Proficiency in both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) data stores.
Modern Workflow Mindset: You are at home with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, and you view CI/CD as a prerequisite, not an afterthought.
Proactive Ownership: A "gets-it-done" attitude. You don’t wait for a ticket; you identify what needs to be built and you lead the way.
Clear Communication: The ability to explain complex backend logic to non-technical partners and collaborate fluently in English.
Cloud-Native Specialist: Hands-on experience specifically building and deploying within the AWS ecosystem.
Polyglot Leanings: Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) to help bridge gaps across the stack.
Community Presence: Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or active participation in developer communities.

We are hiring a Director of Employee Communications to reset and lead this function at a higher strategic and operational level. As we set out to become a $10B company in the age of AI, we must drive a high-performance culture grounded in clear strategy and operating at pace. To do this, we must raise the bar on how our internal comms operates and delivers the information employees need in order to execute successfully, while strengthening leadership alignment, employee trust and clarity during periods of change. This requires a Director-level leader who can set the strategy and operating model for the function, influence senior stakeholders, lead through others and drive into execution when needed with core partners, including executive leadership, the People team and Global Comms. It is important to base this role in the U.S. (San Francisco, NYC, or Austin) so the Director is in the time zones where leadership is primarily making decisions that directly impact employees and the internal communications function day-to-day in addition to supporting high-velocity, high-stakes communications with senior leaders in real-time. Early objectives include:
MongoDB is building the data platform for the next generation of production-grade AI applications. We’re looking for a Director of Employee Communications to lead our internal communications strategy and execution. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Communications, you will own the internal communications function to keep our global employees aligned with our company strategy and engaged in our customer-obsessed mission, with a focus on clarity, trust and execution across the business.
We need a strategic operator who thrives on the ‘how’ and is energized by the challenge of giving our employees the clarity they need to succeed. You will set the direction for and run the day-to-day work of the internal communications function, with a focus on connecting our teams to our brand story, strategy and business outcomes while ensuring operational excellence across channels, company moments and leadership communications: you should be as comfortable refining a sensitive announcement as you are producing a high-quality Town Hall or using feedback and channel analytics to inform our communication strategy.

At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.
We are hiring an entrepreneurial Engineering Manager to lead Qualia's Application Security team. This is a builder's role. You won't just run a team - you'll redesign how a modern AppSec function operates when AI can do the first pass on nearly everything we used to do by hand.
The team today owns secure design reviews, vulnerability triage, internal penetration testing, incident response support, and security tooling across a JavaScript/NodeJS and Kubernetes stack. Your mandate is to scale that surface area vertically - growing output and coverage per engineer - by making AI-assisted workflows the default. That means automated pen testing pipelines, AI-driven triage of findings from SAST/DAST/SCA, agentic review of engineering proposals and design docs, and continuous red-teaming exercises that test both our systems and our assumptions.
You'll partner closely with Platform, Infra, and product engineering leaders to embed security earlier in the development lifecycle, and you'll be the team's voice when we set the security vision for the next two years - including anomaly detection across production traffic, model-driven threat hunting, and how we defend against (and responsibly use) AI-enabled attackers.
Securing that platform - the money, the identities, and the documents flowing through it - is what the Application Security team does every day. We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team into its next chapter: one where AI is a force multiplier for every part of our security program.
NICE TO HAVE
THE TECH STACK YOU'LL USE
While this role is remote work eligible, we have three office locations: San Francisco, California; Concord, New Hampshire; and Austin, Texas.
This role has a base annual salary of $210,000-$240,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
Qualia is made up of incredibly bright, mission-driven coworkers who are passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems---and we're growing quickly. In order to continue building an engaging and dynamic organization, we're committed to giving everyone the support they need to do great work.
Our benefits package is designed to allow our team members to be their best selves, both in and out of the workplace. In addition to comprehensive health plans, a 401k program, and commuter benefits, we prioritize family and personal well-being through professional development, parental leave, and a flexible time off policy. Qualia offers a robust online onboarding program to train new hires, biweekly all hands meetings, and a variety of internal virtual events to keep employees connected.
We believe diverse perspectives and backgrounds are critical to building great technology, and our goal is to cultivate an environment where people feel equally valued and respected. Qualia is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, age, citizenship, socioeconomic status, disability, or veteran status.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in our Employee Data Privacy Notice.

