Working closely with the Senior Events & Partnerships Manager, this individual will help coordinate logistics and execution for external events (including trade shows and conferences) as well as partnership-driven campaigns such as webinars and email activations. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to ensuring deliverables are executed on time and at a high standard.
The ideal candidate is operationally strong, analytically curious, and can evaluate performance and provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Pagaya is seeking an experienced data scientist to join our Model Validation team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of data science knowledge and analytical skills, understanding in Finance and an understanding of the regulatory landscape of credit lending. As a core team member, you will work closely with model developers to assess model performance, data quality, conceptual soundness, and produce thorough, compliant documentation for regulatory review, ensuring our models meet the highest standards. About the Role
The Group Lead is a critical leadership position within Pagaya. This role involves managing a high-performing group responsible for driving profitability and strategic decision-making through advanced data analytics, optimization strategies, and predictive modeling related to loan funding and issuance (specifically in the Personal Loans product, which is Pagaya’s largest product).
