We are looking for a bilingual Technical Project Manager to lead technology migration projects in Japan. This role will manage data center and office migrations, with a strong focus on voice, network, and collaboration technologies. The position requires strong coordination skills to liaise with vendors, manage site access, and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for infrastructure migrations and upgrades.
- Coordinate teams for design, build, and delivery of network, voice, and collaboration systems.
- Oversee migration of Cisco systems, Trader Voice systems, Voice Recording systems, and ensure smooth integration with telco providers for voice circuit installations.
- Manage Audio-Visual and Telepresence systems migration and deployment.
- Liaise with vendors and assist with local site access arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and manage change control processes.
- Manage project budgets and provide forecast reporting to the Finance team.
- Understand procurement processes and assist in contract reviews, ensuring IT requirements such as SLAs and technical specifications are included.
- Develop project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Language: English & Japanese (JLPT N2 certification required).
- Experience:
- Proven track record in data center and office migrations.
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking, trader voice, voice recording systems, AV/telepresence technologies.
- Familiarity with telco provider processes for voice circuit installations.
- Optional Plus: Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract processes, including IT-specific requirements (SLAs, technical details).

As we scale, we are looking for quantitative traders to monetise opportunities on exchanges, price our OTC franchise, manage risk, develop and deploy models. This is a high impact role at the cutting edge of digital asset trading.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, optimise strategies used to make markets on crypto exchanges
- Manage pricing and liquidity provision to OTC customers
- Responsibility for the PL of team and individual strategies
- Develop and improve the models and strategies using quantitative methods
- Collaborate with Quant Dev and Research during the full lifecycle of alpha and signals development and deployment
- Conduct research and data analysis on bespoke trading data
Valued Skills
- University degree in a numerical degree, strong grades
- 3 years+ experience with OTC and/or systematic trading
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis
- Practical experience with C++ / Java or any other OOP
- Knowledge of exchange microstructure and low latency trading
