About Neuralink:
We are creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain. These devices allow us to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize how humans interact with their digital world.
Team Description:
As a Software Engineer on the Agentic AI Team, you'll work directly with the engineers and scientists who use the platform every day. You won't be handed a spec doc from a product manager three layers removed from the problem.
Some days you're heads-down writing harness code, chasing a flaky tool call or shaving minutes off a worker boot. On another day, you might spend a morning pairing with a robotics engineer to figure out why their agent keeps timing out, then spend the afternoon writing a new skill that gives every agent in the company access to a system that didn't exist yesterday. The constant is that you're close to the user and shipping solutions quickly.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
This role builds the systems that automate digital work at Neuralink. Every day, scientists, engineers, and operators use our agents to perform complex data investigation, query telemetry, debug code, investigate incidents, and stitch data across implants, robots, and clinical trials.
The platform you'll build is what makes that possible - and what determines how fast the rest of the company can move.
You’ll own a stack that spans dispatchers, persistent worker pools, identity and LLM proxies, session memory, and dozens of skills that connect agents to our internal systems. As more of the company adopts agents, the surface area grows fast - and you'll be the one owning the roadmap and deciding on the highest value projects. You’ll be expected to find new problems at the company to solve.
We're moving fast - model capabilities advance every month, and we're racing to keep our capabilities at the frontier. 60-hour weeks are not uncommon, and there are stretches where the pace is high. This isn't for everyone.
Required Qualifications:
Expected Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the following range. Your actual base pay will be determined by your job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We also believe in aligning our employees’ success with the company's long-term growth. As such, in addition to base salary, Neuralink offers equity compensation (in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSU)) for all full-time employees.
What We Offer:
Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits listed below.

Proton is building the AI infrastructure for wholesale distribution, embedded in the workflows that move nearly every physical product on the planet. Distribution is a $9 trillion industry, and the software that runs it has been stuck in the past for decades — most tools create more work than they eliminate. We unify CRM, PIM, eCommerce AI, and Order & Quote Entry AI into one platform with one data layer and one AI brain, so reps spend their time deepening customer relationships, not entering data.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. At Proton, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and ships AI-native software faster than anyone else in the category.
The median Proton customer reports 3x profit return per dollar spent, an extra day of sales per rep per month, and “the best ROI of any tech investment in 30 years.” Hundreds of leading distributors — from family-owned shops to publicly-traded enterprises across industrial, HVAC, and electrical — run on Proton. We’re backed by Felicis Ventures (Twitch, Shopify, Opendoor) and Battery Ventures.
If you want to build the systems that shape how trillions of dollars of physical goods move through the economy, Proton is the place to do it.
Revenue Operations is the engine room of Proton’s go-to-market. We’re hiring our first GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale the systems that power it: the data, workflows, dashboards, and AI-native infrastructure that make every BDR, AE, and CSM faster every quarter.
This is a senior IC role. You’ll write the workflows, build the dashboards, and ship the systems yourself, partnering closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, CS, and Finance. Today, much of this work runs through an external agency. You’ll absorb that scope, exceed it, and go far beyond — into clean data architecture, forecasting, deal desk, comp, and AI-native ops that compound over time.

Who We Are
Babylist is the leading registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families. More than 9 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, trusted guidance, and expert product recommendations for new parents and the people who love them. What began as a universal registry has grown into a full ecosystem for new parents, including the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, and a flagship showroom in Los Angeles. Hundreds of brands in baby and beyond partner with Babylist to engage meaningfully with families during one of life’s most important transitions. With over $1 billion in annual GMV, and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue, Babylist is reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry. We’re helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step. As we build the generational brand in baby, our mission remains simple: to connect growing families with everything they need to thrive. To learn more, visit www.babylist.com.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
What the Role Is
Babylist is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, AI & Automation to help define how we operate today — and how we evolve through AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent automation. This is a true 0→1 role at a company leaning fully into what AI makes possible. Every team already uses tools like Claude daily, and this role helps turn that into durable, system-level workflows.
Your focus is understanding how work actually gets done. Where decisions happen. Where things break down. Where time is spent on work that shouldn’t require human effort. You’ll take messy, real-world processes and turn them into structured, AI-ready specifications — the kind that LLM-powered systems and agents can reliably execute.
This is not a role where you inherit clean systems or operate at a distance. You’ll be dropped into ambiguous workflows across the business and expected to create clarity from scratch. If you prefer working from existing documentation or staying at a high level, this will be a tough fit. If you like asking hard questions, mapping reality (not theory), and turning it into something buildable, you’ll thrive here.