At IEM, we’re not just building innovative electrical distribution systems, we’re shaping the future. IEM is dedicated to delivering world-class solutions for complex power needs. After 75 years, we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting out, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, grow, and make a lasting impact on industries that power the world’s most dynamic markets.
Position Summary
The AI Implementation Lead is the Data Team's hands-on builder, deploying AI solutions where Data Team work meets the business. The ideas are coming faster than the implementation; this role exists to close that gap. The work spans agents, plug-ins, applications, integrations, and whatever form the use case calls for. You will scale IEM's existing AI-native infrastructure (Claude Code in daily use, multiple local MCP servers wired to production data systems, an internal multi-agent portfolio across analytics and operations, and an established AI-assisted development culture) from a director-led prototype into a Data Team production platform. This role works in coordination with IEM's Enterprise AI team, which sets enterprise AI strategy and policy; the AI Implementation Lead applies that framework to the solutions you build rather than authoring it. This is the first dedicated AI engineer on the Data Team, offered with track flexibility as either a principal individual contributor or a hands-on people leader managing 2 to 4 engineers as the function scales.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You have 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI and agentic system development. You have built agents, plug-ins, or AI applications that real organizations have used, not coursework or POCs. You think first about the use case and the user, then about the system, then about the model. You write production code yourself and pride yourself on building solutions that actually get adopted. You partner naturally with non-technical stakeholders, translating fuzzy AI ideas into deployed solutions and surfacing the questions behind the questions. You are comfortable working with modern agent tooling such as Claude Code, MCP, LangGraph, Mastra, or Pydantic AI, and you treat AI-assisted development as a daily multiplier for engineering, governance, documentation, and adoption work. You have a working knowledge of AI governance and security including prompt injection mitigation, data leakage prevention, and model risk. You are excited about defining a new function inside a Data Team that already has the foundation in place.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Location
Fully remote within the United States. May require up to 10% travel to IEM facilities for team collaboration, project kickoffs, and stakeholder meetings.

Apply to Industrial Electric ManufacturingWe’re a team of builders, adventurers, and risk takers using technology to help people confidently explore the outdoors. Driven by our mission to awaken the adventurer inside everyone, we build products that optimize every outdoor experience and inspire confidence to get out and go further.
We’re a high-growth tech company. The pace is fast, the work takes grit, and ambiguity is part of the job. As the world changes around us, we adapt - continuously evolving how we build, prioritize, and deliver.
Our business moves quickly, and there’s real opportunity to shape what we build next. Each of our verticals - Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish - is at a different stage of maturity, which means the challenges you encounter and the impact you have will vary depending on where you sit and what the business needs most.
We operate with an experimentation mindset, continually iterating and improving how we solve problems. We expect our people to use the latest tooling, including AI, thoughtfully and responsibly, pairing human judgment with technology to increase quality, speed, and impact.
Our impact comes to life through the products we build, in the stories of our customers, and in our growing commitment to land stewardship and recreational access.
Hunt is onX’s most complex vertical, serving a diverse set of customers across public and private land use cases. As the product evolves, we’re focused on improving the end-to-end Hunt experience—driving deeper engagement, retention, and long-term value.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape and drive this next phase. Reporting to the Group Product Director of Hunt, you’ll define meaningful problems, lead discovery, and drive solutions from concept through launch.
This is a hands-on, builder-oriented role. You’ll move between insight and execution—getting close to customers, turning ambiguity into clear priorities, and driving work forward to shipped outcomes. You’ll partner closely with product leadership to shape direction while owning execution within your domain.
You’ll operate in a matrixed product organization, working across Hunt and shared platform teams (e.g., Navigation, Offline Maps) to ensure solutions meet Hunt customer needs while scaling across verticals.
Note: This is a condensed overview for job posting purposes. A more detailed description of the role and responsibilities will be shared with candidates who move forward in the interview process.
Though not required, we would be thrilled to consider candidates with any of the following:
onX is a distributed company with more than 400 employees across the country. We come together regularly to work in person and stay connected through regional basecamps and a culture that balances individual ownership with deep collaboration.
While we move quickly, we’re not a scrappy start-up. We operate with clear goals, structure, and frameworks that guide how we prioritize and execute. Priorities matter. While they may shift, data shapes how we evolve as our business, products, and the world around us change.
Clear priorities and structure don’t limit ownership—they make it possible. You’ll have the autonomy to define your work and make meaningful decisions within clear strategic boundaries. You’ll partner closely with others to solve complex problems and build solutions that scale across teams and platforms.
