Your Role: General Sales Manager
The General Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the full sales operation within their assigned location. Sales Strategy and Leadership
• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals

• Set and monitor clear performance goals for all sales roles
• Provide regular coaching, direction, and performance feedback to sales managers and team members
FDE’s Sales Leadership Processes
• Manage staffing levels to align with store traffic and turnover

• Regularly coach, assist, and manage team performance through active engagement
Schedule Requirements
• Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends
• Additional hours may be required during peak periods, holidays, or business needs
• Two scheduled days off per week, excluding holidays or blackout periods
• Regular, in-person attendance at the assigned store is required
Qualifications
• High motivation, strong leadership mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail leadership, sales management, or a similar role required

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Position Overview
FGS Global looking for an experienced UX Designer to provide project support to the firm’s Website team. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both UX thinking and execution, and who is comfortable moving from research and wireframes into production-ready site structures using Webflow. The UX Designer will partner with creative designers, developers, and account teams to design user-centered experiences for the firm’s clients that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
This engagement may be performed on-site or hybrid from our Washington, D.C., New York City, or Kingston, NY offices, as needed for collaboration.

About the role:
Working in partnership with our client, we are seeking a Senior Conceptual Generative AI Designer. In this role, you will drive scalable, high-craft content for world-famous brands across beauty, home care, and foods.
You will shape how the client uses generative AI to create on-brand visuals, motion, and campaign assets across social, e-commerce, retail media, and digital channels. Based in Kingston (hybrid), you will lead creative direction and design for priority brands and always-on programmes. Your expertise in design craft and AI-enhanced production will raise quality, speed up delivery, and improve effectiveness, ensuring distinctive work that is brand-safe and rights-clear. We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements.
You will be the creative force and systems thinker behind AI-enabled design pipelines that deliver timely, consistent, and measurable results.