About Compensation

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to drive end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms.
In this role, you will own hands-on implementation (feature development, technical design, code reviews), engagement leadership (client-facing technical lead, trade-off decisions, mentoring), and operational ownership (delivery sign-off, post-release support) of high-impact solutions, translating business requirements into working software you help build. In the U.S., 60% of adults – more than 133 million people – live with at least one chronic condition. These patients need frequent, proactive support to stay healthy, yet our care system isn’t built for that level of attention. With rising clinician shortages, strained infrastructure, and reactive care models, patients too often end up in the ER or the hospital when those outcomes could have been prevented.
At Cadence, we’re building a better system. Our mission is to deliver proactive care to one million seniors by 2030. Our technology and clinical care team extend the reach of primary care providers and support patients every day at home. In partnership with leading health systems, Cadence consistently monitors tens of thousands of patients to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and help patients live longer, healthier lives.
Re-architecting U.S. healthcare takes speed, precision, and real attention to detail. At Cadence, we’re building a remote care delivery platform that helps patients stay healthy, out of the hospital, and at home. By pairing each patient with a dedicated clinical team that reviews their health daily (not just a couple times a year) we catch issues early and intervene before they escalate.
Today, we support tens of thousands of patients nationwide through an AI-powered platform that enables proactive, population-level care. We’re building toward a future where intelligent systems help clinicians identify risk earlier, guide interventions, and reduce the operational burden that slows healthcare down.
We're looking for a Senior Engineer to design and ship production agents that synthesize real-time clinical data, surface proactive care recommendations, and take action on behalf of clinicians. You will take agent architectures from prototype to production in a domain where reliability directly affects patient outcomes.
You'll own the full lifecycle of AI-powered clinical workflows: retrieval, reasoning, tool use, evaluation, and safety guardrails. If you've built agentic systems at scale and want your work to matter beyond engagement metrics, we’d love to speak with you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
NICE TO HAVE:
WHO WE ARE:
We move fast, raise standards, and own outcomes. We hire drivers, not passengers – people who take initiative, solve problems, and sweat the details because lives depend on it. Momentum matters in healthcare where slow decisions cost lives. At Cadence, we set a high bar and back each other relentlessly to clear it. If you’re ready to do the best work of your career and make a real impact in healthcare, join us.
WHAT YOU’LL GET:
Noteworthy
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay for this role typically ranges between $180,000 – $245,000 annual base salary. Total compensation includes base salary and equity. The actual base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, skills, training, and business needs. Compensation may vary based on market location and is subject to change.
Cadence is committed to equal opportunity and fairness regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, nation of origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, country of citizenship, medical condition, marital or domestic partner status, family status, family care status, military or veteran status or any other basis protected by local, state or federal laws.
A notice to Cadence applicants: Our Talent team only directs candidates to apply through our official careers page at https://www.cadence.care/our-team. Cadence will never refer you to external websites, ask for payment or personal information, or conduct interviews via messaging apps. We receive all applications through our website and anyone suggesting otherwise is not with Cadence.
Who we are
Cadence Health was built around a simple promise: patients always come first. Our technology-enabled remote care model pairs continuous health insights with a highly skilled clinical Care Team, empowering seniors to stay healthier, avoid complications, and live more independent, fulfilling lives, all without the limits of a traditional office visit.
Your expertise is the heart of our system.
Nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical assistants, patient-success coordinators, and other frontline clinicians are the face and beating heart of Cadence. You’ll bring warmth, clinical precision, and the empathy that turns a virtual touchpoint into a human connection. Every chat, phone call, and care plan you deliver shapes how patients experience “what healthcare should be.”
A modern toolkit to practice top-of-license care
We’ve replaced reactive visits with real-time data, intelligent workflows, and seamless collaboration tools. That means you can spend less time on busywork and more time practicing at the top of your license, coaching patients, spotting risks early, and coordinating with physicians to keep care proactive and personal.
Thriving in a fast-moving, mission-driven culture.
Change excites us. Innovation fuels us. If you’re energized by technology, eager to re-imagine care delivery, and motivated to improve outcomes for both patients and the providers who serve them, you’ll feel at home here. We invest in continuous learning, clinical mentorship, and transparent growth paths so you can advance your skills while making a measurable impact every day.
Join us in redefining healthy aging.
If you’re passionate about compassionate care and ready to transform how seniors across the country manage chronic conditions, recover after hospitalization, and age with confidence, let’s talk. Together, we’ll build a future where exceptional care is consistent, connected, and just a call away.
What You'll Get:
Cadence full-time employees are eligible for the benefits described below. Part-time employees may qualify for benefits mandated by state or local law.
Cadence recognizes the unique needs of its diverse, distributed workforce and seeks to provide an inclusive work environment for its world-class clinicians and technologists.
We are committed to equal opportunity and fairness regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, nation of origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, country of citizenship, medical condition, marital or domestic partner status, family status, family care status, military or veteran status or any other basis protected by local, state or federal laws. At Torc, we have always believed that autonomous vehicle technology will transform how we travel, move freight, and do business.
A leader in autonomous driving since 2007, Torc has spent over a decade commercializing our solutions with experienced partners. Now a part of the Daimler family, we are focused solely on developing software for automated trucks to transform how the world moves freight.
Join us and catapult your career with the company that helped pioneer autonomous technology, and the first AV software company with the vision to partner directly with a truck manufacturer.

