We are looking for an experienced contractor to support Reachdesk on a range of customs compliance projects across our global operations.
This is a hands-on, high-impact contract role for someone who can quickly assess risk, improve processes, work across multiple stakeholders, and help us strengthen the way we manage customs and cross-border trade compliance in practice. You will partner closely with teams across Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance, as well as external brokers, carriers, and warehouse partners.
This role is best suited to someone who is practical, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving international environment.
Customs Compliance Projects
Support Reachdesk’s customs compliance work across import/export activity, customs documentation, product classification, valuation, country of origin, duties, and related operational controls.
Review existing customs processes and help design, improve, and document scalable compliance procedures.
Partner with internal teams and external logistics providers, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs to support compliant shipment flows and customs clearance.
Help investigate and resolve customs issues such as holds, clearance delays, documentation gaps, or shipment exceptions.
Assist with compliance for restricted items, sanctions-related considerations, and broader cross-border trade requirements where relevant.
Identify compliance risks within current and proposed operating models, and recommend practical mitigations.
Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance to embed customs compliance into day-to-day processes and project decisions.
Support project work connected to new shipping lanes, markets, warehouse flows, sourcing models, or operational changes.
Help create and maintain internal documentation, including SOPs, guidance notes, controls, process maps, and audit-ready records.
Provide clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders on customs-related requirements and best practices.
Data, Controls, and Documentation
Support the maintenance and improvement of key customs-related data, including product classifications, origin information, shipment documentation standards, and related compliance records.
Help assess whether tools, automation, or systems changes could improve customs compliance workflows and reporting.
Assist with audit preparation, evidence gathering, remediation tracking, and general compliance project management where needed.
Significant experience in customs compliance, global trade compliance, import/export compliance, or a closely related cross-border trade role.
Strong working knowledge of customs requirements, import/export controls, HS classification, valuation, duties, origin, and international shipment documentation.
Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs, or other logistics partners.
Comfortable operating in a project-based role where priorities may evolve and where you are expected to work independently.
Able to spot risks, solve problems pragmatically, and balance compliance requirements with commercial and operational realities.
Strong documentation and process-design skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear and workable procedures.
Confident working cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, product, and external partners.
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, or other high-volume cross-border environments is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with VAT or indirect tax concepts is helpful, but this role is primarily focused on customs compliance projects.
6-month contractor engagement, with the potential to extend on a month-to-month basis.
Fully remote.
Open globally, provided you can reliably overlap with London or New York working hours.

The Logistics (Courier) function is responsible for our operations globally as well as trust & safety. The function ensures we have the right courier supply balance, growing efficiency across our courier operations, and helps courier partners deliver more with fair compensation. The function also drives the development and execution of comprehensive strategies, policies and initiatives as we’re pushing to have the best real-time customer support in the world.
The Courier Finance & Strategy team plays a key role in the success of Wolt, strategically and financially. The team owns the P&L and ensures the right capital allocation within given constraints to hit the operational targets. You will support the function leadership in establishing a vision forward, setting ambitious targets and supporting the organization in reaching them. Your work will cover performance tracking, capital allocation proposals, developing advanced financial models, analyzing data and providing valuable business insights for decision making. As part of the Team, you will be a financial and strategic partner for the Courier functions leadership globally.
The team is part of the global Finance & Strategy team, closely partnering up with our Global Head of Operations. In your work, you will also collaborate closely with accounting, analytics, product and local market teams. Our finance and analytics teams provide the treasure trove of high quality data for you to base your work on, and you will jointly develop our reporting and data structures with them to enable us to do even more. We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Central Planning Team, driving strategic forecasting and technical innovation across the UK and International markets while acting as the operational heartbeat of selected European markets. You will play a pivotal role in our Operations, moving from fragmented local forecasting to a unified, automated, and data-driven global model. You will also own the demand signal that drives every operational decision - from how much food we buy (Procurement) to how many staff we schedule (Production) and how many trucks we book (Logistics).
The Demand Planning team is transitioning from a legacy operating model into a Predictive Intelligence function. Our vision is to evolve from reactive demand estimation to active supply chain shaping, leveraging data to anticipate market shifts, mitigate risk, and optimize operational costs.

As an implementation focused Delivery Manager Sedna’s suite of maritime solutions, we are seeking a SaaS experienced individual contributor to join our Customer Operations team in London.
The Implementation Manager owns the delivery of Sedna implementations across some of our most complex and exciting customer relationships. This is a role with real scope, ownership, and the opportunity to make a difference to how customers experience Sedna from day one.
Our customers are shipping and logistics businesses. They are operationally focused, commercially driven, and often undertaking significant change when they adopt Sedna. The person in this role has the opportunity to earn trust quickly, build credibility in a critical industry, and deliver implementations that truly transform how customers work.
This role suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys the human side of change management as much as the technical side, and wants to be accountable for outcomes rather than just activities. Maritime or shipping experience is strongly preferred, because the ability to speak credibly to our customers about their world is an advantage in this role.
Implementation Delivery
Own the full implementation lifecycle for a concurrent portfolio of customer projects: kick-off, technical configuration, integration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare. You will have the autonomy to make the decisions that keep projects moving and the support of a strong team behind you.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact across the project for both internal and customer-side stakeholders, from business users through to C-suite. You will facilitate technical and functional discussions, build alignment across different groups, and communicate project status clearly and with confidence.
Complex Account Ownership
For accounts that need continuity and careful handling post-go-live, you will remain the accountable delivery contact. You will spot risk early and address it proactively, building the kind of relationships that make customers feel well looked after.
On-Site Engagement
Travel to customer sites internationally to contribute to training delivery with our Education team, and manage critical project milestones in person. On-site engagement is a meaningful part of this role and one of the most rewarding, with the opportunity to work directly with customer teams across global shipping hubs.
Technical Troubleshooting
Get hands-on with configuration, data mapping, and integration work where needed, supported by Solution Consulting and Engineering. The expectation is that you can lead the resolution process and keep customers informed throughout.
Change Management
Build and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans that bring customers through the change journey with confidence. Training plans, adoption milestones, and early usage signals all sit within your remit, supported by our Education and Success teams.
Process Improvement
Bring what you learn in the field back into how the team operates. Insights from live implementations are some of the most valuable inputs we have, and this role is well placed to drive meaningful improvements.
You are running at least one enterprise implementation independently, have taken ownership of your customer portfolio, and have embedded well enough in the team to understand the product and where the process has room to improve.
You are managing a full concurrent portfolio with confidence. Customers you have worked with would describe the experience as organised, credible, and valuable. You have contributed at least one meaningful improvement to how the team delivers, and you have a clear sense of where you want to take your career from here.
