Job Summary
The GRC Lead drives the execution and continuous improvement of AEG's Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, with broad ownership across enterprise risk management, third-party risk management, compliance, and information security governance. They will contributor partner with IT, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and business leaders to translate risk into actionable insights, strengthen risk visibility, and improve program effectiveness. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, leads complex cross-functional initiatives, and is accountable for advancing GRC program maturity and driving timely, measurable outcomes.

Pay Scale: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $140,000-$200,000 annually.
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors. POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a technically sharp, operationally minded Controller to serve as the cornerstone of our accounting function. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a senior accounting professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be part of building something — not just maintaining it.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller owns the general ledger, the monthly close, all internal and regulatory financial reporting, and the development of a growing accounting team. This role sits at the intersection of technical accounting, broker-dealer regulation, and cross-functional partnership. Role Overview
The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for qualifying, developing, and sustaining suppliers to ensure conformance to quality management system requirements and detailed technical design specifications across mechanical and electrical components and assemblies.
This role partners closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Program Management to ensure suppliers can consistently deliver parts and assemblies that meet performance, reliability, and production scalability requirements. The SQE drives supplier readiness from early design engagement through production ramp and lifecycle support.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency in mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, deep working knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001 / AS9100), and experience implementing structured supplier qualification frameworks (APQP, PPAP, FAI, audits, control plans, etc.).