At Torc, we are building a fully learned behavior stack. You will lead multiple teams responsible for developing and scaling learned behavior models that drive decision-making in Torc’s autonomous trucking system.
These teams sit at the intersection of reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and multi-agent systems, shaping how our vehicles behave in complex, real-world environments — from highway merging to dense traffic interactions.

Life360's mission is to keep people close to the ones they love. Our category-leading mobile app, Tile tracking devices, and Pet GPS tracker empower members to protect the people, pets, and things they care about most with a range of services, including location sharing, safe driver reports, and crash detection with emergency dispatch. Life360 serves approximately 95.8 million monthly active users (MAU), as of December 31, 2025, across more than 180 countries.
Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small. By continuing to innovate and deliver for our customers, we have become a household name and the must-have mobile-based membership for families (and those friends who are basically family).
Life360 has more than 500 (and growing!) remote-first employees. For more information, please visit life360.com.
Life360 is a Remote-First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US) regardless of any specified location above.
We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.
Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.
The AI Native Platform team is a cross-functional engineering organization built to lay the infrastructure foundations for Life360's AI-native transformation. We are not exploring what might be possible, we are building the platform that makes it operational.
The team works across four interconnected areas: how Life360 safely accesses and governs the use of frontier AI models and external integrations; the agent deployment and workflow infrastructure that lets teams build, test, version, and operate autonomous agents with the same rigor applied to any production software; how we safely democratize data, information, and knowledge across the organization, making it queryable and usable by AI systems and humans reliably; and a multiplayer AI workbench that gives every employee a purpose-built environment tuned to their role, with relevant tools, knowledge, and workflows rather than a general-purpose chat interface.
The work is deliberate, high-velocity, and built to last. The bar is high: real use cases, production deployments, measurable outcomes.
Security is not a checkpoint on this team. It is part of how we build. We are looking for engineers who want to be in the room where the architecture is designed and in the codebase where it's being built.
We are hiring a Sr. Staff AI Security Engineer to secure Life360's AI infrastructure as it takes shape. You will sit within the AI Native Platform team, reporting directly to the CISO, working alongside the engineers designing and building each layer of the platform.
This role is grounded in execution with real architectural reach. You'll drive delivery across key security domains while contributing to design decisions that shape how the platform is built. The patterns we are securing are still being defined, and part of the work is building and validating those patterns under real conditions. You’ll be active in architecture reviews, own security implementation across your domains, and build the controls that make it safe to move fast with AI. In a domain where the playbooks are still being written, part of the role is writing them. You won't be doing this alone, you'll work alongside additional security engineers and the broader team building the platform, with the expectation that this function grows as the platform does.
The data at stake has real weight. Life360's systems carry real-time location data and family relationship graphs for tens of millions of people, including children. These are crown jewels in the truest sense — irreplaceable to the families who trust us with them. Securing the AI systems that interact with this data is not a compliance exercise. It is a core obligation of the product.
The US-based salary range for this position is $209,000 to $309,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary — therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
Bonus points if you have:
Our company's mission-driven culture is guided by our shared values to create a trusted work environment where you can bring your authentic self to work and make a positive difference.
We believe that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results. Together, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees. It fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our customers and the communities we serve. We strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic best selves to work.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Life360. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any legally protected status.
We encourage people of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that a diversity of perspectives and experiences create a foundation for the best ideas. Come join us in building something meaningful. Even if you don't meet 100% of the below qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying!

