We're looking for a Content Marketing Intern to help manage our publishing workflow. This is a foundational role within the Content & Marketing team, where you'll work closely with writers, SEO specialists, and team leads to ensure content goes live accurately, consistently, and at the quality bar we expect.
Your main responsibility will be uploading and formatting content on our CMS while ensuring every page meets our quality standards. This includes checking SEO fundamentals, spotting editorial issues, and flagging gaps before content goes live.
You'll do some light editing and refinement where needed, but your focus is being a quality gate: catching what's broken, what's missing, or what doesn't align with our template and brand voice.
You'll also support the wider content team with operational tasks such as auditing pages, maintaining documents, and running process-driven work that keeps things moving.
This isn't just about publishing pages. You'll learn how content operations, SEO, and publishing workflows work together at scale, and how strong systems keep a global content engine running smoothly. You'll contribute real work from week one and build hands-on exposure to how high-quality content gets shipped across a fast-moving marketplace.

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Frontend Developer with 6-10 years of hands-on experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud / 6.x and above). The ideal candidate will specialize in building responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end components within AEM, leveraging modern web technologies and AEM‑specific frameworks. They are also dedicated to sustainability and foregrounding a brand purpose, which means the work we do with them requires working creative thinking into every brief, regardless of scale.
As a Senior Copywriter you will be an integral part of the team. You will need to combine deep understanding of the trends and concerns inherent to the beauty industry with a varied skill set that will include copywriting, investigative research, script writing, conceptual thinking and content project planning. The role will primarily involve writing for digital/web: you’ll help brands fit their tone of voice to this landscape and advise on content that’ll powerfully connect with consumers. To do this you’ll need to be an expert storyteller able to find interesting and engaging ways of dramatizing subject matters, extremely digitally savvy and comfortable writing with SEO in mind.
