Responsibilities

• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements (B2B SaaS, data licensing, service agreements, etc.).
• Solid understanding of privacy and data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, Israeli law).
• Familiarity with information security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and/or employment compliance practices – an advantage.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the company’s global IT operations and infrastructure services across multiple locations. This role will oversee the IT support and systems teams and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the organization’s technology environment across our sites in Israel and Manhattan.

About the Role

The Research Director is a critical leadership position within Pagaya. This role involves managing a high-performing group responsible for driving profitability and strategic decision-making through advanced data analytics, optimization strategies, and predictive modeling related to loan funding and issuance (specifically in the Personal Loans product, which is Pagaya’s largest product).

About the Role

Pagaya is seeking an experienced data scientist to join our Model Validation team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of data science knowledge and analytical skills, understanding in Finance and an understanding of the regulatory landscape of credit lending. As a core team member, you will work closely with model developers to assess model performance, data quality, conceptual soundness, and produce thorough, compliant documentation for regulatory review, ensuring our models meet the highest standards. About the Role     

We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong cloud-native mindset to build, maintain, and evolve our highly scalable, highly-available cloud infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, security, and automation across our entire engineering organization. You will promote communication, integration, and collaboration to significantly enhance our software development productivity and reliability. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to streamline delivery, enforce platform standards, and enable a high-velocity development environment—all while keeping reliability and security top of mind.

Responsibilities

• Design, Automate, and Manage complex cloud infrastructure on AWS using best-in-class Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Lead the operation and enhancement of our production Kubernetes environments (EKS), focusing on automation, security, observability, and seamless CI/CD integration.
• Drive continuous improvement across platform tooling, developer experience, and operational processes to meet our ambitious performance and uptime goals.
• Implement and enforce security-first infrastructure patterns, including strong IAM, network segmentation, and secure secrets management.
• Actively contribute to high-level technical design discussions and cross-functional architectural decision-making, ensuring solutions align with long-term platform strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or in a similar infrastructure-focused role.
• Strong hands-on expertise across the AWS Stack (e.g. EC2, EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda).
• Mastery of Infrastructure as Code - Terraform or equivalent.
• Deep operational knowledge of Kubernetes, including architecture, cluster management, networking, and advanced debugging in production environments. 
• Strong expertise in designing and managing CI/CD methodologies and platforms (e.g. Jenkins, Github Actions).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, DataDog, Coralogix (OTEL), Grafana etc.
• Proven prior experience building and maintaining highly-available, production-grade, and service-oriented systems.
• Strong scripting and automation background in languages such as Python or Bash.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate complex technical needs and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Networking - an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• As SOX Compliance Specialist you will interact with control owners to conduct the documentation of controls, walkthroughs and testing of control design and operating effectiveness. 
• Assist with the development and ongoing update of SOX documentation including process flowcharts, risk and controls matrices and evaluation controls as new systems are developed and/or process changes
• Identify gaps in current controls and processes and develop remediation plans.
• Work proactively with process owners to implement remediation plans and closure of deficiencies.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Legal and other departments to ensure compliance across business units.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors and consultants to provide necessary documentation and support.
• Coordinate with the auditors to resolve any discrepancies or findings related to SOX audits.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance efforts, findings, and recommendations.
• Support the IT Consulting team to manage IT General Controls for SOX compliance.
• Coordinating and facilitating the reports related to quarterly Internal Audit projects.
• Track action plans and follow-ups on resolved Internal Audit findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting and Finance. 
• 3-5 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, risk management, or compliance.
• Knowledge of SEC Reporting guidelines, PCAOB Standards, and COSO Framework- an advantage.
• Excellent English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of written, presentation and communication capabilities.
• Independent, detail oriented, team player.
• Basic IT orientation - advantage.
• Big 4 Hi-tech / Fin-tech companies experience – a strong advantage.

About the Role

The Group Lead is a critical leadership position within Pagaya. This role involves managing a high-performing group responsible for driving profitability and strategic decision-making through advanced data analytics, optimization strategies, and predictive modeling related to loan funding and issuance (specifically in the Personal Loans product, which is Pagaya’s largest product).

This is primarily a management-focused role, requiring a high level of technical understanding to guide the team, combined with the professional maturity and executive presence necessary to effectively collaborate with and present to company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and managing a multidisciplinary group comprising Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Optimization Specialists.
• Defining and executing overall strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals and product roadmap.
• Oversighting of the group's projects, initiating new ideas and proactively improving the company’s abilities.
• Fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and high-velocity iteration within the team.
• Directing the team in performing sophisticated data analytics to identify trends, market anomalies, and segmentation opportunities impacting profitability.
• Leading the development and implementation of optimization algorithms and strategies aimed at maximizing loan portfolio performance, minimizing risk, and increasing overall profitability.
• Translating complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations for partnerships and operational teams, to ensure seamless integration of data-driven solutions.
• Serving as the primary representative of the group, presenting complex findings, strategic recommendations, and group performance metrics to the company's executive team and other departments.
• Guiding the development, validation, and deployment of advanced predictive models to enhance performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience in Data Science or Data Analytics, preferably within FinTech.
• Proven experience 5+ years managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists and Analysts in a fast-paced environment.
• High-level understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and optimization algorithms.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Computer Science.
• Descent knowledge in programming languages (e.g., Python) and databases (SQL). Experience with cloud computing environments is a plus.
• An authoritative leader who navigates high-stakes environments with strategic maturity and exceptional communication.