The Foundry team is building Life360’s partner ecosystem and developer platform - the infrastructure that allows external partners to integrate with Life360 securely and at scale. We own the full integration stack: partner-facing APIs, authentication flows, webhook receipt and delivery, and the gateway layer that decouples partner contracts from internal systems. Our goal is to turn Life360 from a single-product app into an extensible platform that partners across mobility, safety, wearables, and more can build on.
We also own critical shared infrastructure that the rest of the company depends on - NetworkKit, authentication, and environment standardization across all mobile clients. We’re a cross-platform team spanning Cloud, Android, and iOS, and we think in systems: stable API contracts, sandboxed environments, versioning policies, and operational SLAs. The developer platform we’re building is modeled on the best of Stripe, Twilio, and Squarespace - designed so that onboarding a new partner takes weeks, not months.
Life360 is hiring an AI-Native Backend Focused Engineer — a senior engineer who doesn’t just use AI tools, but thinks natively in them. You’ll be central to how the Foundry team builds its products, develops its ecosystem tooling, and how we use AI for development in the future.
You’ll design and build features and systems to help grow Life360s partner ecosystem, helping take our platform from zero to one - building out auth, system proxying, alerting and monitoring, everything.
You’ll build and evolve our modern AI-Native engineering workflows — from how we write code, to how we run standups, to how we think about team velocity. You’ll evolve the standard others follow.
For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $129,000 to $192,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is 149,500 to 177,500 CAD.
Note: We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Clover Health, we are reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy. We provide high-quality, affordable Medicare Advantage plans for America's seniors — prioritizing preventive care and leveraging technology to help physicians make more informed decisions. We always put our members first, and our success is measured by the quality of life of the people we serve.
We are building an Experience Center — not a call center. This is a meaningful distinction. We believe that if we create the most loyal members in Medicare Advantage, the financial outcomes will follow. The Director of Customer Experience will be the architect of that loyalty. This is a greenfield build with full operational ownership: standing up Clover's internal Experience Center in Houston, retiring existing outsourced relationships, and delivering a gold-standard Medicare Advantage member experience that scales. The role is fully onsite in North/NW Houston.
Our North Star: create members so delighted with Clover that they become our best marketers, reducing acquisition costs and driving retention through the quality of the experience alone.
Who We're Looking For:
We are deliberately casting a wider net than a traditional call center search. The right candidate may come from retail, hospitality, service operations, or healthcare — but what unites all strong profiles is a track record of creating customer loyalty, customer delight, and customer retention at scale. Call center experience is helpful, not required.
What is required:
As Director, Customer Experience, you will:
Build the Experience Center
Success in this role looks like:
We are building an Experience Center. Candidates who approach this role as a traditional call center optimization exercise will not be a fit.
Benefits Overview:
Additional Perks:
About Clover: We are reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy to keep our members healthier. We believe the healthcare system is broken, so we've created custom software and analytics to empower our clinical staff to intervene and provide personalized care to the people who need it most.
We always put our members first, and our success as a team is measured by the quality of life of the people we serve. Those who work at Clover are passionate and mission-driven individuals with diverse areas of expertise, working together to solve the most complicated problem in the world: healthcare.
From Clover’s inception, Diversity & Inclusion have always been key to our success. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, perspectives, opinions, and backgrounds, who share a passion for improving people's lives. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one’s identity. All of our employee’s points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility.

Most engineers ship features. You'll ship outcomes, directly in the hands of customers, on live systems, where it actually counts. And you'll do it faster than anyone thought possible.
The Company
Sendbird is on a mission to build the AI workforce of tomorrow. For over a decade, we built the infrastructure behind conversations—chat, voice, video, messaging APIs—and became the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications. 4,000+ brands trust us. 7 billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users.
We powered conversations for DoorDash, Match Group, Noom, Yahoo Sports, Rakuten, and thousands of others. We were good at what we did. Really good.
We also saw it early: AI would fundamentally reshape how businesses talk to customers. The infrastructure we'd spent a decade building would become commoditized. The value would move up the stack—into intelligence, into experience, into outcomes.
We had a choice: protect what we built, or reinvent ourselves.
We chose reinvention.
In December 2024, we made the full strategic pivot to AI-first customer experience. By February 2025, we'd launched our AI agent for enterprise CX—built on a decade of conversation data, now with intelligence on top. And in November 2025, we rebranded to Delight.ai.
The name says it all. AI's real promise isn't efficiency or cost savings. It's giving customers back something they lost—the feeling of being truly understood and cared for. Not satisfied. Delighted.
The Product
Delight.ai is the AI concierge for customer experience. Most AI agents forget you the moment the conversation ends. Ours doesn't. Delight.ai builds memory over time, learns preferences, and connects context across every channel—chat, SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp—without losing the thread. We're building AI that makes customers feel understood, seen, and remembered.
Why Software Engineers for our AI Agents?
AI agents don't fail in demos. They fail in production, when the edge case hits, the prompt breaks, or the integration misbehaves in front of a real customer. That gap between "it works in the sandbox" and "it works in the wild" is exactly where this role lives.
We're deploying AI agents for some of the world's biggest brands. Each one has unique workflows, data, and stakes. We need engineers who can sit across from a customer, understand the problem, and build the solution fast, not hand off a spec and wait. If you treat AI as a core part of your toolkit and not an afterthought, you'll move at the speed this role demands.
The Role
You'll own the full technical lifecycle of customer AI agent deployments, from first integration to live monitoring, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer outcomes. This role is for engineers who use AI to compress timelines, ship higher-quality work, and want their impact felt immediately, not six months from now.

What we offer:
We take care of the people who build the future. Here's some of what you can expect when you join Sendbird.
Pay Transparency
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 . This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
Flexible Work Policy
We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule. Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
What diversity and inclusion mean to us
There is no such thing as a perfect candidate and the best employees come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets. Sendbird is a place where everyone can learn and grow. We respect, promote, and encourage diversity for equal employment opportunities and encourage you to apply if this role excites you.
Why Sendbird
We're not iterating on an existing product. We're building a new category, AI that genuinely delights customers, on top of infrastructure that's already at enterprise scale. This role puts you at the center of that: real customers, real deployments, real impact. If you want to own outcomes and help define what forward-deployed AI engineering looks like, this is the place.

Why Sales Engineer
AI is reshaping how enterprises think about customer communication. Sophisticated buyers no longer just want to know if our platform works. They want to know if it works for them, at their scale, inside their architecture, with their team.
We're at an inflection point: a decade of conversation infrastructure, now with AI on top, and a pipeline of buyers who need a technical partner, not a pitch deck. The Sales Engineers who thrive here earn trust from a principal engineer and a VP of Product in the same meeting, and use AI natively to work faster, demo smarter, and operate at a scale a traditional SE simply couldn't.
The Role
You own the technical sales cycle, from discovery through solution design to close, turning complex customer problems into confident reasons to choose Sendbird. You thrive at the intersection of technical depth and business impact, know the difference between a demo that informs and one that inspires, and use AI natively to move faster and do more than a traditional SE could alone. This is a hybrid role based in our San Mateo office (3 days/week). This role reports to the Global Head of Technical Services, based in San Mateo, CA

The Messaging team owns the backbone of Life360's real-time infrastructure — the event streaming and data pipelines that keep millions of families connected. We process billions of events every day across location updates, safety alerts, and the push notifications that make the product feel instant.
We are a small, platform-focused, AI-native team. AI isn't a productivity add-on here — it's how we work. Every engineer on the team directs AI agents as a core part of their daily loop: scaffolding services, drafting Terraform, exploring unfamiliar codebases, writing migration scripts, and reviewing diffs. We move faster and go deeper on hard distributed systems problems because we've built the habits, prompts, and guardrails to make agentic work reliable.
Current initiatives include the MSK-to-Confluent Cloud migration, organization-wide schema registry and Protobuf governance, and the next generation of Life360's streaming services. Our stack is Kafka and Kafka Streams, Spring Boot (Java 21), Go, Protobuf/gRPC, Terraform, and AWS.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role for someone who has already made AI a first-class collaborator in their work. You'll design streaming services, write and review code, own production incidents, and ship infrastructure — and you'll do all of it with agents running in parallel alongside you. We're looking for an engineer who already decomposes work into agentic workflows, critiques agent output with real technical authority, and ships production code faster because of it.
You'll help shape the team's technical direction on Kafka-first streaming infrastructure and the next phase of our high-availability roadmap. You'll also help evolve how the team itself works with AI — the prompts, the evals, the review patterns, the escape hatches when agents go sideways.
For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $148,000 to $216,500 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range is 171,500 to $201,000 CAD.
Note: We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary — therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
Specifically, we're looking for:
Our company's mission-driven culture is guided by our shared values to create a trusted work environment where you can bring your authentic self to work and make a positive difference:

Security at most companies is reactive. A checkbox for auditors. A speed bump for engineers. A department that says no. That's not what we're building.
The Company
Sendbird is the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications — an enterprise-grade infrastructure company that gives businesses the APIs and SDKs to embed real-time chat, voice, and video directly into their own products. Over 4,000 brands trust us. Seven billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users.
We powered conversations for DoorDash, Match Group, Noom, Yahoo Sports, Rakuten, and thousands more. We were good at what we did. Really good.
So we asked what comes next. With decades of leadership in communications infrastructure, the answer was clear: AI. In February 2025, we launched our AI agent for enterprise CX. Later that year, we introduced Delight.ai — and the name says everything about what we believe. AI's real promise isn't efficiency. It isn't cost savings. It's restoring what customer experience lost somewhere along the way: the feeling of being understood, of being genuinely cared for. We don't want customers to feel satisfied. We want them to feel delighted.
Why Head of IT & Security
We're an AI company handling enterprise-grade conversations at global scale, and our customers trust us with data that matters. That trust isn't a nice-to-have. It's a competitive differentiator. It's why DoorDash and Match Group chose us. It's why we've earned certifications that our competitors are still chasing.
Security here means being a partner to the business, not a blocker. It means building systems that scale as fast as we do. It means someone who understands that being a 24/7 global platform demands proactive security thinking—not just incident response. And it means someone who recognizes that AI doesn't just change our product—it changes the threat surface too.
We're not looking for someone who manages security from a distance. We're looking for a practitioner who rolls up their sleeves, builds programs that work well, and earns trust across the engineering org by being someone people want to work with.
The Role
This reports to the CFO. You'll lead a high-functioning, mature, and global team located in the United States and South Korea, with end-to-end accountability for Security, IT, and Compliance, ensuring these functions work in harmony to support our global scale.
You'll inherit a world-class program that's already SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 compliant. Your job is to take it further. You'll own Sendbird's comprehensive information security programs, manage and evolve our compliance frameworks, partner with engineering, and continuously build a security culture that's embedded in how we work — not bolted on as an afterthought. You'll champion defense-in-depth philosophy, ensuring a multi-layered approach to security that protects our customers, our data, and our reputation.
You'll also own global IT Operations — managing our IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and data, while supporting our expanding use of AI technology across internal systems and how we work. As the primary executive responsible for safeguarding our AI-first innovation, you'll scale our global internal business systems and maintain our position as the most trusted platform for the world's most demanding enterprises.
You'll lead the team, own how we secure our infrastructure, respond to incidents, and hold our position against an increasingly complex threat landscape. This is a hands-on builder role — not a talking-head role.

Why Sendbird
We're a team of builders and thinkers that refuse to optimize for comfort. We're building the AI agent platform for customer experience—and we intend to own the category.
What we offer:
We take care of the people who build the future. Here's some of what you can expect when you join Sendbird:
Pay Transparency
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $280,000 – $320,000.
